Was bad, rude cashier, then she left said going to restroom and Pro checkout was left with one old nice lady cashier and 5 customers at 8:00am when contractors are rushing to go to their jobs,Couple prices on items I recall 10x10 black metal flashing marked for $11.98 rings up for $14.98 poor old lady cashier had to leave everybody waiting in line to walk with me to make and take price tag off shelve so she could scan it,I wonder if Lowes does that intentionally because its the first, second or third time this happened to me, may be because majority of contractors 7n Memphis are Hispanic and some of them dont read English well or dont pay attention or dont wanna cause problem so they just pay whatever cash register says and would be bad on Lowes side to take advantage of us contractors like that, so Ill give it one star,I hope things change for the better,Idk why Home Depot dont jump to area on Summer and Perkins, time on business and contractors reside in that area.
Went for kitchen tile and bathroom tile for my momshouse. Very wide selection. However if shopping for someone else and think you may need to call them? No luck. There is no signal in the building except near the registers. Cant send pictures either. Make sure to get what you need when there because the return trip may prove very unfruitful. Supplies leave rather rapidly

I shop at this Lowes frequently, and most trips there I would give 3 stars...normally the employees overall will help you find things and such but they are reluctant. Today however, we went to get plywood and paint. The employees in the paint department were not helpful but they werent rude about it. The man that cut our plywood was polite but he did not know what he was doing and did damage the wood but it is still useable. Our cashier was Jessica and she was possibly the worst cashier I have ever dealt with. She was incredibly rude and incompetent and I will likely never return to this location because of her. She should be fired solely based upon how she speaks to customers.

Facebook and went to Lowes today and had a very good experiment you ask someone where do we cut some wood and cut some glass probably glass and the young man feel this way to go he cut the wood and he showed us to go and get this other glass cut only was there from beginning to end it was a very big help his name was Mr Joe and the other young man that helped us he was nice too they cut the glass I forgot his name but anyway little young guy very good service both of the young man thank you

They could use more help in the store.People are having to wait on themselves.They dont go with to find anything or even help you load it and I am 76 years old and could use help loading a hot water heater that weight 161 pounds but I had to load it myself.That service for you today!
Dont bother ordering appliances from them. Ordered a dishwasher that was in stock. Then they sold it to someone else. Ordered a new one from distributor and didnt scan it in for 2 weeks. 3 requests to get contractor to schedule. Contractor goes to pick up dishwasher and it arrived damaged 3 weeks prior. Never marked as damaged. This is a month after I PAID in full for the item plus installation. I also called multiple times a week to push the process along and it still took that long. Finally had to cancel the order. Absolute joke.

I had a great time walking the store and buying everything I needed. They had customer service reps working throughout the store helping people with their questions and even walking with them showing them what isle are their products were available. The lives were short and the store practice social distancing.
I visited this location twice on in one day and I am not thrilled with the customer service. They need more employees to help people get the right stuff. Most folk need help in a hardware store. I am aware of the jobs issue in summer 2021, but the employees are not eager to assist. I had to guess on the part I needed, and luckily I guessed right so I wont have to return. Home Depot has the same complaint, Im sure. A home improvement store is intimidating if you dont have help. A 70ish gentleman needed help with kitchen faucets and never got it. A page was made overhead, too. Overall, customer service is biggest complaint.

I will do anything to avoid coming to this store. Unfortunately they have exclusivity with my lawn mower brand and I needed a part, otherwise I would never come here due to the terrible customer service. Today was true to form and no exception.
I asked for assistance in the electrical department. Then I heard them call over the intercom on 4 different occasions that a customer needed assistance on idle 13. I waited for ten minutes before getting a bucket to sit on. I then waited another 10 minutes for someone to help me, which never happened. Luckily, there was another customer there that happened to be a master electrician who was able to help me even though it was not his job. Customer service was beyond terrible, it was horrific. I would rather take my business somewhere else than to receive service such as this.
I go here all the time since I own a old house and love to cosplay and for the most part i can find what I need pretty easily and for a reasonable price.

Your plumbing department needs help. My wife, mother-in-law, and I waited over 20 minutes after I had picked out all of the materials for our bath remodel and had called for help twice.Your saving grace is Tiara. She is five stars plus herself! She came over from her department and brought the lift to get the oversized and heavy items from the shelves. Please address your customer service issues and commend Tiara for being so helpful!

Im here a lot as a professional handyman, this week i had a yard drainage project, needing black corrugated flex pipe and fittings i found their inventory lacking, and the quality of the components they had are subpar. I had to go to Home Depot for the parts i was unable to get, i found that the catch basins there are of a better design and heavier plastic. They have a shaped bottoms and even hardened feet ridges to maintain long term stability. I have to return to home depot for additional parts and plan to make the effort to return these parts that i purchased Lowes first and replace them with the Home Depot version.

