Speedy, professional and friendly service. My driver was super nice and even bought me a drink at the convenience store I was broken down at. I know it’s strange, but he had a cool sense of style - nothing like you imagine with a tow truck driver. Overall a completely positive experience.

When I tell you this company was a God sent! I had the toughest time finding a company with the right equipment for my all wheel drive vehicle. I called and Shalom said yes without hesitation. I had a text within 2mins from Mike stating the time pickup would be; which I think the driver was there before the eta. The driver Paul Williams was knowledgeable and gentle with getting my vehicle onto the flatbed with skates because my car would not come out of neutral, but he knew how to get it done without damage. I never do long reviews,but this one was worth it. Will always be my go to company.

My husband needed someone to tow his car from his job, I called this company and shalom picked up, gave me a good price compared to other towing companies. Its a 24 hr towing company so the waiting time didnt matter to me, we waited 45 minutes at the most from the time he told me his brother would be there. Mike is his brother who came and towed the car to our home safely, Thank you so much. If anyone needs a reliable towing company, this is the one.

I have a 03 ford excursion which weighs over 9,000 lbs with the cutsom tires and they towed me almost a half hour away for 185$ thats a great deal to me and if ever back in memphis and need a tow i will call them, only problem is they were late by about 2 hours luckily i wasnt in a rush but what tow truck drivers are on time anyway still a life saver considering im from illinois and gotta go!! ps i called 5+ others places they were the only people to promptly reply and let me know whats going on even though they were late they updated me with how much longer itd be.

Shalom with trustworthy towing is the best tow driver of my life. He let me play music on our 45-minute drive and stopped at the gas station for snacks! Good guy, good company.

If this place isnt a scam then why do I have audio of the phone call with you where you charged us half the payment and screenshots of the 65 dollar payment that went through and was told Id pay the rest when I was dropped off? And 3 hours later no truck no calls no answer to any of my calls and a screenshot of your number on my call logs showing I didnt get an answer and I still have your recite you sent to my phone also saved by the way 🤔🤔 also the truck in your pictures have a different phone number than the one your website gives

Exceptional service from initial contact to car drop off

I drove from Jackson to Memphis to purchase a 2004 Dodge Viper and needed a tow back to Jackson. I called several tow companies until i came across Trustworthy towing. They made it out in less than 30 min and treated my Viper with care. Transported safe & sound in a timely manner! Will definitely be using them again and recommend everyone to do the same.

We needed my daughters car towed from Memphis (near Germantown) to Marion AR in the evening. After calling several services with no available trucks, Trust worthy said they would send Shalom and he would be there in 20 minutes, got the car unlocked, took care in loading on the tow truck. He was on time, and very professional. (Also, their price was less than the others i had contacted.) Definitely would use them again in the future and recommend to others.

I was traveling through town and my car broke down. I was lucky, Shalom, the towtruck driver was in the area and he was super efficient in getting me and my dog to the repair shop before it closed. I didnt shop around for prices but it was in ballpark of what Ive paid before. Great service!

Needed a tow 2 times in the last year and have called / routed to them each time. first time was through AAA. they are fast and cheap, and the driver Shalom seems to be a hardworking a friendly person.

Their tow truck driver hit my car while it was parked at a dealership. It is all on camera. Tow truck driver did not stop and let the dealership know. When the dealership contacted them in regards to the repair to the damage back end of my truck they were told that I need to sue them! Now I have to file with my insurance and I will be reporting the hit and run to the police! I have never dealt with anyone so disrespectful. It is all caught on tape. It is really laughable that you tout you have insurance and are trustworthy. I could not believe any business would say something like this. I tried calling the company to make sure what the dealership said was true and they hung up on me!! I could not even say my name.

Shalom was extremely professional. He went above and beyond to help me take care of my car. 10/10 service, would recommend to anyone needing a vehicle towed.

We called to have an abandoned car towed from our business. Each & every timeframe we were given went by with the car still in our lot. The last call assured us they would be there by 11 am the following morning. When they did not show up, we called another towing service who said they would be here in 30 minutes. Trustworthy Towing Service can not be trusted to come when they say.

Connected with Trustworthy Towing after an accident in Bartlett. The outfit my insurance co. was suggested estimated an hour and a half arrival time. I told them to pound sand and called these guys. It took 30 minutes, start to finish for these guys to 1) Winch my car out of a embankment, and 2) Give us a ride home. Not sure of the cost, b/c it was handled by the insurance.

Called Trustworthy last Saturday morning. Was there in like 15 minutes with a nice looking flatbed to tow my totaled Subaru (sad!) No frill service, just professional and quick.

Took them about 1/2 hour longer than they said originally, but they were reasonably priced and professional on the phone and in person. They did give a call to let me know they were running behind. Despite the delay i would use again.

2nd time using them to pickup my moms old rust-bucket. 1st time was for a emergency tow when my starter wouldnt kick over. Even though the driver ran a little late, he was able to get the thang off of her lawn. Would recommend in the future.

Charlie was the one I talked with. He agreed to tow my car for $100. After Towing my car, he asked for more money claiming that he had to take the highway. I have the text messages and i reported them to the BBB and will try and get an audit going for their finances.

I used these guys in the past so I felt I can leave a review. Very quick and price is ok, however this last time they put a scratch on the front bumper during the towing. I pointed it out to them and they were very apologetic and able to buff most of it out.

This is my 4th motorcycle towing service that I’ve gotten from these fellas, so thought I’d finally give them a review. I don’t think they’re a big outfit, cause I’ve gotten the same guy everytime, but they’re always available and fairly prompt. Most of all, they treat my motorcycle like it was their own. Embarrassed to say that I’ve had to use them so much, but since I’ve got an old vintage Honda motorcycle, the thing keeps breaking down just about every other week.

Bad the worst service i ever had the driver was a messy person he picked my car up i was 5 minutes from were i needed him drop it off at i mean it was rite down the street he took my car and said he had to pickup 1 more car before he would drop my car 5 hours later they charged me 175 for my car back and then the driver treaded me saying alot of violent thing dont use these people

Beware when you call number listed you now get a different towing company. They are not affiliated with trustworthy towing the number is for Davenport. I’m not sure who the reviews listed are for and on yelp it shows trustworthy towing is closed. Person answering the phone said the two companies are not affiliated.
