I found this salon on Google and decided to give it try. Glad I did. I got in at my scheduled time and the experience was very pleasant. It was clean through out with a very nice waiting area. I highly recommend this salon for your beautification needs.

Yesterday was my first appointment at Smooth Secrets. Akeida was so professional, warm, and welcoming. We talked as if we had known each other for years.I normally go to another waxing salon and my normal waxer was not available. She does an excellent job however the wax is always too hot, lol. After she was not available, I went online scouring reviews to find a good waxer. I read each review carefully, prayed, and decided to come to Smooth Secrets.I have been getting Brazilian waxes ever since they were introduced. This was the FIRST TIME it was completely sting and PAIN FREE. I asked what type of wax she used and she stated hard. I am always waxed with hard wax and it is the same painful outcome. I cant give her praises enough. I also had my arms done and it was pain free as well.She is quick, thorough, and pain free. She did not leave behind any hair and this is extremely important ladies! I haven’t used this place of business:m for any services yet. I am online browsing for a professional and great wax place and I came across this one. After reviewing reviews and photos I was excited to book for my upcoming birthday this weekend, but I see there are no dates to book until the 19th of November and I need services on November 4th. Going to Keida was my first time getting a wax and a yoni steam.I have very low tolerance for pain and she made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. Us having a conversation took my mind off things and put me at ease. No redness, no hair bumps, and I felt the change in my body with me doing a yoni steam. I will highly recommend her to anyone.

For over 10 years I was terrified of getting a Brazilian wax, although I was curious. I finally got the strength to try it at age 33 and Im so thankful she was the one to do it. She kept my anxiety down, which stood out and lets just say Ive been going to her for 6 mths now. I also tried a yoni steam for the first time and I loved it, so now I get those also. It has made my cycles shorter, lighter, I have minor cramping and I havent had any cysts. Im thankful I found her and I feel you should give her a try!

08/08/19- Ingrown Hair Oil..AMAZING!!!I really I could post another review and not edit my old one but anyways....Ms. Keida, I have to rave about your ingrown hair oil.This natural oil is absolutely AMAZING!! In my experience, I noticed an ingrown hair in my waxed area one Thursday morning, I applied the oil I purchased from Smooth Secrets the same morning and by FRIDAY morning the hair had broken the skin gently and there was no longer any pain. If you have not tried it, TRY it. I can not say enough positive things about Smooth Secrets Wax Palace, Keida-the owner, and this product.From the phone call to set the appointment to the actually service she rendered, this young lady was nothing but professional and pleasant. My services received: Full Brazilian wax, Vajacial & Yoni Steam 💕When I arrived I instantly liked the vibe in the room its was very beautiful, private, not crowded, she had music playing just amazzzinnggg! I got my brazilian wax first & I was completely nervous allll over again this is my 2nd wax and I just knew it was about to be the same as the first time (btw I got my first wax at The European Wax Center) Akeida assured me this would be different from the first time because everyone waxes differently (not saying my first experience was bad just a lot of screaming lol) when she started I instantly knew this experience would be NOTHING like my first time. It was super quick and guess what I did not scream not once🤗(proud moment *pats back*) before I knew it the wax was done and she got ALL of my hair *I love being completely bald baby&smooth* Next was my Vajacial (never had this done before but I got the special where it came free with the wax) it was no secret to me that I would have ingrown hairs down there but Akeida plucked those babies right out! And the mask left me even more smooth. To finish it off I got my yoni steam(first time for this also) Akeida told me the benefits she also has two types of herbs for the yoni steam I chose the regular one. It was calming steam is not too hot leaves you feeling V E R Y moist even if you already got that wet wet. I dont know if it made me tighter for anyone wondering. I left feeling great.
