Great service prices were decent and the tires are still full of air 😆

I needed a tire repaired quickly and even though they were busy they repaired my tire and got me back on the road in less than an hour. Kudos.

They did not return phone call/email I had to re call them.

I had an emergency need for a set of tires (odd ball size, hard to find in stock, and I looked EVERYWHERE). The team at the oneida st Van Zeelands made it happen in less than 24 hours. Cant thank them enough. They saved my vacation and I am definitely impressed with the customer service.

Called and they said it would be 2 weeks to get a tire fixed called Bergstrom and I was in and out in 60 minutes never calling VanZeelan again

I brought my vehicle there to be looked at and diagnosed. They had my car for the entire week and still didn’t have a solid idea. Once I brought my car home I noticed it had more things broken on it then when I originally brought it there, nuts were over tightened causing things to crack and they ripped the cover off of my vehicles diagnostic port. I immediately drove back to the shop and told the manager (who was originally working on my vehicle) he said he would call me on Monday to see what they can do. It’s Thursday now and still no call. Such terrible service, after having my vehicle for a week they have no idea on what the issue was and they took terrible care of the car. I will never bring any of my vehicles here again.

Took a car in we bought with a oil leak. They told us they fixed it and $500.00 later it still leaked. Took it back they said they replaced another part and can not figure out why it is still leaking so we should pick it up and take it someplace eles and have them look at it. Not happy with this place and if you have mechanics that cant figure out the problem your pretty useless.

6 months ago we needed new tires for my wifes 2016 Ford explorer. Being 20 inch tires and a relatively new dimension size there were not 40 different options. That being said Dustin recommended BFG Advantage T/A. We could not be more pleased with the tires. Handling (snow & ice) dry or wet pavement doesnt matter they handle everything very well,smooth riding,and very quiet, wearing very even. I love bringing my car here. I have brought several vehicles here over the last few years. The staff are knowledgeable and trustworthy. I have only gotten my oil changed so I cannot attest to other services. However they are quick and detailed everytime I visit.

Cant go wrong with their full synthetic oil change. Around 45 bucks. And keeps you rolling for a minimum of 5k miles. Not to mention its about 20 bucks cheaper than other places.

AWESOME! Every other place was booked and I had been looking for an oil change. We called and they put us in right away. I got an oil change, tire rotation, and brake inspection which led to them cleaning some parts on my car. Was inexpensive, fast, and great service. I suggest this place!!!!

It was the coldest day in decades and I had stopped at several places to put air in my tires so the low air light would go out .All of the air hoses were frozen. I pulled into Van Zeelands . Dustin had 2 phones ringing putting.He put them on hold and asked what he could do for me. I told him I would pay him to put some air in my tires. He said sure but you dont have to pay for it. Told me to pull around the side of the building took the car in and filled the tires. Some of the tire caps were missing and he replaced them. I offered to pay him. He said no need. How often does that happen these days. Just a reminder there still are good kind business men in the world .Also guess where I will be goin for all my future car needs .Thank you Dustin

Have had good service in the past, unfortunately this time during a routine oil change I told them Id noticed antifreeze under the vehicle. They told me they did a pressure check on the radiator and it needed to be replaced at a cost of $500. The radiator had been replaced less than a year ago due to a deer hit. Took the vehicle back to the body shop that replaced the radiator and they found out the petcock at the bottom of the radiator had come loose and was leaking slightly, they just had to retighten it. No charge.

Van Zeeland in Menasha is one of the worst places I have been to. I brought my car into this shop thinking it was my brakes and rotars and I was correct it was ...but was also told it was a caliper on the passenger side was seized up and the first word of mouth quote he gave me was 2-300$ so after the quote was finished he said he was wrong and that it would be well over 500$ but the quote had no prices of what he was saying which I thought was odd ...so since I have had this done before I knew this was way off. I called a parts store to find out what the parts would cost and all the parts were around 140$ together so then I called a different garage and was told it would be $65 to do the entire job and would take an hour . As this other garage was putting on the brakes he proceeded to tell me the caliper was in great condition and did not need to be replaced at all ....so I returned the caliper and got money back so the entire job costed me 100$ . What makes me mad is that not only did they charge me for parts I didn’t even need but that they lied to make a buck in which was 460$ way over what it really costed ...The people that work there work on commission on the parts they sell..... I WOULD NEVER RETURN AND HOPE THAT THIS SAVES ONE PERSON FROM THE GREIF I HAD TO DEAL WITH if I could give this no stars I would have 😡

Ive taken both my vehicles here for a while and the service is quick and reasonably priced.

Took my vehicles there for years,never again.took it in had starter problems.They said they cant do anything cause my computer is bad and they cant get codes.My computer has been bad for years and they know that.Well arent mechanics suppose to be trouble shooters?My friend and I got new starter put it in no issues come on!!!Van Zeelands on Onieda in Menasha.New manager there useless

I havent been treated this good at a business in a long time, they didnt have my particular Tire because I have an older model car but they recommended me to a place that not only had it but they were very reasonable I brought the tire back and they put it on for me for reasonable price and they also filled up my donut which was flat and off the wheel and never even charge me for that the man behind the counter was more than helpful and I would recommend this place of business to anybody, my experience there was more than satisfactory.

Took my truck in there for a safety inspection told them i need an estimate on everything they found wrong regaurdless it it was saftey related at all. The estimate covered power steering issues and an oil change. Did not say anything about the tires that are dry rotted or the clunks and shakes in the front end or squealing brakes. After talking to the service writer he said he would go talk to the tech. He called me about 1t min later saying he rode with the tech and they didnt hear any of the noises but said the exhaust is falling off and oinion seals are leaking. None of which is on the estimate. Also lied about riding with the tech seeing they put less than .2 milea on the truck from the time it was dropped off till i picked it up and nothing on the passanger seat was moved or disturbed for someone to ride in it. Very upset and disappointed by the way i was treated and lied to. Would never recommend them to anyone i suggest to atay far far away from them.
