The entrance to the building needs to be fixed. My old man fell when he was walking down the step. Grateful for a very pleasant lady who went in to get one of the he FedEx workers to help him up. thankfully he had no serious injuries. He had only a few bruises in his right elbow

Woman at counter was rude. She made a unnecessary comment in front of my son. And when we got in the car, my 8 yr old says “well she was rude”. And normally I would just leave it alone and not say anything, but my kid was upset. That woman needs to learn empathy. I’m a small person carrying a 7foot heavy box. Sorry me unable to carry it correctly upset you .

Got attitude when I went in to query about a package that FedEx delivered to the wrong address. Woman at the desk did everything she could to get out of helping me, and was more concerned about the line building up.

The young lady who attended to me was superb, very polite and helpful. I couldnt believe it was the same place.

Had a Problem with a delivery due to poor addressing by the shipper ...had the pleasure of working with Felicia to resolve my issue. I chose to pick the package up ..She made sure I had all I would need for proper Identification at pickup so it went smoothly . As Luck would have it she waited on me when I got to the Fed Ex Location !! Thank you Felicia . Great Experience. Great Work !!

Felicia was extremely rude to her co-workers, while I was picking up a package. No one should have to deal with that. She was then rude to me and gave me wrong information. She needs to be placed in the back of some wearhouse, away from the public and other workers.

Thank you FEDEX! I had ordered something online and didnt know it required a signature.. The slip they left on my door said I could pick it up after 5pm. I live by one of the many FEDEX stores so I stopped by the one I was told to go to and it was there at 5:05pm.Thank you FEDEX!!!

Claimed to have delivered a $2000 IMAC computer to my address at 9:46AM. The driver said he delivered it. It never arrived. We have 2 Ring cameras on our property. No sign of a Fed Ex truck at that time. Recovered. After a full day of investigation... It was delivered on the parallel street with the same house number. The outfit is still a joke.

Custom service contacted me when I hadn’t signed for a package. I had missed the call and called them back. A man picked up and I was sitting on the phone for two minutes while he was talking to his friend in the background as I continuously said “hello” he continued his conversation. He had finally answered my question and said I have to sign off on it. I get a call from a woman immediately after who was completely rude to me. I was a bit confused by this process and explained it to her and she was absolutely NASTY for no reason. I wish I had gotten her name. I’m never one to complain but wow this customer service is AWFUL.

Always use this place to ship for work we have a fedex account so its always just drop and go all my labels are already printed but they do have boxes and supplies if you need them staff is usually good and helpful so no complaints here

This particular FedEx is my favorite. I work with a company that uses FedEx almost daily, and every time they make it easy to address any issues that come along. Even when the corporate end is useless and tedious to deal with, the staff here make it simple to troubleshoot. Shout out to Doreen, who is an especially helpful member of the team!

The employees at the counter have a tough job, on their feet, lifting and dealing with customers all day. And yet they always smile and greet me. And they always seem happy to help, even with my stupidest shipping questions. Cheers to you, FedEx peeps!

Attempted to ship a large box. Got quoted two different prices from the sales agents here on two different visits. The process was terrible the first time as the sales agent was totally useless and not at all helpful. My second visit, I was helped by Doreen. She was helpful and very, very kind. She took the time to give me all of my shipping options. Im glad I came back here for a second opinion on the cost. If I had shipped my item on my first visit, for some reason which i can only attribute to ignorance, it would have cost me $75 more than I ended up paying. Me thinks Ill just stick to the post office or something next time.

Shipped out my package without issue. Id give this place 5 stars if it werent for the middle aged woman working the register. She was very unpleasant to deal with and unnecessarily condescending.

I use this location a lot for my work. Love that you can easily pull up to the entrance. The staff there is Courteous and they will remember you if you stop by more than once.

1 person working at 5 pm when our lazy no good delivery driver continually refuses to deliver to our address regardless of time of day or day of year? For me to drive 20 miles in rush hour to see a line out the door because only ONE person is working is completely unacceptable just like this worthless driver who refuses to deliver to our address. This is why Ive never personally used FedEx for personal deliveries and why I ask what carrier my product will arrive by and if they say FedEx I tell them I will pay for USPS or anyone else.

It was fast and a bit less expensive then other stores I dont know why. And on Google maps the building entrance is shown on the other side. So be watchful on that.

There were two staff members there, a younger girl and a woman. The girl was very helpful and patient but the woman seemed stressed and was short with customers.

HORRIBLE. ..... ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLEMy package was supposed to have been delivered on Monday, a delivery attempt was made, but they did not leave the package as they needed a signature. The driver left a door tag on my door indicating that if I signed the door tag and left it for the next day, they would leave the package at the front door. The second day came around, and they still did not leave the package. I called up FedEx, and had them leave the package at a local pickup center for pickup on Wednesday. Well Wednesday came around and I never received the call from FedEx indicating my package was at the local pick-up center.. So I called FedEx customer service to ask why, all I got was a bad attitude, lame excuses, and nothing but the Royal run around from a person who couldnt even speak proper english. FedEx is now telling me that I have to wait an extra day to pick up my package at the local pick-up center. A package I was supposed to have received on Monday, Ill be lucky if I get it on Friday. The thing that really pisses me off, is they led me to believe that if I signed the door tag on Monday, left it on the front door for Tuesday, my package would have been left at my front door on Tuesday. Now thanks to deception and unclear rules, I will not receive my package until Friday.

This location was not known to me. This is the main shipping location and packages do not need their packaging.Came here to buy tape and send prepaid box..only one representative with OCD was visible..he took so long on a very inconsiderate customer. After waiting 10 minutes 2 other representatives appeared and took care of me in less than 5 minutes. When I left the customer and the representatives were still at it trying to send out 1 small box.

Awful! Extremely incompetent and 2 experiences a year apart and both were a nightmare. One I needed legal papers overnighted. The driver never showed up but repeatedly told his office he did. Legal papers were already supposed to be overnighted. Cost me hundreds in legal fees of appointments and paper work that had to be rescheduled. Second experience is today. I work at a Drs office and we needed a patients samples picked up. Never showed up. Again said he was here and of course that was not true. Called and was told it would have to wait until tomorrow, this was tissue samples from a patient so it couldnt wait. The patient would have to go through painful testing all over again if they didnt get this out. Finally they said they would send someone out again and once again they did not come. Melville office is extremely incompetent. These were express packages. Highly recommend using UPS or USPS
