I have not had any problems making deliveries here. Follow their signs and the directions they give and youll do fine. They do start at 10pm, but Ive had better luck waiting until closer to my appointment time and letting the gotta be first crowd go first and get gone.

It’s first come first serve here and they start checking in around 10 pm. I arrived around 9:20 and was number 5 in line. 2 hours in and out. Very polite and friendly staff at receiving desk. No overnight parking but you can gansta park in the empty building across the streets parking lot. I’d come back to deliver here again if I had the chance.

I can see how can take 2+ hrs to check in best to get here as early as possible.

0200 appointment. Arrived 0030. Took 2 hrs in line to get to gate. Then 4 hrs to unload. Trailer was full but only 1 product. In door 3 hrs b4 they began to unload. Usually much faster here. Lady in office is very nice. If you need bolt cutters yard dog has a pair. Exit opposite end from entrance.

Got there 1 hour after appointment because shipper took forever to load my trailer but for them was no problem. Gave a door and start to unloading within 20 mins

Receiving start at 10pm. Better come earlier. There are enough spots to park if you come early but No overnight parking allowed.Lumper accept only checks no cash or card.

Drivers this is pretty much a first come first serve regardless of what time your appointment is for. Other reviewers are not kidding on the wait times. Get here as early as you can. You can park along the curb but that space is limited. I got up to the gate to park at 7pm and was first in line, another truck joined me shortly after. They opened for receiving at 10pm and got me right into a door. Unload is pretty quick. You will not exit the way you came in. They call you once youre unloaded and then you can get your paperwork.

Look to spend 4 to 6 hrs here. They start receiving I think at 9pm fcfs get there early or youll end up parking on the street. Most brokers will always give you a 3AM appointment. The line can easily have 20 trucks waiting to get in. Get There Early. I showed up at 9:15pm and I was number 14 in line, by the time I got in a dock door it was after 2:00AM..... Get There Early and get in line. Dont fall asleep 😴 in line. You know why.

Been dealing with it for a couple years now. Boxes being stacked in the cooler with lighter boxes on bottom. I couldnt tell you how many times weve lost boxes of mushrooms because of this. Call and complain, send pictures and emails and it does nothing. The same problem over and over and over. You might say staffing issues is to blame. No I dont think so. Its more like carelessness. Please refrain amd reprimand your employees.

I work for a company that hires McLane to bring our food deliveries. They are always late rude and Im constantly missing items out of my order and when I call they tell me they scanned everything I got everything FALSE I wish I could give them zero stars I have nothing but issues with this company their drivers and their product I hope my company decides to switch distributors soon. 😡😠🤬

Getting loaded was smooth and easy. Make sure you have your pick up number though.

The docks a tight and no truck parking is the negative about coming here. But Johnnie in the office, she is wonderful. Polite, efficient and keeps things moving. The guys were quick to unload me also. Thanks everyone

Ive been here before. And they are quick and friendly. I got here today about noon and my delivery is tonight. They open up at 11 p.m. for receiving and if youre here early in the day you can park as long as the first truck is a trucks length away from the gate for other traffic.

If youre a trucker and have a delivery for them, make it your last. They are not flexible at all when it comes to receiving deliveries outside of your appointment time, they never answer the phone or call you back, and only take deliveries in the middle of the night.

If I could give this company one star I would . Trucks are always late for several of the chicken restaurants that put the brand i work for costing us thousands of dollars in sales because we have no product to sell. This last experience takes the cake. Supposed to get a delivery Friday/ Saturday overnight the app says it will be there by 3am. Doesnt come. Sunday it’s still not here now I have to drive around and find product before I can open. Call the customer service and they never answer. Call transportation to see where my truck is after 20 min on hold she answers tells me she will find out where my delivery is and call me back. Never calls back. Finally get my truck this morning and they deliver everything but my chicken on the bone. I work at a quick service chicken resteraunt. How do you expect a chicken resteraunt to sell chicken without any chicken. Been waiting to get in touch with customer service for 30 min now.

As a truck driver whos been to many McLane facilities, the unloading took about 2hrs (normal), the receiving gentleman was allowing the drivers in at 11pm and there were very few McLane truck (lots of room to dock). There is parking in front of the building (limited curb parking, but it is there). In conclusion a good place to deliver.

All the staff, especially in the Receiving Office are super nice. Not too long to unload. Beware if you have an early appointment, it can take a long time to get to the gate. Trucks stage in the driveway and on the road.

Due to a shipper delay I had to call and reschedule a delivery appt at the last minute after hours. Johnnice was so understsnding and helpful.She gave us a new appt time and said the driver could get there 30 minutes early.Definitely the nicest Mclane Receiver I have ever spoken. THANK YOU

Had a midnight appointment, its 5 in the morning and still sitting at dock door. Receiving lady rude and no driver facilities.

