Do not work for this company they are not responsive and they are unprofessional and they play with your money...I am still owed money for sep 7th and 8th and it is the 28th and thats why I quit

I will be reporting them to the BBB because not only do they not respond after taking the drug and background check. They never answer the phones. The physical site is always shut down and personal information is given out. I had been waiting 3 weeks for a call back for a job which desperately need during this pandemic and yet no one wants to help after passing everything needed. Phones ring and ring, this is very unprofessional. I will never recommend anyone here. If I could give it no stars I would.

Horrible, horrible, horrible service. They never answer the phone, barely contact you back via email, just atrocious. I would never in a trillion years recommend them to even my worst enemy.

This branch will spend hours picking up your phone calls, only to hang up 2 seconds later, rather than just taking the call and helping you. Really a nightmare staffing agency, dont expect any form of communication about the job you desperately need, just expect to nervously pace around your house :)

Beem waiting two almost three weeks for a background check nobody has called me an I know Im good so I just went straight through the company an got better care an professionalism unlike adecco.

They are very unorganized! I had to call them every week to remind them to pay me! Then when you call the main office they never answer always ignoring calls and they never open up on time ..it’s best to go through the door of the company your trying to work at because Addeco is not right

Ive literally called this place every day in a week and no answer. Its said that they cant even take 2 minutes and pick up the phone. Then when u go to the office the one in olive branch is closed most of the time & the Memphis office is appointment only. Filling out an app is also a waste of time because most of the jobs arent even available.

Complete waste of time. I got scheduled for a interview and when I got there I was turned around before I even got in the door. The representative said The job I got called in for wouldn’t have any openings for 3months 😡

Dont go to this location! Well, I mean if you dont mind talking to recruiter who is ghetto. I went in there and the girl who works there, I think her name is Chandrika? Sorry, of course, I cant spell her name, but she was rude and very unprofessional. I cant believe someone would even hire someone like that.

I just moved to TN from AZ. I have plenty of warehouse experience and a great work ethic. My orientation was for Friday and Saturday. I went Friday and completed orientation, that night I shattered my phone. It was still usable but it wasn’t until the next morning when my alarm didn’t work that I realized my phone had no sound. I still showed up to orientation, I was 2 hours late. I tried explaining my situation and they did not care. I called the office explaining I really needed the job the following Monday and me being late is not a habit of mine. They did not care. They won’t let me work. There was another lady that couldn’t even make it to orientation Saturday and they worked with her but refuse to let me work. Seems unfair when I’m a hard worker with plenty of references and great warehouse background.

My experience was great, normally how all staffing office be. Comforting people helping you. And my recruiter was truthful and also helpful. Thanks!

Terrible customer service they didn’t even let me know the morning shift is not available no more I tried calling multiple times no answer! Went up there to speak with someone the lady I spoke with she act like she hate her life. I tried explaining and when can I do a drug test before I tried to finish she cut me off saying they don’t have any morning shift available ugh just terrible. Waste of time!!! If I could give them a 0 stars I would!!!!

The whole process is crazy, they need a bigger place and new management. You gone be there for at 5 hrs. Depending on the crowd and if they feel like working. You have to run them down just to check the status of your background check

Terrible recruiters at this location. Sat there for 2 1/2 hours and they never called Me & then when I asked the woman at the front desk how many people I had in front of me one of the recruiters yelled and asked me did I have some place to be! It should not take that long just to tell people what you have open and available for them. This isn’t even including orientation or a drug test! I wish I could give them zero stars. And on top of that only 2 recruiters were calling people to the back. The rest weren’t doing anything! I hate I wasted my time!

