They are the ultimate support system, if you have an issue(s) about an assignment, they will get it resolved. They are so on point about contacting you about assignments. I have been privileged to work for Randstad for the past four months. The employees of the companies I have been assigned to were friendly and appreciated of my services. The business I have been to were close to my home. When asked if I will accept an assignment the Staffing Managers are kind and respectful. Working for Randstad has been a delightful experience.

I do not have respect for this company anymore. I work at XPO and my hours on a past payroll check has not been entered. (Going on two weeks) The only thing Im getting is that its a easy fix. No effort but a bunch of back and forth emails. Its clearly not a priority. Hate it...

This use to be a really good place to find work. I came here 10 years ago and walked right in and got a job within a week. Now, they dont accept walk-ins. You have to apply online. After I applied online, I called the next day to see if they got my application. I was told that someone will contact me within a week but that didnt happen. I called back late on a Friday and was told to call back on Monday. Called back on Monday and was told that someone would contact me after they review all the applicants. I asked when would that happen. Was told that job posting stay up for a month before they review applications. The problem is that I need work now. If you need work right away, dont go here. Very disappointed. :-(Update: I called the office back and asked if they had anything other than what was on the website. They told me to send in an updated resume and they will place me on the available for immediate work list.

This is a unorganized Randstad I have ever went through, Erika Winfrey is never in the office so how can someone communicate with her the proper way. I sent “TWO” emails and in my thread it was sent, she never responded but her so called partner contacted me and she couldn’t even answer my question. So now I’m not able to go through Randstad for a job, I’ve contacted cooperate and it’ll be looked into.... Randstad, Robert Half and Vaco are all just alike!!!

The staff member (Marci) was really friendly and easy to work with. It did not take long for her to find a suitable client for our organization.

The rudest recruiters Ive ever spoke to in my life!! She ask me about my resume and as I began to talk about it, she cuts me off and replies well your not what Im looking for! I think Ranstad is a serious joke! If I didnt qualify I wouldve never called nor sent my resume, so you think the hire educated or common sensed people here, but I was wrong she was a complete Anal! I was 2 secs away from telling that chick to Bite Me!

Customer service is horrible they never call you back I have called several times and they always taking my number and name down but never call me back I wouldnt even waste my time on them!!!! They promise me a job and never gave it to me I was a great worker was never late always was on time and did a great job on my assignment!!!!

Some of the staff are very rude! They dont care about helping people find a job. Tara and Marci are terrible! Dont waste your time. Go to Accountemps or Office team where they know how to treat their applicants.

Great staff they have found me several short term jobs

I had a temp job through Ranstad. I called in November of 2014 to let my Ranstad manager know that the company where I had been placed was 1. laying workers off and 2. requiring hourly employees to work 5+ hours overtime without pay on a weekly basis. My request was that Ranstad find me another position. There were no positions available from November until my contract ended the first week of January 2015.The following week, I heard there was a position available with another company. It is now two weeks into February, and I have heard absolutely nothing. (And I was informed that when something became available I would be informed. I was not to check-in).I would not recommend Ranstad to anyone.

My suggestion is dont go here..they wont pay you right or try to not pay all is due to you.when you point out they still need to pay you.they turn on you as they always want to be right even when there not..DONT GO THERE
