These ppls take so long for a drug test! I came at 9:20am stayed waiting for 40 minutes in the main lobby then called back to another waiting room in the back this is the worst drug testing place ever don’t use this place if you have to get drug testing go to lab Corp at the Walgreens there faster get you out the way so quick!

I am going to find a way to report this location. Employees need to be replaced if they do not want to work. You are here to take blood and urine no one should be sitting here 2 hours or more. This is not Christ Community Clinic people. It is not professional for no one to be at the front desk an entire hour to not be acknowledged or assisted. This ridiculous....I have been here two times prior while sitting outside two hours waiting to be called. when I leave 30mins later I get an alert saying I can come in. It only be 3 people ahead of me and we all be waiting. We did not come here to see a doctor for torn ligaments, fracture bones, or pregnancy. we came here for blood to be drawn or a urinalysis. You people take your paying job for granted. You treat it like you have mandatory community service. Fire them all expeditiously the owner of this Lab Corp!

I went here for infant DNA, my daughter reached for a tech, I instantly said What mom tell you about reaching for stangers, the young tech said to my kid nothing your mom said nothing, disrespect me like that, it couldve gotten out of hand for that . She needs disciplen

I have always had a positive experience here. The techs are friendly and get me in and out quickly. To the people complaining about wait times, sometimes there are things going on that we aren’t aware of. The staff has other tasks to complete as well as seeing patients. Those two ladies are trying to answer phones, check orders, restock supplies, deal with couriers and deliveries, deal with billing & insurance issues and who knows what else along with doing all the lab collections. They don’t have a secretary or a janitor or any other staff onsite.

Broken beer bottle outside of the office at 9;15am and walked in and immediately got hit in the face with the strong smell of marijuana. None of the employees picked it up. Kiosk service seems easy, but a person would be better.

I have to go regularly for blood draws and it’s so frustrating to walk into a waiting room full of people waiting, nobody at the desk but you can hear them laughing and talking loudly in the back (usually personal calls or non-work related things). Twenty minutes later nobody has moved, I called the phone number and nobody answered. Finally they called me back AHEAD of some of the people who had been waiting longer, and there were no patients in the back. This has been a problem at this location since it opened. I used to go to the one near Shelby Farms and it was never like this.

Made an appointment for 12pm online and I arrived at 11:55am, the location I went to was closed for lunch between 12-1pm. I understand the location got no control over it but who ever is the web designer/ or his manager needs to do their job. Making all that money to not known what time they close for lunch.

It was a great experience. My one year old needed to get blood drawn, for lead. Though I never really like to see him cry. She was very patient. She had another nurse hold his arm while she did her part. Yes she did it right the first time!! Thanks for making this milestone wonderful.

Been sitting for awhile now. No one at front desk. No one to say Hi to. Hear voices laughing a lot in the back. Called number. No one answering phones. Find another place for your needs 7 people waiting.

Went to this location on 2/10/17 for services. I arrived at 420pm and the doors were locked. The sign for hours of operation noted the facility closing time as 430pm. I guess they closed early for the weekend. If I could give it a 0 star rating, I would.

Horrible, horrible experience. I had an 11:15 appointment and arrived 3 minutes late. No one at the front desk, but I signed in and noted the time of my appointment on the sheet. No one else on the list had an appointment. At 11:30 when they called the 3rd person since my arrival I asked the person calling patients if they were paying any attention to appointment times. THEN, the woman had the audacity to tell me that their system was down and my appointment didnt matter and they werent actually doing any testing today. Do NOT go to this location!

The location that was given was closed of course you won’t find that out until after burning gas and wasting time to get there.The phone is never answered I assumed that it was because the staff was busy with patients, but after being in the back after my drug test was done and seeing someone sit right next to the phone with no intentions of trying to answer it, I knew that wasn’t true.If it wasn’t for the gentleman who helped me who was actually pleasant I wouldn’t even rate them 2 stars. The lady that works in the back with him need some serious customer service training.

PROS: fast. Was able to get my drug test done very quickly. Not too many people so not much of a waiting time. Smooth and quick process.CONS: I agree with other reviews, my first visit wasnt the best. The ladies that worked there were like grumpy robots that hate their job. Doesnt mean they are naturally like that, could be the pay is crap or they hate their job. Had to go in a 2nd time because my sample was diluted (UGH!) and I made an effort to make small talk and be super friendly to the staff. Their moods changed and they were actually very friendly. Sometimes it isnt the person, it is the job. I would have to say my 2nd experience was much better. Could also be that I went after lunch time rather than in the morning. Food always helps out peoples moods ;)Overall, not the most pleasant experience, but by far not the worse.

Google directions are wrong and They phone do not work. They claim they didnt know they number have changed and they only been at the Kirby Location for 3 weeks so everything is new but I was in and out in minutes

If I could give a negative star review I would. So this lab couldnt find my orders EVERY time I went, but they made sure to charge me for services. So it was told to me that they have no record of the labs taken the previous day and cant give you the results and they have no way of showing you that you even exist in their system. Also said that their info refreshes everyday so they cant even tell you if your labs were even sent off and where. Oh, and dont let the orders from the Doc say STAT...because they dont know what that means. And dont even get me started about their inability to charge insurance correctly if you have double coverage. The whole experience was a nightmare. Avoid ALL Labcorp facilities in the Southaven MS and Memphis TN area because their service is straight TRASH and they have no idea of what they are doing. Please go somewhere else.
