I did all the recommended online class training for subs and did all that was required on sending in documents and went to get my finger prints which they were suppose to pay for and their card was bad. I went twice in one day per their request and both times their card was bad . I Never heard from them again and this is the second time they have done this to me . A few years ago I went in and completed all required training and finger prints and never heard from them again as well. Also they send many bad internet links that do not work and have to keep resending them and they don’t respond back in a timely manner . Very unprofessional .

I REALLY wish I could give NO stars. This location is VERY UNPROFESSIONIAL. Their are DISCRIMINATION, and they take two to three hours just to assist you. But, they be right at the desk all day. This location really needs to be SHUT DOWN. Because, you have people that are willing to work. They dont wont to send you anywhere. I left KELLY SERVICES, because they were putting false information on my name. Very, very, very UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!

Great place for extra income

Tried to call twice no one picked up I was wanting to check on my background to see if it came back.. I know they are near their phones they sit at their desk all day.. they need to answer their phones I was just needing to ask a simple question and I cant even get ahold of them...

I haven’t been up there yet but I’m trying to see if they have work before I waste gas going up there but they never answer the phone tho!!! That don’t make no sense at all!!

When your only job is to help others get one you would think they could handle it but the truth is their amateurs and very unexperienced!

Very unprofessional! You dont get paid on time! You dont get all your money! They dont even check there answer machine or simply answer the phone! Theyre were two young men that didnt get paid before Christmas!Sad!!! One guy called in via message and lost his job because they didnt check there voicemail!! Should be shutdown

Called and went in for orientation on a Friday morning. was told by a recruiter named Cammie Pitts that they had a call center job available. After taking my drug test and getting a back ground check, come Tuesday all of a sudden there isnt anything available. Im constantly checking and seeing that there are new job opportunities available online but Im constantly being told that there arent any available jobs. In short, dont waste your time seeking work through Kelly. I dont understand why they keep telling you that they dont have anything available but their Facebook and website says differently.

They fired me for my hand getting deeply cut at Nike. Even after I showed proof that is was and accident and not my fault. They told me they would call me back and never did.

There is no customer service in this company. They let another customer skip 5 other applicants applying.

I would not recommend Kelly Service to anyone. They dont contact people back. Ive been put down as rehire-able because I was involved in a car accident, and I still havent received a call back from them, and that was in April.

Just dont go through Kelly they never answer the phone or call back, I feel like they lose paper work ive been working with them for nearly a month now and ive already had to give them my banking information twice just to get direct deposit enabled.

I would never use Kelly Services again. I was hired to work at Primacy Relocation, which is now Cartus Corporation, in Memphis. My manager at Cartus would approach me daily with folders full of work to complete off the clock and finally I grew tired of this and called Kelly. I reported this to my recruiter who sounded like she was shocked and she said she would handle it. I was scheduled to go permanent and had been complimented daily on my work quality. The very next day I was fired. No reason given. The day after I reported I was being made to work OFF THE CLOCK by the EMPLOYER Kelly sent me to. Kelly was complicent in this. I know that they were. They are crooked. Anything to keep a contract. Even tolerating blatant labor violations.
