To anyone thinking about purchasing a piano - briefly - here is my experience:Purchasing a piano is a highly personable experience. You need to play the piano, listen to the tones, feel the action, test the dynamics and so much more. To a pianist, the piano is an extension of their life.At Faust, the company has many high quality pianos to choose, but which one was right for me? Was the decision based upon price, appearance, tone, action or something else? I knew that the process of selecting a piano would take time and patience.The manager of Faust, Sam, welcomed me and made feel comfortable to freely explore, play and compare some of the finest pianos in the world.When I was finished playing, Sam and I had a conversation.Sam listened to my goals and objectives.We discussed my history as a musician and my experience with the pianos - that I owned in the past and at the present time. (Digital & acoustic)However, purchasing a piano that particular day was not my intent.Heres the thing, Sam knew that I needed time and he made me feel welcome to come back any time to Faust to simply play and think about what I wanted to do.The bottom line is, I wanted to come back and purchase a piano from Sam because, I felt comfortable knowing that I would fine the right piano at Faust.The end of the story is that I purchased a C. Beckstein A190 and I am incredibly happy. I made the right choice. Thank you Sam

I ordered my piano on a Wednesday and had it on Friday. The delivery men were fabulous, they had my old piano out in minutes and the new one set up. It is exactly what I wanted and I was so happy it was in stock. I will buy my next piano from Faust Harrison, hopefully not for a while, but i will!

This is my second piano purchase from Faust Harrison. It is a well run company. My salesman, Sam Varon, was very knowledgeable about the pianos he carries and was very helpful, but not pushy. I had a very pleasant purchasing experience both times and will highly recommend to others.

My experience with Faust Harrison was great. Sam worked hard to get the financing I wanted and Ivan kept me updated regularly on delivery status.When my Piano reached the warehouse, they found some minor damage. To minimize the inconvenience, ordered a second piano and delivered the cosmetically damaged one for me to use as a loaner.I could not have been happier with the service and would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a Piano.

I purchased an used Yamaha N2 hybrid, everything went smoothly except the unit has some issues with one of the speakers and one squeaky key. Swapped for a new unit to my satisfaction. Would definitely recommend this store.Only reason I gave less than 5 stars for service is because the repair tech, probably an independent, isnt really responsive when I first attempted to repair the used piano.

Eric was very helpful in my decision to purchase a Yamaha Digital piano. Extremely courteous, not pushy, and he was knowledgeable about brands. On the piano I purchased, he went over various features. I had my piano delivered and set up by Faust. Again, these men were very professional and had the piano up and in place in no time. I shopped around prior to visiting Faust and the service and attention when I walked in was exceptional. I highly recommend making Faust your first stop and not waste your time shopping around.

Sam has given me the best deal he can possibly give. It was hard to say goodbye to my old acoustic player Yamaha U1A, however I am currently happy with my digital piano purchase.

I am extremely happy with the service and the product that I received from Faust Harrison Pianos. I walked into the showroom to look at a digital piano. I was impressed with the showroom. It was very elegant. There was a very wide variety of pianos and digital pianos.I spoke with Sam Varon. I told him what I was looking for. He showed me an array of different pianos. When he brought me to the digital pianos that I was interested in, within minutes I knew that I was going to purchase what he had shown me. He was very knowledgeable about the product he was showing me. He played the piano for me and let me hear the different sounds it was capable of playing. He thoroughly explained what a hybrid piano is as opposed to a traditional piano. I loved it immediately. Recently, I enjoyed evening of music with my students at our studio recital at Faust Harrison Pianos in Huntington Station, NY. Piano provided was beautiful with great courteous staff members. The place is very well kept, clean, and spacious. I sent few of my students to visit the store to look for pianos. Their experience was very pleasant. Bought a fine baby grand piano here. We are so happy with our purchase. We have been shopping for a piano for a couple of months. We didnt realize the significant differences between piano stores until we actually started looking for a piano. We finally decided to make our purchase at Faust Harrison Pianos in Huntington Station. Being that buying a piano is a huge investment we were turned off by other piano stores, which had high pressure salespeople with little to no knowledge about what they are selling. We later found out that the little information that we were given was mostly incorrect.Faust Harrison treated us in a professional and courteous manner. Sam, our salesperson, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was very responsive to our questions and concerns. He even offered to play the pianos for us to help us hear the subtle differences between a few pianos we were considering. He offered us genuine advice and guidance without trying to steer us towards one particular piano. He sincerely listened to our wants in a piano as well as our financial considerations without trying to pressure us. Sam is a true asset to Faust Harrison Pianos. This was a huge decision for us and we left Faust Harrison feeling very confident and excited about our purchase. This long island location is very unassuming and quite a surprise! Small outside but a lovely and HUGE showroom with gorgeous instruments downstairs. David and Sam are professionals who are wonderful to work with and I highly recommend Faust Harrison for all of your piano needs. A very pleasant experience in trading up my Yamaha Clavinova to an acoustic provided by Sam Varon on the very first day the lovely new store opened in Huntington Station. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for....and even though that piano was located in the Westchester store, I was able to see/play the same model before purchase. They are the official Yahama dealer for Lincoln Center. I got my Yahama grand because of their patented anti-humidity technology for their pianos. Sounds great. They deliver out of state.