Purchased a lawnmower. It is not the stores fault it is lowes fault. They have a commercial for the lawnmower I purchased on sale but in the store it wasnt the store was not aware. The sales clerk was rude and talked down to me then just walked away while I was talking. The manager however was nice tried to explain and I bought the mower from him. The sales clerk needs retrained. I was going to leave and call corporate!

Ordered some items online for curbside pickup at the Perkins location, which was one the closest one to my house that had what I needed. My confirmation email also stated that it was for pickup at the Perkins location. However, when I went to the Perkins location, the curbside employee stated that he couldnt find my order. Finally, after more than 20 minutes on hold while he searched, I was told that my order was being filled at the Germantown location. Even though my confirmation email stated otherwise, his supervisor refused to help fix the issue. All I heard was her in the background stating that I had selected the wrong location because if it had been changed, they would have had a notation. Finally, I requested that the entire order be cancelled and I will go back to the Home Depot. I only gave it 2 stars because the first guy was nice and tried to help.
This location is great. I got immediate service and there prices were actually lower than what there website stated so it was a win, win for me thanks to the new guy who is running the tool department now and does a great job he actually came and for uh nd me soon as I stopped to look at the power tools. I was looking for a dishwasher and I stopped at this location. The sales clerk was named Marcus and he was very helpful. He was very patient, knowledgeable about the appliances and even contacted other Lowes locations to further assist. I did find one in stock and he took care of everything from start to finish. My experience was very good. 👍

Went to get paint they was out of semi glass so I got another one not many selections of paint when I made it home the paint wasnt mixed inside container at all had to mix it myself I didnt receive a paint opener or wood stick to mix it either all of the expensive items was out on display while the affordable items was out of site...

I was in your store on tonight 4/13 and waited over 25 minutes in the bath/plumming dept. One of the workers called for help 2x’s but no one from that Dept. ever came. I even walked up to customer service to have them call someone, but no one ever came. Well, a young man who was working in another dept. tried to assist me the best that he could, and I appreciate that. However, I was trying to purchase shower doors and needed someone who was familiar with them. Not sure if anyone really cares but your store lost a sale because no one in the Dept. would come to assist me.
Customer service is horrible at this location. Got there 45 minutes before closing and was literally following around and rushed out the store...it was still 15 minutes before closing!!! I Was told I would have to check out then or could not check out. Ridiculous!!!

The district manager really should consider firing the entire staff at this store. The staff at this location are extremely unprofessional and incompetent. I try to avoid coming to this store as much as possible. Their customer service is terrible! No one answers the phone and when you’re in the store you have to hunt down a staff member and beg them for help. The staff is always to busy standing around gossiping or hiding. When you walk in no one greets you. I ordered a door from Lowe’s it took them over a week to deliver the wrong door. I called them back about ten minutes later to advise them that they had delivered the wrong door, the rep stated they would send someone the next day. They left my door in a visible spot so I was concerned about someone stealing it while I was away at work. The door is extremely heavy so I couldn’t move it. The next day no one came and I tried to call them but no one answered. I tried to call every department but still no answer. I’m upset because I just spent over $1200 dollars at this store. People please don’t shop here. Go elsewhere it’s not worth it. They are always messing up at this location. It’s not just due to the pandemic. Lowe’s been messing up way before 2020.
Rude employees. I asked 3 guys for help they just pointed said isle 39 . Well I still couldnt find so I asked a lady who was sitting down at desk on her personal phone for help. She gave me a why are you bothering me look. She just pointed. I honestly was looking to buy a expensive item about $300 . It was a humidifier. Sad to say this happens alot. I guess they dont want my money.

Excellent, help when I needed it on the floor. I needed a new toilet, elongated with regular seat height, not on display. Found Andi Jo who looked up toilets not on display and ordered exactly what I wanted. She placed order for tub, toilet and water heater. Then she checked out my cart full of items and I was out quickly. Perkins Lowes is the best.

Bought a dishwasher (this took over an hour in the store) with a promise of delivery the following week. Salesman even called the warehouse to confirm it was available. Lowes charged our credit card immediately. Two days later, they called to say the delivery would be delayed 7 weeks. They refused to cancel the sale over the phone. 7 weeks would be after the dispute period for the next credit card statement and leave us with a working dishwasher. We had to dispute the charge to get Lowes to cancel the sale. Home depot had the same price on the same dishwasher and delivered as originally scheduled.
We bought a whirlpool drying and washing machine and it has had many problems since the day we bought it. Many tech support has come to check on it and so far like 4 or 5 people and they all said the same thing yet no one has come to fix it. I am disappointed and dont want to buy any more dryers or washers from whirlpool again.

Great place for ‘off the shelf’ items. Before you purchase items that need delivery or installation you should read the online reviews. This Lowe’s is particularly worse than others. I wish I did.
By far the best Lowes I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I live in Mississippi and will go to this Memphis location because the service is heads above the other locations. I placed an extremely large order and it was picked within a day. Ive waited weeks for an order to get picked at the Southaven and Olive Branch locations. The staff is friendly and helpful and keep a well-organized facility. I just ordered a water heater online and within 15 minutes I was alerted that the order was ready. What?!?! Thats amazing! Kudos to this team! You have my business.

