I am not a person to leave bad reviews, but I have never forgotten the terrible experience I had with Amanda. When I was a college student she bilked me out of over $300 dollars in premiums after telling me she would have my excess premiums refunded. Months and months passed and she became harder and harder to contact (believe me, I tried calls, emails, texts, you name it). She finally told me too bad and that she had been ill. Im sorry for her illness, but that doesnt change the fact that I really needed the extra money during my college years. Honest mistake or not, she never tried to fix or resolve the problem. Find a new agent, youll be glad you did.
