I had a great experience last weekend with Limo Express. I rented the Cadillac Escalade limo for 17 teenagers that were celebrating their high school Homecoming. I booked the limo with Jim 3 weeks prior to the event. Jim was very polite and professional. He emailed me the contract with the price of the limo, the charge for gas and gratuity for the driver. He called me the week of the event to verify the details and ask if I had any additional questions. Jim gave me the name of the driver (Mike) and his cell number. I sent Mike a text the morning of the event with my contact info in case he had any problems with the address. Mike texted me right back and said he had all the info. He stated he would be on time and his main concern would be the safety of the kids for the night. The kids absolutely loved Mr. Mike!!! I can’t say enough good things about him. He was very personable and friendly to all the kids. I did not have any issues with Jim, Mike or the vehicle rented. I will definitely rent from Jim/Limo Express again!
We rented a party bus this weekend and it broke down. They provided a hummer instead, but it did not fit the number of people we had. They would not refund our money. They were very unprofessional. Very disappointed.
We had a group book this company and at the very last minute they cancelled on us due to a bus being broken down. Didn’t apply the deposits towards the bill and now refused to refund. They are literally the worst service ever. Owner even threatened a parent. Now looking at his FB page we can see he’s very unprofessional and not a business I would ever recommend. Deserves zero stars.
I had a very great experience! I used them for my birthday March 6 2021! Jim was nice and took care of my needs! The Escalade limo was absolutely gorgeous and driver had a very great personality! Very reasonable prices! I can’t wait to use them again!
Toni was an awesome driver and was very professional in every way. Would love to have him as my driver again. Jim was professional as well and made sure I was taken care of on every way regarding my reservations. I will be using them again.
I’ve have used Limo Express a few times they are always on time the drivers are great and the price and customer service was very good. This past weekend was extremely great. I never leave bad reviews, but based on my experience, I believe I’m duty bound to do so. I can NOT recommend this Limo service to anyone. Unfortunately, the majority of the negative reviews I have read reflect my experience. The only good thing I can mention is that the driver Mr. Tony was nice and it was our pleasure to meet & tip you sir! Thanks!
Limo Express did 2 days for my wedding the buses where great and the drivers where the best. The limo buses and limousines where on time and did a great job. Thank u limo express for everything u did and the drivers.
This is by far the worst Limo Company that I have ever encountered! When I think of Luxury, this company doesnt even make up 25%. Jim and Chuck at Limo express has rude and just down right terrible customer service. I scheduled to have PINKY to chauffeur my daughters 4th birthday December 8th 2020. I booked services back in November. I was informed on December 5th that a bolt had been broken in the Limo from another service that they had offered. Upon speaking with Jim at this time, he basically told me that he could just have sent another vehicle, At least hes giving me an option (his exact words) The options that were given was an all black escalade or Chrysler 300. Keep in mind, that this is an event for a 4 year old. He also told me that per the contract that I would not receive a refund(Which my deposit totaled at$200.00), however, I have never signed a contract. I I told him my concern that basically I was not interested in the other vehicles. He basically tells me that via contract that there is nothing else to be done, that I must just pick a vehicle. After, we came to an agreement, that he would let the weekend pass and get the vehicle looked at on Monday. He stated that he would give me a call on Monday. Once I spoke with Jim, he stated that the vehicle would not be fixed by Tuesday and that he would indeed issue a refund. I was told that a refund would take 7-10 days. I reached out to them via text and calls, and that is when Chuck had taken over. I have been getting the run around every since. Jim and chuck refuse to refund my deposit and continuously disconnects our calls. I will never recommend this company, I will also be reporting them to the BBB. If Robbery is what you are searching for then this company will definitely rob you!!

Kelly was wonderful a great driver and very professional. I use this Limo Services for my father funeral. Jim gave me all my info upfront he explained everything to me. Because I ask about taxes and other fees. He explained if I go over my time I would be charge additional fee. Everything went great no problems. If you use them ask for Kelly great services. My mother and I was very pleased.

Rip off! Charged a lot more than stated. Get everything in writing, because the contract has no details. They charge wheel tax and 20% gratuity. I told them I would tip the driver, which I did and then they charged my credit card an additional 20% gratuity. I specifically asked how much and he never mentioned tax. Ive had to file a dispute with credit card company. Still have not gotten my refund over a month later.

