Had my Tesla ceramic coated there about a week ago.. this is a picture of it 7 days later. I’ve driven 400 miles, parked under trees, and it’s rained twice in those 7 days. Still has a mirror finish. These guys are the real deal.

I wanted the best detailing for my new car and after some research I found Word of Mouth Detailing. I went in for an appointment and while the price is premium, the work most certainly is too. I went in expecting perfection and apart from some minor requests when the detailing job was completed, they came pretty darn close to it.I noticed some super minor damage on the door from opening and hitting something, which looks to have been done unwittingly. It was truly minor, but when I brought it up and came back to have it looked at, they already had the correct touch-up in house and took it in to have it fixed for free, regardless of whether it was caused by the shop or by someone else. I highly recommend Word of Mouth Detailing, absolutely worth it!

Joe and his team at Word of Mouth Detailing are nothing short of miracle workers. They were able to buff out cut marks on my new car hood from another shop until they were all but imperceptible. They completely removed an improperly installed clear bra. They finished their work with a new clear bra and ceramic coat that makes the car look beautiful. They wrap the edges of their clear bra so there are no visible lines. Professional and skilled, true artisan detail. This is the only place in town you should come if you want your car to look better than the day it rolled off the lot. Their work is appropriately priced for the best work in town, which is what they do.

Joe and his crew did an amazing job eliminating swirls and etchings in our recently purchased Corvette. They made a 2014 model look brand new! I did a lot of research and read all the reviews. If you are doing the same, do not hesitate to entrust Word of Mouth Detailing in Bartlett with your vehicle. They are honest and professional. Results will not be disappointing. We have already had them detail our “practical” car (an SUV) and they were able to correct a blemish in the paint that body shops told me would require repainting! Great job!

This place is great. They did a 3 year coating on my challenger and it always shines. They also got mold out from my civic after flood damage and Iv never seen cleaner original fabric from a 2006 car. Looks and smells new.

I was at my wits end.Bought a black Jaguar on an overcast day in the late afternoon. Certified pre-owned from Jaguar. Id been looking for this particular trim package for a few months..... So jumped on the deal.Next day, in the sunshine, I understood why it was traded in. The swirls in the clear coat were awful awful, looked like car sat in an oven for a week then was cleaned with sandpaper. I would not have purchased the car if it would have been a sunny day. The paint was close to destroyed.Actually brought the car to body shop and they did more harm than good trying to buff it out... also told me $6500 for new paint job.I was actually about to trade it in. Would have cost me thousands just in taxes. A guy at work told me about word of mouth.Brought it in, with low expectations, and while the cost is pretty stout, decided it was worth a shot. Definitely worth every penny and then some. Convinced these are the only guys in Memphis who could have done this job, with these results.Car looks better than new and I actually got ceramic finish after all the swirls were removed. Amazing work.

Great job detailing my 2015 Subaru Outback! The car had two full years of dog hair and child occupancy which really made it a mess. After getting it back after detailing it had been returned to just like new! The shop removed the car seat and made sure it got reinstalled correctly and safely. We will be returning customers and recommend them to others.

I had heard for several years that Word of Mouth Detailing is a great place to get your car detailed. But since I am one to do my own work I never gave them a chance. After getting into a wreck which caused coffee to explode all over the interior of my car, I decided to see what Word of Mouth Detailing had to offer. Their reputation lived up to all the great things I had always heard about their work. Joe and his team were able to get the coffee out of all the nooks and crannies as well as my upholstery. Not only was the inside pristine but the outside of the car gleamed! I had forgotten just how good my 14 year old Mustang Cobra could look! Joe was definitely able to make me a happy customer and put a smile on my face; theres something about driving your newly detailed car off the lot being proud to be behind the wheel. Had a Grand Cherokee that I needed to trade in recently. Took it to Word of Mouth to try and put a shine back to it before i traded it. It honestly looked like a different vehicle when they were done it was so clean. It was unreal. Almost confusing how much of a difference it made. They do great work here. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Well to start off I dropped my car off to have a routine wash that they used to do on Saturday. I was told my a man ( driving a tan Tahoe or Yukon) that unroped the business parking lot that they stopped doing the routine car washes after a year, but said that the guy that was responsible for the washes didn’t come in till 9 AM. He said he may or may not do it. That was completely understandable to me. I left my car, name, and phone number and was surprised to receive a text around 4:30 PM today stating that the guy did not show up today to do the wash, parking lot is closed, and we have parked your car on the street with the key under the mat. Well that is not very smart considering that I have a keyless entry type vehicle. Anyone could have entered my vehicle and left with it. I have had details done by these guys for around 3 years and they have always done a fabulous job, but I will never do business with them again because of this.

