We had the experience of getting to work with Paris Chanel and one of her models An Le for the grand opening of Elvis Presleys guest house Graceland . By far theyre the most professional, on point, and hands-down talented, and beautiful team of models in the local Memphis area. Anything contradictory to that fact, I assure you is non-substantial nor accurate. The Paris Chanel agency surpasses any other modeling or talent agency we have used thus far in Memphis. My mother and I own and operate Coco and Lolas lingerie Midtown Memphis and use models all the time, and like I said, hands-down the Paris Chanel agency is Memphis leading agency. In the beginning of this year, I was trying my best to look for more diverse models for my childrens online boutique, and had no luck. Something told me to try out Paris Chanel modeling agency and Im glad I did. Less than 24 hours, she was able to provide me with names and pictures of models. After my selection, she made it her business to keep following up with me up until the day of the photo shoot. The owner of this agency is one of the most professional and supportive ladies I know. The day of my photoshoot, not only did she do her last follow up but she came and supported my business.

The Paris Chanel Agency is very unprofessional. My daughter was released from her contract because her dad asked why havent we been able to see the pictures we paid for after several missed commitments from the photographer. There were several occasions where the photographer told us we would see the photos on a certain date, but she failed to deliver. I would not recommend this agency. I wish there was a way I could vote no stars. She stated that my daughters father was harassing the photographer that is simply not true. She promised us picture on two separate dates and broke both promise. When he asked about the pictures we received an email saying he was harassing the photographer. *** professional models you dont need the drama.*** I added two screen shots one of her promising us pictures on Sunday and one promising us pictures on Monday. We didnt get our pictures until Tuesday which were unedited versions and that is not what was promised. Yes my childs father was upset because we paid alot of money for photos and kept getting the run around. So I apologized for the message he sent because I didnt know he sent one. Which was not harassing he was only asking about the pics he spent his money on(I dont have a problem adding that picture either). Most of these reviews are from her friends. Again, I dont recommend this Agency the owner is very unprofessional.

My experience with them was terrible. First they referred us to get our daughters pictures taken from a company called G &G Photography which ended up being a close friend of hers. So we set an appointment to get my daughters photos taken and the photographer tell use to call when we get to her town because she couldnt tell use exactly how to get there. Then when we drive a hour and a half to get there she stops answering the phone. Me and my daughters mom both were calling because we are lost. So my daughters mom decided to reach out to Paris Chanel and let her know whats going on. Shortly after she contacted her all of a sudden the photographer calls us back and we finally find our way there. And the shoot went ok. After the shoot we paid the photographer and she told us that she would post the pictures on her Facebook page in a couple days so watch out for them. A week goes by and no pictures so my daughters mom decides to reach out to her and see whats going on. So the photographer tells her that shes about to post them that day and never did so about 2 days later after still not seeing 1 picture she checks back with her and the photographer promises again that she is about to post them and of course still didnt. The Sept.10 at 11:52 she posts someone else photos and say From the shoot yesterday. And my daughter had her shoot a week or so before so I decide to ask the photographer, and not even 20 minutes later we get an email from Paris Chanel saying that they dtopped her from the company for harassing the photographer. Paris Chanel never came to us to ask our side or anything just took the photographers word. Now that they have received a bad review from my daughters mother Paris Chanel has been emailing my daughters mother about the review which is very unprofessional. Threatening her with lawyers and telling het that shes just mad that they dropped our daughter. Once again unprofessional. Then the pictures they finally sent us were unedited so what was the photographer doing with the photos all this time? And lastly now they are saying that we cant use our daughters pictures for anything else. So what did we pay all that money for? This whole thing left us feeling like they scam people. I would never refer anybody to them or the photographer.
