I got the silver package. Awesome job. Staff is amazing. Great attention to detail. My car was just as it was when it came off the lot and they did not take long at all.

Bronze Package: I haven’t had a clean car, truly clean car in a long time. It was over three years since the last time the car was detailed and we got a dog two years ago to add to the messiness that is the back seat. We took the car in on Friday - I LOVE having a clean car! The tires shine, the windows and mirrors are clear, the dash/trim looks amazing, the CARPET-the carpet looks new and it smells linen fresh inside. The staff is wonderful, courteous and helpful - We’ll be back and tell everyone where to go in the meantime.

I love this place. Its awesome how they cleaned my car. Normally, my husband or I do it because most places dont do a thorough cleaning like I want, but they do; moreover, the fragrance smell stayed inside my car for a few weeks. Also, the staff is super friendly and wonderful and I like that.

Excellent customer service. Detailing job was perfect, as in I wouldnt of changed a single method of his. My car was cleaner than the day I had bought it off the lot. The cloth seats needed a shampoo job and they were spotless when they were through with it. The scent they had used in my car smelled amazing and lasted for almost a month. I will be going back to them.

TBOC detailing is hands down the best shop in Memphis. Best prices, best work and far and away the nicest people you will ever do business with. The absolute best deal you will find. Just picked up our Honda Pilot SUV we are looking to sell, the car came in dirty, full of scratches, stains in the interior, headlights completely hazed over, and the wheels full of corrosion and 11 years of road abuse; what I got back was a new car, better than the day it was purchased. It is absolutely foolish to sell your car without having it detailed, for the small price of having someone else clean and polish every part of your car, you will get your money back X4 when you sell your car. No joke, they even took the wheels off the car and polished the rim behind the tires. There is no package out there this complete for the price, seriously, I checked.This place was extremely clean, well kept and organized, and the workers here are all the most friendly car guys you will meet. Owner has second to none customer service and will push hard to impress you. This is not a paid endorsement, these guys really went the extra mile and deserve a bump. I will definitely be taking my other vehicles here to turn them loose on.GREAT WORK GUYS!

When I say Mr. Larry at TBOC Auto Spa And Detailing exceeded my expectations, I mean it! The attention to detail used was phenomenal of my black 2016 GMC Sierra. He pick it up Wednesday with swirl marks and other imperfections and delivered back to me on Friday with a show room quality finish! Black is one of the hardest colors to work on, but he knocked it out of the park. So much so that I felt he undercharged me! Great guy with an awesome talent in restoring vehicle finishes. I wouldnt hesitate to send my truck or any other vehicle back to him! Thank you Sir!!

TBOC is the very best at car detailing and just in general! I am big on customer service and have never come across a company that gives the kind of outstanding service that I got here. This company went way above and beyond my expectations. I am a single dad with two kids which is apparent by how dirty the inside of my car was. Larry and his staff made my car look and smell better than the day I bought it. This world would be a better place if there were more people like the staff at TBOC. I tell everyone I know about this place and will definitely use them again.

My car was filthy, and TBOC managed to make it look brand new. My only two peeves was I had to keep pointing out a couple of spots that were missed and I paid an extra $50 to get my seatbelts done, and the bottom of two of them were still orange and dirty looking. The next day I saw a couple more stains overlooked.However, the staff is extremely friendly and understanding. They worked with my schedule, and even stayed a little late on a friday so that I could pick up my car. I only wished someone did an over view of my car to make sure all spots were taken care of.
