Arrived 8:00 AM for 10 Am appt. Checked in and waited on street till they called with a door. Unloading only took 45 mins. Was out by 10:40 AM.

This place doesn’t deserve one star but I had to click something, I had a 8:30am appointment, I checked in at 8:15am and I’m still sitting out on the curb waiting for a door, they go to lunch at 12:15 so I’m just spitballing that it will be several more hours to get loaded so my detention Pay is $21.00 an hour after 30 minutes, take your time now

(Pacific coast) After driving all night to get here.. I’m told I can’t be in my truck while they load. Everyone says how important it is that truck drivers get the rest we need, then there are places like this that don’t care. “You can sleep in the break room” give me a break! This is no way to treat a driver!

Appointment was 1:30 pm it 5:30 now and still havent been assigned a door; have to wait outside the gate on the street,oh and only 4hrs left on my clock.

They put me in dock door early. They have you wait inside warehouse while they load you.

Check in 1:30pm by appt get loaded at 7:30. Wish you bankrupt and go fkng out from the business mthfkrz

Usually get out of here in good time. However, today Ive been here 2 hours and still no sign of leaving soon.

Load the whole trailer in 30 minutes and then sit 2 hrs and was told missing 2pallets and still waiting,draining my Elog and have to deliver this load before 2pm tomorrow at Walmart in Arcadia fl

Was fast to load, -1 star because driver has to sit in waiting room while loading. Plenty of space to have us pull out from under trailer and wait in our trucks.

They move a lot of product through there very quickly.

Uses Mallory Distribution offices. Check in between doors 41 & 42. Very accommodating. They got me in ahead of schedule. Even though there was confusion about where they were since no signs, I still give high rating. Wouldve given 5 if signs in place. Maybe my review can help others.
