I think that I just had one of the worst conversations ever from a person in charge of the lives of our veterans. I called to ask just General questions about the Veteran Services and Mr. Campbell who said that he was sitting in place of the Director was extremely rude, very aggressive and doesnt seem to know or understand protocol or just common courtesy. I felt like he wanted to fight me for just calling to ask simple questions. I couldnt ask any questions because he kept cutting me off saying I cant answer any questions you will have to call back and speak to the Director Lin Andrews on Monday. Which was fine. Buy the aggressive attitude was very unprofessional and unwanted. If this is the care you are providing over the phone how are you all treating our veterans. I will be calling back to speak to Lin Andrews on Monday and Im hoping the Owner has a conversation with Mr. Campbell this man is going to cost you your business forsure.

This is a lean organization that provides a significant and critical service to our veterans who are in dire need of help (provided by a wide variety of organizations). The team and the facilities are first class and totally committed to our clients and their needs.

Nice people just got here and they are assisting me very well

As a disabled person myself, as a woman married to a veteran of 32 years of military service... The more I speak to these caring people the more I want to help them. I am grateful to them for caring about the people who served our country. God bless and keep you all.

As a vet. And I have been there. The management is only about money and they take care of their pets.. I am thankful they were there, but its not what yall think it is.

Alpha Omega Veterans Services is one of the best things to happen to the city of Memphis, and even this country. They do the painstaking and thankless job of caring for our veterans in need. I highly recommend learning more about this organization!
