Fantastic group of people to work with, they were prompt, detailed and fixed the furnace. They were out the same day d I agnosed tge issue in the a.m. and had it fixed br end of the business day. Excellent service!

The guy that answered phone had a great attitude, the man that did my repairs was prompt, and detailed, and answered all questions I had to the best of his knowledge

At 4:10 pm on Thursday 6/25 I called in to their office and told them that my hot water heater had croaked and started to spray water all over the place. I let them know that I had turned the water off. The lady in the office told me that she would send someone over. 8 minutes later two men arrived and drained the water heater. One tried but told me he was unable to secure a new water heater that late in the day. He told me that he would have one at 7am this morning. At 7:40 two men showed up and by 8:50 my new water heater was installed and working. This is the definition of quality service! Thanks for such a great experience !!!

Im so happy my sons school decided to choose Visual Image Photography. His school pictures came in a beautiful booklet that can also be saved for keepsake. The photographers that came to the school were very nice and helpful too. I will definitely recommend this photography company to others

Originally I had my inducer fan fail. They diagnosed the problem but had to run back to the shop to get the part. I asked how much it was, and was told he didn’t know but would have to check when he got back. He installed the part and still didn’t tell me/know how much it was going to cost. I asked him about the bill, and he said they’d send an invoice in the mail. Fast forward a week and I got a $600 invoice. I complained to them about the cost, especially because they didn’t tell me up front what it would cost, and since my furnace is 25 years old. Their remarks on the cost was that their service covers parts and labor for the warranty period of the part. At first that didn’t matter to me because it’s a part that lasted 25 years, so it’s not going to matter, right? Well fast forward 10 months and the part broke, creating a huge grinding noise. I called them up, and 7 hours later the technician came to check it out. He found that it was a set screw that was faulty on the motor, and it literally took him 19 minutes from arriving at my house to finishing. I’m thinking, “great an easy fix covered under their warranty like they said”. The technician leaves my house, says have a good day, and a week later I get a $100 bill for the labor. Not only is this company shady in how they communicate, you can’t take them at their word apparently. Modern Sheet Metal will get my business from now on.

Great service and people every time over many years.

Horrible customer service, dont know how to treat customers respectfully. Was told on Monday that they would come in on Tuesday to take a look at the problem, that they didnt have time on Monday, but when Tuesday came around I get a call saying to call a different company because they came on Monday (when they said they werent going to come in that day) and no one answered the door. Never going to them again.