I was married May 4, 2019. We were initially supposed to have the black Rolls Royce and we were told that one was in Nashville after we paid the deposit. So, we were told that we had the white one. A week before the wedding, my husband called to confirm everything. We were told that the starter went out on the white one. We understand, things happen. We were offered another limo, but we didn’t want a limo. We wanted something extraordinary. We were offered a refund and we accepted. It’s now almost 4 weeks later and we still have not gotten our 500$. Unfortunately we will have to take this court. Everything was fine UNTIL I started to feel like we were scammed.This is NOT the route we want to go. To me it was simple. You can’t provide the service, refund the money paid. I’m not sure why it takes seconds to debit an account but weeks to credit. An apology would have been nice AS WELL as our money. We just paid for an Entire wedding, I don’t have money to waste. I can’t point fingers, but someone in that company has no sense of urgency or accountability. This didn’t have to go that far. We are constantly getting different stories. I need my money before the end of the week, no exceptions. I’m not sure If the owner is aware of how the company is being ran, when I called Jim, I was directed to Brittney. Brittney us never in the office. Limo Express, could you please refund us our money?

I got married this past Saturday on April 27th. Two days before the wedding I called around to see if I could book transportation for the wedding party for myself and the groom. There were only a few places available due to prom season. I decided to book with Jim at limo express. At the time, he gave me the best price being $150/hr. I thought that was a great deal and wanted to proceed. He sent me an email with the paper to fill out with the dates I needed the transportation and my credit card information. I sent it back that same day and we were all confirmed. The next day, Friday (day before my wedding), Jim emailed me the same piece of paper again saying I needed to fill it out. I was In the midst of getting ready for wedding festivities so had to call him and explain that it had already been filled out and sent back the night before. He proceeded to say he had it. Okay?Transportation showed up on time. Took the wedding party and myself to the church where we were getting married. Once the ceremony was over, the groom and myself had to walkacross the entire parking lot to hunt down the bus that was waiting on us.The very next day, I checked my credit card bill. It was WAY more than expected. Jim NEVER mentioned on the front end they charge for fuel, 20% gratuity, and tax. He ALSO charged me for an additional FULL HOUR for $150 when we used them for 3.25 hours. How does a company not charge for partial hours. A TOTAL RIP OFF. This is just someone wanting free reign of your credit card. I called Jim and asked why I was unaware of these charges on the front end. He proceeded to argue back and forth with me that he told me, which he never did. Just make sure folks, READ THESE REVIEWS & ASK FOR ALL CHARGES TO BE MADE PRIOR TO BOOKING because they will sneak in what they can if you’re not paying attention.

We recently rented a bus to transport a group very early in the morning. The driver arrived early (to ensure he was on time) was courteous, and considerate and even brought donuts. We would use Limo Express again, and we recommend them to others. Great job.
I am very disappointed in the level of customer service and hidden fees that this business provides. They will charge your credit card without your permission for additional fees that were never discussed at the time of booking. I never think to read reviews but now after reading these reviews of previous customers, I should have known better to book somewhere else...

Another limo service canceled on our group 2 days before our night out. Limo Express got us taken care of. Good customer service and very easy to set everything up. The driver called about 2 hours before pickup to re-confirm all the details. Our guests from out of town had a fantastic time.

My daughter prom is tomorrow, I got a call one day before saying the vehicle want start 😡😡😡 I booked and pay in full for the rolls Royce ... I was told I was going to get a Dodge Charger instead 😡😡 Then said my refund will be in 7 days lol a real joke... My baby is disappointed and so am I.... Then he was disrespectful ...I will be filing a small claim law suit on this company for ruining her day.. Not a threat a promise

