Brian is the most knowledgeable and professional coach I’ve ever had. He’s an actual Olympian who has lifted at the highest level, which shows in his instruction. Plus, he writes programs for every single lifter that is personalized for them. I’ve never had that before and it would be impossible to ever go back. Thanks, Brian!!

I started training with Brian after moving to MN from CO 6 months ago. Working with my CO coach we selected Brian as the best person in MN to further my lifting technique. Brian is great at communicating, detail oriented in his programming, and experienced in his coaching. The refinement he has brought to my technique has resulted in significant gains in my lifts. The environment of the gym is supportive and professional which is huge.

This is a great gym to train Olympic weightlifting for any skill level. Coach Brian is very knowledgeable of the lifts and gives personalized programs for every lifter. His gym includes premium quality weightlifting bars and bumper plates.

I may be biased, but this is pure, no frills Weightlifting. You are pushed both mentally and physically. No trendy diets or get ripped quick schemes. Just the tried and true.If you show up and do the work, the results are bountiful. You will not find a coach who cares more and gets as invested in your successes.
