I do not recommend anyone ever buying anything from this company. If I could give a minus review I would. This is the second set of furniture we purchased from them that within a year the cushions started cracking and ripping from seams. The first time they said we shouldve bought a warranty plan. So, needless to say we bought a different living room set and thought we were doing the right thing when we purchased the warranty plan and asked if it got ripped would it cover, and was told yes if anything happens within 5 years the warranty would cover. Guess what? Within a year same story but, Covid had broke out and it was impossible to get anyone but finally after months I get a case number but, nobody called and when I called back after several attempts I was told that work order didnt exist. So, I had to call another number and was told that was normal wear and tear and was not covered. That is not what we were told when we ask. I am tempted to go to a local news about this especially after seeing all of these reviews.I would atleast like to find where to get the material so we could have it recovered

God awful... complete dumpster fire at this place. Will never buy from Ashleys again. Customer service just puts in tickets that the warehouse never answers, no one is responsible and its everyone elses fault. The office ladies at this place dont know their numbers from letters (I literally had to teach the lady her numbers while trying to pick up my order). I cant even make this up lol. Whoever runs this circus should be ashamed that this operation takes a huge dump on the Ashleys brand. Its a great place to get in a horrible mood!

Absolute garbage customer service. I have downloaded the consumer complaint form from the Illinois Attorney General’s office for consumer fraud and will be submitting shortly. Ashley Homestore/DSG took my money with zero intention of fulfilling my order: they actually deleted it from the system after I paid for it. Thats only the first part of my overall experience. Now I cant reach anyone to cancel my order for a full refund, not even the sales rep who took my order.Avoid Ashley Homestore at all costs.

Does anyone at this place answer the phone or respond to an email. The phone just rings and then hangs up and I can’t get any information about my order. Very frustrating

My wife and I bought an 8000 dollar bed last Saturday and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday, Thursday. The order still has not even been placed. You cant reach anyone on the phone. Whats a number I can reach someone at? I will come get it myself!!! Info requested has been submitted.

If I could do a 0 star rating I would. No customer service. No accountability. Not even a heads up notice that a delivery is being rescheduled. I ordered a bed set two weeks before thanksgiving and the main bed still has not come. The dresser and nightstand came the second week of December but as for the bed it’s been reschedule after reschedule and I still have not yet received the bed. Come to find out the my bed set has been sitting in the Memphis warehouse for 2 weeks and I’ve been rescheduled 3-4 times within these weeks and still have not received my delivery after being told that it would be delivered finally on the 9th. At this point I have to go pick it up and I want my money back truly. NEVER WILL I ORDER ANYTHING FROM ASHLEYS AGAIN.

I would rate this 0 stars if I could, my experience was terrible. The customer service here is extremely poor and the communication between the employees is also very bad. I had to pick up a bar stool for someone and Melanie Young was extremely rude!! She cut me off when I was speaking and told me that the stool had already been picked up (which was not true). I contacted another employee from a different location of where the stools were originally bought and he was trying to explain to her the situation and she was ignoring him and cutting him off as well. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she ignored my question and explained that the supervisor would tell me the same thing. I told her that was okay and I still wanted to talk to the supervisor and she shrugged her shoulders and claimed the store manager was not there. Then, the employee I was speaking to from a different store told them to go ahead and give me the stool and Melanie LIED and said there was not one in stock (mind you, she never even looked to see). I was told to leave the store and come back in a few hours once they figured things out. Once I came back, I spoke with Jasmine Barner and she told me that there was still a problem with the order. There was one lady in front of me waiting to pick up her furniture and she had been waiting for 1 hour + and she kept coming in asking them when they were going to give her the furniture and Jasmine kept sending her back to her car with no answer. I ended up waiting 60+ minutes for this bar stool. I have contacted corporate about this situation but overall the customer service there is absolutely terrible and I would NOT recommend picking up furniture from this distribution center.

Very discriminatory against female drivers. Dont have one female driver on their Fleet and make up excuses for why they refuse to hire women drivers. Try to talk to HR in HR caught an attitude with me horrible place to even attempt to work

Think twice before you buy from here. They made a mistake on a return and will not own up to it. We have been trying since November to get a refund on something that was returned but because of their ineptitude, they don’t have the right documentation. So they won’t refund our money and are basically calling us liars. I will never buy from here again and would encourage others to go elsewhere. If I could give a zero star I would have.

Very very bad customer service. I ordered my item in Nov and still havent received it. I have been giving several delivery dates. I contacted customer service on Saturday and two people hung up on me because I asked to speak with a supervisor. No one knows anything. Ridiculous!!

I do not recommend at all . Ihad to go pick up my furniture from this warehouse because my furniture did not get delivered on the day it was supposed to . I was supposed to get a refund of my delivery fee back within 3 days however almost 2 weeks and still no refund . Call and no one answers the phone, they are very rude when you go into the building. The lack of customer service and communication is very poor . I paid for my furniture all cash out of pocket and they can’t even do me the curtesy of refunding my small delivery fee back compared to me paying 3,000 worth of furniture. I do not want deal with Ashley anymore .

Bad bad bad customer service! Horrible and I would not recommend Ashley furniture to ANYONE! I ordered my furniture over a month ago and my delivery date has changed 4 times! My thanksgiving is ruined and I have family coming in! My living room is empty because I’ve sold all my previous furniture based off my first delivery date! Do NOT I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ASHLEY!!! They will not answer the phone nor will they respond to my email or Facebook messages!!!

I ordered a pair of lamp which came damaged. Ive been trying to get to customer service and Ive been unsuccessful. Ive used the online customer service portal, Ive tried calling, I sent emails which are still unanswered. Ive even gone to the local store and they were of no help. Customer service is non-existent. Im now stuck with a pair of lamp that I have no use for.

Terrible. Just terrible. I ordered a end table more than a month ago. I have not gotten a delivery date or anything. I called and emailed them several times - NO RESPONSE!! I talk to the main Ashley furniture line and they have no idea where my order is. I guess I will have to go to the warehouse myself.

I ordered a bed in November and it was suppose to be delivered no one ever called no one showed up up and I never received my bed I took off work me and my husband to get our bed took our old bed down and gave it away and still no answers no bed no call and they dont answer the phone customer service sucks and would not recommend them to anyone unless its in stock and to be delivered the next day otherwise your gonna get the run around

Zero communication. They don’t answer the phones. I had to go there in person to get answers about our upcoming delivery, and they said it wasn’t even scheduled for delivery like the store told us it was. No wonder the store offered us free delivery - it literally is worthless. Avoid Ashley at all costs, at least if you live in an area serviced by this terrible distribution center.

Number is disconnected. Number that I was given by front desk to call about issues just reroutes to Ashley furniture main line. Their staff at least helped put purchase in my truck.
