As an OCD, I often have trouble to deal with NY and LA s being fashionable late. Mr. Van Ness arrives on time for the service made a week ago.Mr. Van Ness is rather humble, and with a convincing tone of voice in an old school way. He simply has an aura for a piano tuner.Being very straight-forward, he says the piano only needs a regular tuning nothing fancy. After 1.5 hours, the piano revitalizes. My son is so delighted and he quips:Mama, I feel my Hungarian Rhapsody has reached a Carnegie note!

Tom did a great job brining some life back into our Church Piano. He was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend him to others
