Great company, great customer service and will exceed your expectations. We had our roof replaced after experiencing a number of leaks due to missing shingles from Straight-line winds and storms. As a result of using C-1 we do not have any leaks and as an added bonus the value of our home increased due the knowledgeable advice and expertise from the C-1 staff!!We will ALWAYS use C-1 for our home repairs. Dont hesitate to call!

If you use them, be prepared to call and follow up on your project yourself. This company has a serious lack of transparency about how they do business and its no wonder they are no longer an insurance vendor of AllState. They are unprofessional and lie to you about when / how the work will be performed. When you complain to the owner, he doesnt believe in giving customers an estimated scope of work or alerting the customer when there are delays in the process; and when you challenge him on that then he quickly offers a refund of your money. Highly unprofessional; a customer always wants to be kept abreast of their construction process. Scam artists.