I had taken some seats in that I felt sure could not be helped at all. The seats were 16 years old. They had nicotine stains, coke stains and ground in dirt. Picked them up a couple of days later and was shocked. No stains left in the upholstery. They looked almost new. I will be bringing my other vehicles for a a full detail soon. Dropped off my Silverado for a opticoat and a full detail and the results were better than expected. They really brought the black back to its fresh paint look no swirls or water marks it just looks like glass. The opticoat has made keeping my truck clean much easier. If Im in a hurry I can just hit it with a pressure washer and it looks pretty good. Before the road grime would cling to the paint and if you didnt scrub it didnt look clean at all. Joe and his guys did a top notch job and are the only guys getting my business in the furure.

WORST MISTAKE EVER. DO NOT USE ANY OF THEIR SERVICES.***TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MILITARY MEMBER***Tried to charge me for Opti-Coat that they did not apply knowing i was PCSing and thought that since the Opti Coat is a clear coat you cannot visibly see they could charge me and i would leave and not know it wasnt there.- CHARGED $ 2200 Dollars FOR NOTHING- CHARGED $ 1000 Dollars for a product they DID NOT INSTALL (OPTICOAT) when questioned about it they attempted to make me feel guilty for not being satisfied with their product.- DENTED MY TRUCK during detail did not compensate- OVER 30 RAZOR CUTS in my PAINT during CLEAR BRA INSTALLATION and poor installation.-TOOK CASH for “DISCOUNT”. I did not have proof of purchase and they did not have to pay taxes on their sale. Lied about warranty and product installed.Joe the owner is a SCAMMEROpti Coat corporate and Sun-tek was great at helping me get my money back for the products said they sold me but the $300 Dollar detail charge, $200 Dollar tip and cost of dent repairs/razors cuts they were not able to do anything about. Ultimately using this shady company cost me over $3,000 Dollars between repairs, rework, additional detailing for the rework, and damages to my truck. When the Corporate companies got involved the excuses started rolling about an “employee” on drugs who was stealing from the customers but had multiple opportunities to make it right and never mentioned this random person. They did my wifes 2005 Suburban and it looked like new, inside and out. When they did my 2008 Silverado 2500HD 4x4, I wasnt sure it was my truck at first!

Without a doubt, True Professionals...Joe, TJ, Treymane & all the crew are great... Without going into a long drawn out story, I had a bad experience at another shop that had installed paint protection film (clear bra) on my brand new car. Found out about Word of Mouth, after emailing & few phone calls, I decided, actually I was invited to drive down (about 1-1/2hrs away from me) & take a look at their work. After seeing some of the work they had done, along with some in progress work going on, I was thoroughly impressed. Joe and his guys answered a ton of questions without any signs of frustration, they explained every little detail I inquired about and more. So made an appointment for PPF, tint and then added Opti-Coat while they had my car. I cant explain with words how it turned out, best way I can describe is AWESOME. Ill never go anywhere else, the drive for me is well worth it. They explain everything in detail, upon picking up my ride, they even explained/showed me how to properly wash & care for the car myself. This is not your $20 shade tree car wash. My ride looked a thousand times better than when I purchased, which was only in December. I had not driven the car much at all, worrying about chips so it only had a touch over 300 miles on it. Well worth every penny, dont hesitate to let these guys work on your vehicle, its in GREAT hands.

Six months ago, I had Word of Mouth apply opticoat to a new car. Once complete, the opticoat application had spots where product was too heavy. When I brought back to WoM, they first tried to convince me that it looked normal, and later told me to wait a month and that exposure to sunlight would help it even out. I spoke with other detailers online that let me know that this was not true and that issues needed to be resolved before the opticoat hardened or that the whole job would have to be redone.I waited the 30 days and then took it back to get the opticoat redone. After the opticoat was stripped and reapplied, there were about 20 spots on the finish that were not even. WoM resolved all of the spots, but I had to go around the car and point out all of the issues myself. These guys are supposed to be professionals, so I feel like they should have found and fixed all of these issues before they called me to pick up the car.If you are considering putting opticoat on your car, find someone else to do it or just skip it completely. Word of Mouth does just fine on regular detail jobs, but apparently complex jobs arent going to get the effort required to get it right without the customer standing over their shoulders, pointing out mistakes.

Cleaned the car very well. The interior was wet for a week causing the windows to condensate and streak up terribly. They refused to clean the inside of the windows afterwards. I wound up cleaning the inside of all the windows myself. Thought I deserved more for the money I paid.
