The day before I had a job interview I never got the name of employer or THE JOB I WAS INTERVIEWING FOR. When I finally go to the job and finished I called back Express and told them what happened the agent said she would call them and call me back. Its been 5 weeks and no response.Update: Issue was resovled. Changed from 1 star to 3 star.

I appreciate and give compliments to Express of North Memphis, specifically Marcus Gray (and of course his number two, Jasmine!). He and his staff are knowledgeable, resourceful, good listeners to my job needs, relatable, professional, and friendly. He has great networking skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail regarding finding the exact right fit for his associates, as well as his customers.He and his team are taking care of each customer and each associate needs and therefore taking care of the city of Memphis as a whole by giving value to one Memphis citizen at a time.He helped me find work fast; he staffed that company with more employees as needed while I worked there. He knew my personality well enough to find me an even better position. My current job is the perfect fit and as he said it would be, my niche!

The Appling location is the best Marcus and the ladies up front are very helpful and always answer the phones. I recommend this lot for use, if anyone needs a job. This is a great team

This is a really great staffing company. They will make sure you have work bo matter what. The staff is very very inviting and professional. This is an outstanding company to work for. Tgey also dont force you to go on an assignment they ask you if you can do it several times before they place you. I would recommend thrm to anyone whose looking for employment.🙏

Unprofessional, rude!This company’s staff ( JASMINE ) to be exact is horrible, and the manager is just as worse, the only people that were professional were Kayla and the recipientiost.They got me an interview with this company and I didn’t show, yes totally on me for not showing so I receive a call from the manager, “Hey you ghosted out on me?” Mind you this is a place of business so I’m like ok and he said the interview, Jasmine set you up with that clicked to my head who this was because the Manager never said his companies name, not even during his greeting, JASMINE and both the manager start texting me and they are were going back and forth with me then they said I provided them false employment history, no you just need better staffing or could’ve even asked for Comcast job verification number, the manager even was like well she texted you because you texted like omg this is a business? Quite SAD! Then the manager was saying his lights still gone be on bills gone be paid, like really trying to belittle their clients. No customer service skill at all.
