I am a current employee at this company for 9 years, no, is not the perfect place, because a perfect place does not exist but it is a place that if you work and you get pride of what you do, you have a satisfaction that you are doing something good for a cause. There are employees that have a different experience but in my case, I have been a witness of seeing how a person diagnosed with mental illness can get better taking their meds and receiving talk therapy and getting integrating into the community. Support Solutions has a mental health clinic that offers services in the community as well as to the supported persons, we are making a difference and my supervisors and managers work with you and they are flexible. I appreciated all my co-workers and managers, no I do not expected anything from this review, is just sometimes good results and good experiences need to get publicity as well.

Incompetent staff from the office to the homes.

They never have anyone in the office to answer phones or questions. The company is a joke. I dont see how theyre still in business.
