I have well over a year in Customer Service and Customer Service Representation and yet 3 times I’ve called about a job they’ve turned me around saying I didn’t have experience when it’s clearly on my resume. Soon as I received a email I called to ensure about things and I was turned around again because it wasn’t a month clearance as well.

Why have a phone number, and you cant reach anyone everyt ime you call or leave a voice message?!?!!?

Rem X in Memphis is so full of it. They dont send you to any jobs. It is a waste of time.