DO NOT USE THIS LIMO COMPANY.We rented a Hummer limo when the limo arrived, it was semi-clean, the stereo system worked 1/2 way meaning that only the middle speakers work. We left our house to go to Overton Square, the driver was so lost he took us on and off the interstate 3 times and took almost an hour to get us there, which normally is about a 20 minute drive. Throughout the night I had to be the drivers co-pilot because he had no clue where to go or how to get there.On our return the heat quit working. The driver pulled over on the interstate and tried to see what was wrong but could not figure it out. So we sat there in a COLD limo for the rest of the way home which took us about 20 minutes. I talked to the owner that night because our time had gone over and he wanted cash money instead of putting the extra hour on my credit card (seemed a bit sketchy to me) I refused so then he said he will charge my credit card, I mentioned to him the heat did not work, he told me he would take a look at it in the morning and get back with me, well of course he never called me back so I called him twice today and caught him the second time.The owner insisted that the heat works and that we must off hit a button or something. Like I explained to him it did work on the way out but on the return it did not work and his employee even checked it. Jim the Owner was not concerned and offered a simple I sorry. I would not recommend Limo Express to anyone!
Fortunately I was unable to do business with these two very unprofessional men. Jim was suggested through a friend. I was happy with his quote $75 an hour plus gratuity & tax. I didn’t book immediately so that I could look at competitors. I called back two days later after receiving a text from Chuck. This guy quoted another price. After I told him Jim’s quote he still couldn’t make sense of his pricing & finally came to the conclusion that the rental would be $500. $75*5 hours plus gratuity & tax. Doesn’t add up but I was okay with that. I asked about an upgrade & he told me that I was having trouble with $500 so what does it really matter. Then, eventually telling me $625 for the Chrysler 300 for 5 hours. So I figured I’ll think it over & call back. He was rude, seemed sleazy & was very unprofessional. So I called another company. Tennessee limo. They immediately gave me a better price. $435. Included gratuity & tax I didn’t have to ask or help them come up with the appropriate calculation. & I loved their approach to business so much. I did in fact upgrade to a “Party Shuttle” for $250 more than I would have paid this company. You two gentlemen are an incredible let down. Such a sleazy business. I’m happy I never worked with you & I’m happy I didn’t let you know I’m in YOUR business. I run Jos A Bank & cross train Men’s Wearhouse. My clientele is yours & you will never get my recommendation. Your competitor will have their cards in my stores. Sad outcome. Terrible business & totally unnecessary.Cheers, I hope you grow beyond your egregious behavior. You aren’t doing yourself any favors...

My total experience was awesome! New Limo arrived early; and our driver for the night was very courteous and informative about the city. When we stayed out a little late the owner let the extra time slide, also by far the lowest rates of any limo service in city. And all there vehicles Ive ridden in are like new! I will always use limo express for my special occasions. I highly recommend!!Any one that has given Limo Express a bad review must be from the competition.
This company is a fraud. Be careful they will defraud you out of money any way they can. The owner forged my signature onto a contract to fraudulently charge my credit card after I decline to use their company. I filed criminal charges against them. Please beware if you decide to use them. They are criminals.
I am not a competitor. I am a mom who Jim Hagmaier cheated out of $100.00. I agree to every negative review on here. He is dishonest and will take your money. He used the guise of TN DOT regulations with me. I have reported him to my local news station 7 on your Side and to the station in Memphis that does the same. If everyone would do this maybe he will learn a lesson. Im sending into the BBB and filed a complaint with the TN DOT board. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM.Again - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM. His reply is completely false. He and his company are dishonest. Evidenced by his response attempting to quote driver regulations when by his and his drivers own admittance the regs werent followed. Very poor customer service !!! After being overcharged on my credit card I called owner,Jim H. several times! He said that he would refund the $$. I still have not seen any credits. Have called him again and phone goes straight to email or am hung up on. I want my money back based on the agreed amount!Caution! Dont trust quotes, get everything in writing!!!Owner called back finally and explained situation and I should have refund this week... Hope it works out because he owns some nice vehicles and our driver Allen was great!

This is the most unorganized and crazy is limo service in Memphis Tennessee. They are very unprofessional the so-called manager allowed me to put down a deposit on the pink Hummer for my 30th birthday about 3 years ago and maybe a week or so before my event took place the so-called owner informed me that a kid from st. Jude wanted to use it for their Last Wish well with the way that they act and treat their customers I dont believe them at all I believe that someone paid them a little more than what they told me I can pay them Ford so if I was you I would not use them and Ill because they will try to get over on you and oh yeah he told me one price in the beginning then towards the end to pay him all of the money he raised the price of so dont do it dont do it that will mess you over