My father and I went to the Garden Department to give a few bags of top soil and mulch. The check line streched almost the entire length of the Garden Center. Poor cashier was the only one working. People were upset understandably as was I. I called the direct store number 7 times was placed on hold and then disconnected 6 times. Finally got a sweet girl in customer service and told her what eas happening. She said she would tell her manager right away, which Im sure she did it wasnt her fault. No back up cashier ever arrived we waited a long time. I felt worse for all the people behind me as the line as grown even more. There were no associates to help people outside either, but there were plenty working in the store. One associate that was working a fork lift outside said we could tell the cashier what mulch we wanted and someone would load it into our car so need to get it. After we finally check out the cashier was at a loss for words as there was no one to load your vehicle. I called corporate, but was on hold for a long time and I refused to wait and longer. This was the worst customer service Ive ever had at Lowes. I know over the years we have spent thousands of dollars here. Home depot treated us like family. Unless Im given a call an a apology Ill never shop at this Lowes again.

I have shopped at this location numerous times and have never had a good experience. No one has ever asked if I needed help and it is next to impossible to find help when it is needed. Every time I have sought out a team member for assistance, I have been told this is not my department. Workers are not generally friendly, helpful, or knowledgeable, with the exception of a few cashiers who always try their best to smooth things over before you leave. Departments where you would find smaller pieces of things - like drawer pulls, hinges, nuts and bolts, pipe fittings, etc - are always a nightmare and nothing is in the correct place, even first thing in the morning after they open.On one occasion, we wanted to purchase a deep freezer and chose this specific location because we were told they had it in stock and we needed it by the weekend. Lowes was running a sale and offering free, next day delivery guaranteed. After spending about 15 minutes looking for anyone in or around the appliance department, we ended up hitting the call for help button. We were greeted by a seemingly disgruntled woman who asked did you push the button? We told her yes and that we needed a freezer and already had the item number on hand and were ready to purchase. She told us this was not her department and said she would have someone sent over. She left and we waited another 10 minutes before flagging down another employee who came into the department. We explained that we knew what we wanted and just needed to buy it and set up delivery, so he took us to a computer to do so. After some time, he was finally able to locate the item we wanted, confirmed they had it, and set up a delivery time in the computer. However, despite the next day guarantee he told us that since it was a Saturday, we would have to wait until Monday for delivery.On Monday, no one showed up during the scheduled delivery time. When I called to check on the status, I was passed around multiple times on the phone as if no one had any idea what to do or whom to ask. I eventually got a manager who looked into it and told me they did not have the particular item in stock and I would have to wait until they received it that next Friday before they could deliver it. I explained that we were told they had it in stock when we ordered it and even double checked because we went to that specific location after being told they had it. He told me there was nothing he could do and that I could either cancel or wait until next Friday. I waited, but again, the refrigerator was not delivered during the arranged time slot. Called again, spoke to the same manager, and was told that it had not come in on their supply truck like it was supposed to, and I could wait until next Friday or cancel. He made absolutely no attempt to correct their mistake, like possibly having it direct shipped to us instead of the store or getting another location to deliver to us. This continued 2 additional weeks (total of 4 weeks from the day we ordered it) before I broke down and called corporate. Unfortunately, they werent helpful either and said I could cancel the order and go to another location nearby who had it in stock. By that time, however, the sale was over, and they were unwilling to offer us the same price if we canceled and bought it at another location. It took 43 days to receive the guaranteed next day delivery freezer. At no point in all of this was a single person at the local store or corporate courteous, apologetic, or even helpful.
Ive been having issues with this Lowes recently. I recently bought a dish washer from them. I waited in the appliance section for 30 min - an hour for someone to show up. After waiting, I went to the customer service desk and had them find the people who were supposed to be at the appliance section. I purchase my dish washer and they try to gouge me with a $120 installation fee, so I had them drop the installation fee with the intent of installing it myself. When the dish washer showed up, it showed up without the connection items, saying that the store was out of the connection items and that I would have to call Lowes. I call Lowes and nobody in either the appliance or delivery sections would answer the phone. The only way I could get a hold of anyone at this Lowes was to call the curbside delivery line and explain to them that I cant get a hold of anyone at the store other than them and that I needed to speak to either appliances or delivery. All they did was transfer me over to the same number that I had repeatedly tried to call, which of course nobody would answer. I kept calling curbside delivery over and over again until they finally put me on the line with someone who could answer my question. They explained to me that there were no connection parts left and I could come and get my money back for the connection parts. I got my money back for the missing connection parts and repurchased them at a different Lowes. The main reason why I left one star was from the fact that I couldnt get a hold of anyone for hours over the phone and had to wait far too long for someone to show up when buying my dish washer.
Only have a 3 kiosk self-checkout at 7pm. There is 4 but 1 was down.
