About 4 years ago I started with Randstad. I write this because the staff at the Winchester location in Memphis, TN really cared about my needs as a good worker. The caring and professional staff (Ms. Brianna for starters) really helped me turn my life around.My assignment was temporary to permanent. I worked every day and arrived on time. I maintained the I gotta have the best attitude mindset in order to make permanent on this job. And while working very diligently, the staff did routine checks with me about how I was treated at work. Ms. Brianna made sure everything was on the up-and-up.Today, Im on my same job as a Lead and I owe alot to Ms. Brianna as well as Randstad. When I entered the door for the first time, I was welcomed by the bright, smiling face of Briana W. who helped my anxiety without knowing. Moving forward, only about two weeks later David K’s inviting voices gave me a call about a scheduled interview located at a possible job site. He was very helpful with the concluding portion of the process. Moving forward, I showed up at the branch before my interview on the day of to get the exact location of the interview and I was complimented on my attire by the team. I really appreciate the way Briana stopped everything she was doing to ensure that I able to retrieve my funds from my Money Network card. My account was closed and I did not know how to resolve my issue, but I really appreciate someone caring enough to help with a GOOD ATTITUDE. Most places will leave you to the dogs, and have an attitude about helping someone when it does not include money for them, but my two Randstad reps, Ms. Katie and Briana were very helpful.

My fiance and I are in a unique situation with out transportation right now, and we initially wanted to be sent to the same location, on the same shift, but they were reluctant about sending us the same place, with the same car.The staff there put their heads together and worked it out where the both of us can work on different shifts, and we can still share the same car. So far my experience has been all good! Normally I work through the Park Ave office, but this office is closer to my home. They have provided excellent service, really genuine and helpful. Briana and Tara are really great recruiters, theyre always willing to go the extra mile, and that goes a long way! Randstad is hands down the best in the city with plenty of forklift jobs!!

Dont even waste your time or gas. They will never send you on a job. They will just give you the runaround until you get fed up. It has been a month from now and I am still unemployed. Breana, Torrance, and Katie will lie to you about jobs and send you on 1000 interviews but no one will hire. I am Forklift certified with my high school diploma and I still get treated like I dont have one. I wouldnt recommend this agency to anyone.