I rented the party bus for my 31st birthday this past weekend. Initially the owner Jim seemed okay, just unprofessional. He used profanity and talked to me as if we were friends. My husband was waiting outside in the car while i went in to pay my deposit. He walked me back to my car and made an inappropriate joke about me liking cream in my coffee to my husband. I am Black, I felt a little uncomfortable, but i brushed it off and got in my car. My husband didnt clearly hear the comment. I was asked where i wanted to go on the party bus, i was unsure and told Jim, the owner that we could just drive around. He rudely told me, that was not gonna happen, and i needed to pick somewhere to stop. The driver, Ken arrived on time and seemed pleasant. I invited 22 people and upon getting on the bus the radio sounded distorted and unclear and kept going in and out. The tv never was clear and key doing the same.We paid no mind to it. About an hour and a half before my rental time was up the radio completely went out. Ken, the driver blamed us and said we did something to it. One of my friends got into an argument with another on of my friends but there was no fight. Ken, the driver, drove extremely fast on the way back to my house. When we were exiting the party bus, I asked Ken what we needed to clean. He replied that we were fine. On monday i called jim, the owner to tell him about the sound system and he said it sounded fine and asked me about a fight. I told him there was no fight. Just a disagreement. 1 hour later, he texted me and said that we broke the sound system by having the music too loud. I told him my lawyer will be in contact. He said, thats fine you signed a contract for any damages. I explained to him, that when on a party bus music is supposed to be loud, and that was no specified in my contract, furthermore, the speakers were distorted as well as the tv. He brought up the so called fight and that Ken the driver had to clean the bus himself and that he was keeping my $250 deposit. I am going to do what i can, it iss just a real i justice when i have already spent $806 on the rental. All facts in this review no opinion. Interested to see the owners response.
I would not recommend this service!Problems include:- 30 minutes late picking us up- dropped us off an hour early- paid for 6 hours and only received 4 hours and 30 minutes of service- owner said he would reimburse us, but never did- because driver was late, we had to pay outside of limo in front of Orpheum- driver was late picking us up after the opera because he went to see the show we were watching instead of waiting for us outside- driver yelled out of the window at other cars while we were driving around downtown.. that was a classy touch- driver sped back toward our house in the rain and on the phone while passing cars the whole way- on the way back, driver hydroplaned twice and drove up on curb in front of our house- to top the evening off, driver followed us into our garage, put his clip board on my personal vehicle and asked that my husband do even more paper work and get receipts at 11:00 pm....- All of that for the bargain price of $524.16!When confronted with these problems, the owner asked why we didnt drive ourselves to the venue... He said we should have taken a cab.These are the facts surrounding our experience. You decide... (carefully!!)

The Party Bus Rental was the ride from HELL. The driver was very nice but not helpful. We booked back in February this year and still waiting on a response from JIM, the owner. We were picked up on time and then the nightmare started. The temperature outside was 32 ish, the temp inside was 20 ish. We did not have heat!!!!! The driver acknowledged it wasnt working, to top off not having heat, the door kept opening while driving down I-40..YITES; the radio worked but only on FM100 not our style.. the AUX input didnt work. So we were not happy campers. This Party Bus had a restroom but the door was locked..the driver told us it didnt work anyway. The rental was over $800 for 4 hours. We couldnt stay on the cold ass bus so we spent more time at the two stops we made. It was horrible. I called for a refund over 15 times. Still waiting for the owner to return my call, text and email. Hes awful and should destroy all of his vehicles in my opinion. NEVER EVER USE THEM. Im filing with the Better Business Bureau. Response to the Jack Ass from 1 month ago. This man is a ball face lie. I contacted his office immediately after the horrible event. Spoke to his assistant who said she would have him contact me. I left several messages. I never asked for any concessions ass wipe. I paid in full up front. The damn heat did not work..nor did the radio. and we did not push open the door. I see how you do business. So if someone complains you just called them a liar without calling them. I waited for you to respond. I was advised to give you a review and as a paying customer who was totally dissatisfied with your service and I did. Lesson Learned and I will never use your service or recommend anyone to do so.

I recently called to get a quote, and as opposed to being helpful and informative, the individual that I spoke with was rude, used profanity, suggested I call a cab, and hung up.My assumption is that the service is a reflection of their attitude, so buyer beware.
