I was given this company name through a coworker that had previously used the company for temps at a company he had previously worked for. he said that the company came in and did a complete turn around with the temps they supplied so they limited their temp services from 2 companies to 1 because 901 Resources had a better quality of individuals they were sending out. I thought I would give it a try 3 months ago. On today August 25th we have decided to do the same thing because it is true that this company not only finds top quality temps but they train them based on what the temp will be doing before sending them to work. This made things so much easier for our company by not having to take time away from what we needed to do to train every other day and having the temp come in with some knowledge of the system and work that they needed to be done made things smooth. The owner herself is very hands on with making sure that both her client and her employee is a good fit and happy. I appreciate this company and recommend them.

I started using this employment agency 6 months ago. Mrs. Trecia, assured me that she could find and train me some good dependable works. Today I have to thank her because not one of the eight people that she found me has been late or missed a day from work. She trained them to know what’s expected at my company before they ever entered the door. The professionalism that this company has is awesome.

This company deserves 10 stars!!!! Our turnover right was extremely high which normally is in the Hospitality Industry. The owner was of 901 Resources assured me that she had a resolution to nearly eliminate our turn-over rate from 5 people a week to less than 1 a month. 5 months not and not even 1 temp has quit, came in late or been absent. 901 Resources has some kind of magical powers with finding dependable & well trained staff. I recommend them if you’re tired of a high turn over rate.

I started using this Staffing Agency after someone in the building Suggested Me to. After meeting with the Owner which made me happy because it wasn’t just a sales person, I felt comfortable trying their services. I started with a Receptionist, the fit was perfect so after 3 weeks I requested 2 Accounting Clerks, they exceeded my expectations and went permanent after 90 days. I then took a shot and asked if they could find me an Operations Manager? Well I’ll just say last week the Operations Manager that they found me 14 months ago got promoted to A Directors position. I said all this to say that this Company has been an exceptional help with finding great quality people for my company and I recommend you try them to see for yourself