1/28/20 - I am an OTR driver. As I understand it, this location previously had parking along the driveways. However, that is no longer the case. There are private road signs posted every 20ft that claim it is McLane property and no parking is allowed with no exceptions. I dont know why these places continue to ban truck parking because of a handful of inconsiderate drivers. The saying is dont let one bad apple spoil the barrel. If you dont like drivers parking here, then you should consider adjusting your receiving hours to daytime. It is next to impossible to find parking in a city area at 2am. If you expect middle of the night deliveries, you should be required BY LAW to provide safe, secure parking.... not just for a.drivers protection and peace of mind, but for the freight that you ordered and are expecting to arrive undamaged. I will never return to this place....not like that will change anything from their perspective. But it will prevent me from having to deal with the unnecessary hardship of late night delivery, then looking for late night parking.

Yeah this place was a hot mess everybody parking anywhere they can possibly get a spot even though the sign say no parking on property there were still people and trucks lined up against the main fence we were able to find a spot across the street in the empty parking lot. Saw lots of trucks parking however they wanted and were cutting other drivers off.Sat and waited in a door for about 20 minutes then one of the guys came out and asked us and about seven other trucks to straighten out apparently their docs are not very straight. So then had to wait another 20 minutes for them to even start loading. Then it took about another hour and a half two hours before we had paperwork and were out of there. Staff was okay not overly friendly.

Was there once before. Parking is bad but people in receiving were very nice. Made for a somewhat pleasant experience. In and out in about 2 hrs, not to bad.

Outside the gate it was dog eat dog, drivers cutting off drivers...even a shoving match between drivers....I got there at 1630 and had to fight my way in but once inside the gate, the ladies in receiving were awesome, got unloaded super fast

Be aware!!! 10-23 appt 0330 and I arrived 0303 with 2 trucks in front of me at the gate with the same appt time. Clerk refused to open the gate to allow entry until 0328. Get in the office and she still have us waiting to check in then going to timestamp my bills at 0335 in which they can claim I was late and not pay detention. Didnt start unloading me (25 pallets) until 0705 and didnt finish until 0852. No overnight parking either. I definitely wont go back to that facility, total scam to screw the drivers. 😡😡😡

Average McLane. Pull up to gate, checkin and get door # then dock, then take bills to receiving office -- waited three hrs for unload.

Friendly staff. Had a decent unload time. Called and asked about parking overnight before load was taken. Was told can park on the street. Arrived to see multiple signs saying cant park on street. Thanks McLane! Finding parking in Memphis after midnight is always fun

Green light means bills and lumper receipt are ready for you in the office. They wont call your phone. Expect a green light after 2 hours.Youll probably spend an hour in line behind other trucks in the median lane when you arrive.

Overnight parking infront of gate fits 3 trucks, then like 3 or 4 more on the driveway, but I saw trucks on 6419 address on the left driveway. When youre empty they want you to leave. If nowhere to park, you can park at Bass Pro....DO NOT LITTER!!!

7/17/20 arrived 8pm with an appointment 7/18 @ 2 amWas second in line at the gate 10 pm they start checking in trucks was put in a door right away (reefer load) 11:15 I was empty, green light you go back in to get ur bills!!

This is one of the worst places I deliver to. Been here for 3 hours. Went in to see what’s taking so long. I was told it was going to take 4 to 5 hours to unload from my appointment time. My time started at 2359. I hope I never come back to this place.

Checking was a bit long. Lady at the window was very nice and friendly. Unload time was about 1hr, but you get automatically one star if there is no overnight parking for drivers who keep y’all business running.

Appt. was at 1am. Check-in starts at 11pm (every night). I was checked in at 11:05pm. Finished and out the gate by 11:45pm. The receiving lady was super friendly and helpful.

The Entrance for trucks opens around 11pm at night for recieving .Many trucks figure out parking outside the gate to wait.Recieving ends and 7pm, so get there by 6am, or you wait another day.Unloaded goes fast, even if you are early for your appointment time. Yes there is a lumper fee.

The lady at the check in was super nice and professional. Check in at the call box outside the gate before coming in. She will assign you a door and give you any other directions. Got in my door and within 10 mins already getting unloaded.👍

They apparently dont start receiving until 0600 on Monday morning. Which is meh but whatever. However once I was in the gate everything from turning in paperwork to getting it back too around 90 mins.

Very surprising for a McLane. Showed up 35 mins before my appt a CS was out just a few minutes after.

They treat there workers like slaves and children. cutting there paid and firing good people who know how to do there job. Mclane foodservice is nothing but bad.

Not bad at all paid 55$ lumper fee and I was empty in 2 hours