Not a good place for employment

Im not sure whats wrong with this staffing place but when I first went in for my interview first of all let me say I felt overly dressed, I was the ONLY PERSON besides the workers who was dressed up and ready for an interview...THEY NEED TO BE MORE SPECEFIC ABOUT THE ATTI RE. Next the person who called my name to enter my information WAS A MAN DRESSED AS A WOMAN....he told/gave me the wrong information telling me Ill only be working Friday-Saturday...so to make sure I heard him right I ask; so Ill be working 2 days he says YES!! OK on top of that I was emailed finally to go to work on a Monday (mind you I was told Friday and Saturday). I go to work EXCITED to work and they tell me I wasnt suppose to had came in because they hadnt scheduled another class for the new comers. I emailed BRANDY SMITH and told her a whole week went by and nobody told me not to show up and she says well someone should have called you Im sorry! This was 2 weeks ago I be been calling the office at Adecco for a week and NOBODY HAS PICKED UP THAT PHONE NOT ONCE..Ive emailed this lady because if she forget once shell forget again.......SHE HAS NOT EMAILED ME BACK!! The job is for Sephora in Olive Branch Mississippi. WHAT IS GOING ON??????? WHY DONT THESE PEOPLE COMMUNICATE WITH THEIR CLIENTS???????

This process of interview is overwhelming. If you are a patient person, they will skip over you. They never have enough drug tests when they call you for an interview making unemployed people burn someone elses gas. They schedule70 people at a time for the same exact time but they only have two interviewers... They are very unprofessional. They couldnt get a full star from me, more like a wing from a star...

You have to work your but off while the so called supervisor Co Co plays with temps that dont work at all on the second level. She wrestles with them plays all night. Paul talks tuff and sees the people doing nothing at all just sitting and dancing. Just plain unprofessional. They say no cursing but clearly these two will allow this group to curse and walk on by like they never heard a word. Then say something to someone that does their job. They allowed this girl to just hold a rf scan gun on mutiple nights 90% of the time I worked here while she just stood hanging out in a packing station. She was suppose to be picking. We do have a goal to meet lazy girl. How can Nike continue to do a contract with this staffing agent. Ms.Kenya is a walking wrecking ball that clearly will hire a dirty diaper if it had arms and legs. She see you doing a good job and still will talk down on you as if you are not. You can tell her Corey has me doing this and she will say well you still in training answer to me. Clearly you cant win working for this staffing agency. They dont care about your safety or the shape the work area is in. If you complain about the up keep of something you see thats wrong they walk you out and make up some dumb story like you stupid. When clearly in orientation they tell you to report unsafe. Work conditions (BE WARE DONT!!!!!! YOU WILL GET FIRED) and know that once you fired its their word against yours. (12) Corey is a great Night Shift Manager at Nike but to work side by side with this group really is not a great look. They will short your pay then get and attitude because you are just a concerned employee that has stayed up all night on your feet and would like to be paid. Simos staffing comes in and then they try to act like they on they ps and qs. Simos walked the floor hourly and even caught a CRACK HEAD. THAT WAS HIRED BY ADECCO SLEEP IN A BOX. Simos made sure everyone was working while Adecco leads played around all night. Come on people now this shows that Adecco is terrible. A JOKE!!!!! They hire you and then want you to keep driving back and forth because they continue to make stupid mistakes with your paperwork mind you not this is how you get paid. This agency is very careless. The girls at adecco just sit behind a desk dont answer the phones and get attitudes with you because you have an appointment that day. Someone needs to come in and do a whole sweep through with this company. Only pro is you get to go shop at the Nike Store but then again they toy around with picking who they want even if you are a hard worker no missed days or anything. So be careful with this agency you might just get burned.Just not a good agency at all. They messed up my pay. Walked me out cause I complained about blood in my work area. Then Kenya lies to me like the reason we have to get you off the floor is because your paper work is not complete. Im like really ... Im thinking in my head I do payroll at my day job so I know if my paperwork was not complete why did I just get paid. But I just went ahead and walked out and returned in two days. Come to find out after I waste my gas and drive to both locations to fix this issue they tell me. We been sent Kenya a email a month ago about your paper work was complete and I had the young lady print the email to show to Kenya messy self. I return to work from my first job and give Kenya the email. She acts as if she made a mistake. Look lady if you cant read names clearly in emails you should find another job. The point of this story is if you are a good worker and you see something wrong. Just shut up cause Kenya will abuse her position if you know what I mean.This was just a job for extra Christmas cash but I will not return here.

Unprofessional...........worked for Nike through them for almost 2yrs.......never had a write up, warning or anything.......they callede.to the office and put me on suspension because I brought my lunch then said I cursed......bit all of this is the word of mouth of other adecco workers .....then called me to tell me.my assignment ended.......PETTY
