Seems to be a great place to go if youre in need of a job! Great customer service! Latrice was very friendly, patient, andknowledgeable. So she was able to answer all of our questions about the company and how works. So if you are in need of a job. I think this place is definitely worth stopping by.

I had a need for paperwork and thought it would be a long, tedious process, BUT to my surprise I received a callback (within 1 hour) from the companys VP -- who took the time to listen and understand my issue. He then made the needed calls and got my issue resolved, same day. This is the level of service ALL businesses should strive to provide. THANK YOU!!

Longtime no see until yesterday morning im not 100% sure if the format is still the same i hear the guy whom was over 1st shift quit other then that they still pay same day & are open Monday thru Friday

Completely waste of time going up here. These people will literally have you waiting all day to go nowhere and they do this often with there workers. Seen guys come as early as 5am and have as many 20plus workers get turned around they also show favoritism to workers and give them the good jobs. I say remove the whole temporary service from Memphis it isnt helping anyone in the community make any advances in life

The company isn’t what it used to be. The new payroll lady latrice is VERY unprofessional. Me and the management had a disagreement about my payments due to the fact of me being with company when they were originally called Trojan Labor. Trojan Labor simply paid people daily, now Hirequest has weekly and weekend payrolls. Anyway during our disagreement latrice hollered while I was trying to get a understand and was very aggressive and unprofessional. Please stay out this lady way she obviously has a job issue with socializing with people.

Horrible! I’m assuming this company is keeping the lights on primarily off ex-cons fresh out of prison or individuals with a jacked up background. They lie to you to come down knowing they don’t have any work available for you wasting your gas and time. They have you come to the office at the crack of dawn and will have you sitting around and won’t even have the decency to tell you they don’t have anything. I will NEVER come back to this place I don’t care if I’m on the verge of eviction or repossession..word to the wise don’t do it!

Trojan Labor Memphis Tn has good customer service and they are informative about meeting the needs for staffing. When I call Malekila she never disappoints me, she gets me people I need in a timely manner and that theyre hard workers who I can depend on. Using this staffing service was a good choice.

They dont like to pay what they owe to temps. Funky attitude from whoever the girl is that answers the phone. Hirequest owes me for a couple of days of work and I have been trying to collect the debt for about a week now. As a Disabled Veteran that has served the Country overseas, I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied in the amount of care and consideration shown by Hirequest regarding my pay problem. Im being treated as if im asking for a loan rather than money I am owed.
