Very thorough! Went in for service and they addressed every one of my concerns. My AC was out. Though they have to order a part, they got my AC running and I am ecstatic!!! Kudos to Matthew in the service department! I am so grateful!
I had oil change, tires rotated, and update. Staff was courteous/friendly. Waiting area clean and had snacks/coffee. But most of the staff did not wear masks.

I read the reviews and thought to myself, surely its not that bad. Well my experience here has been pretty frustrating..I went here knowing that they would likely charge a little more money than other shops would, but I needed to have this job done quickly. The guy who was in charge of my car was very slow to make progress on the issue. Even though I brought my car in on a Thursday (with an appointment), the car wasnt looked at until the following Monday. I asked some questions about the repairs needed, but each questing delayed the process by about a day. When I finally gave the go-ahead for the repair, the shop didnt have the parts on hand and had to order them--further delaying the day Id be able to pick up the car.The car was ready the following Monday, 11 days after I brought it in. When I picked it up, the repair cost around $2000. This was $700 more than the estimate given by the guy assigned to me. I felt cheated out of lots of time and money.The worst part about all of this is that about a week later there was a knocking sound that could be heard from the car. This sound was not present before I brought my car in for repairs. I brought it in the same day I heard the sounds (Saturday), but they said they wouldnt be able to look at it until the following Monday. I didnt bring the car back and Im still waiting on a phone call back from their service manager (its been more than a week).This Subaru center has a nice facility, but Im afraid that the people inside dont know how to use it.

My husband had a really bad experience here. They charged him a lot more in the end than the original estimate. They took out the transmission or something and must have done a bad job putting it back together because now it’s making a terrible rattling noise. It’s almost like they forgot to tighten some bolts.If you’re trying to choose a place to have work done on your Subaru, it’s probably in your best interest to go somewhere else.

I took my new Subaru in for its second oil change. Normally I do business with Covington Pike, but they where very busy so I decided to try out the new Subaru across town. Well it might be the same ownership and the same brand, but that is where the similarities in a regular service stop. I got home and a week later notice there is now oil all over my garage from my Subaru. It appears the lower plastic air dam was not removed as it should have been and was used as an oil catch basin. The quality of work is very unprofessional. I have took the post service survey and let them know, and also emailed the service department, but they didnt even respond. What a mess, I will not be taking my car back to Hacks Cross, and do not recommend you do either. Stay with Covington Pike or your own mechanic.
I called before going they said walk-in accepted until 5pm and the staff after reaching says 4:45 . I was there at 4:52. I am okay coming back next day but there is no apologies for miss communication neither been nice. He was like staff leaves at 4:45 come back in the morning. Did not like the customer service.