PLEASE READ TO THE END!The most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with. They double booked us on the day of our recital where I had 300 people coming. They told us a half hour before guests were set to arrive. When I told them I even called the week before to confirm, I basically got oh well, mistakes happen. They were very rude and had a lot of people very disappointed. Thank God for Frank and Camilles down the street, who felt so bad for us that they agreed to stay open late to accommodate us and the kids got their day on the stage!Although all this really happened, the CEO of this company has taken full responsibility for the mistake that occurred and has done everything in his power to make it right. I have to take my hat off to a company like this that stands behind everything, even if they make a mistake. Josh Faust is a stand up guy and after his actions I wouldnt hesitate to use them in the future! There are not many people like this left out there and he is one I want to do business with!

Recommended by my 6 years old sons music teacher, I went to the Long Island location today.Pro:1. They are official Yamaha authorized dealer.2. Easy parking3. Sales David was very knowledgeable. He patiently explains to me all I need to choose a piano. He was even patient and kind to my 3 and 6 years old who were playing between aisles of pianos. He came across so sincere. He didnt give me pressure as most salesman do. We chatted and he shared his experience as a pipe organist performer in Italy.4. Nice display room including basement. A small recital space in basement too. Good variety of floor samples to play and try on.5. Got a good deal for Yamaha B3. David did have to call manager Sam ( who was on vacation) to approve the low price.6. First in home tuning is complimentary. After that is $150 ea. David recommends 2-4 tuning first year and twice a year after that.7. Fast delivery. Bought on Saturday, piano can be delivered on Wednesday.8. 10 years factory warranty with Yamaha. Tuning not included.9. 10 years trade up program. If you buy another piano from them in 10 years, you can deduct the sale price of your existing piano. One condition: New piano has to be twice the price as your existing piano. For example, I bought a $5000 piano. In 10 years, if I want to upgrade to a $11000 piano, they will deduct $5000 off when I trade up. So I will get a new piano for $6000. Great program!Cons:??? Cant think of any!In conclusion, pressure free first piano shopping experience + great conversation with a wonderful human being + good deal on my piano= definitely recommend!!!!!

Having been a loyal Yamaha player for 30 years, I went to Faust Harrison in Huntington and worked with Sam Varon on the purchase of my new Yamaha. I’m not an easy person to please but Sam worked patiently with me over a period of a couple of months and I am extremely happy with my new Yamaha AvantGrand model N2. Their showroom is beautiful and each piano is kept in tune and there is no pressure when you simply need time to check out many pianos. It was a great experience for me and I highly recommend Faust Harrison and Sam if you are looking for a Yamaha or any of their other new piano brands or rebuilt pianos.

We purchased the Yamaha Clavinova CLP635 for our church (Merrick United Methodist Church), to replace an older piano for worship. The Clavinova is a definite upgrade and improvement to our service music. The tone is excellent, and the volume is easily adjustable for the size of our sanctuary. The entire purchase, delivery and setup went very smoothly. David helped me decide which model would fit our situation and budget, and explained all the features very clearly. His professionalism and helpfulness made this purchase very easy. I would definitely recommend Faust Harrison Pianos for anyone looking to invest in a quality instrument.

NOT FOR BEGINNERS! Very friendly staff though in a very nice shop, however I was severely disappointed that they didnt cater to beginner piano players as every piano is extremely expensive. How can you be a piano store and not cater to all players? I understand that they are a higher end store but to not even have a few beginner pianos at a more reasonable price in a store that is two levels was very disappointing.

Yamaha Clavinova purchased from Faust Harrison Pianos. Showroom Administrator, David, he is such a great personality and he is very knowledgable. I really enjoyed doing business with him. He helped me select the model. He gave me good and sound advice. He took his time walking through the showroom and demonstrating the models. The delivery was made as promised on time.
