Elena Epidy is who I worked with. Got an email from her, set up a call, and agreed to an interview. Initially she sent me the wrong times on the invite for the interview which I had to clarify. Then, when I sat down for the interview, I was embarassed to learn that I was interviewing for a completely different position than was originally presented to me by Elena. My interviewer had to correct me and it ruined the flow of the interview. After my interview, I was ridiculed for asking about benefits by Elena, who imagined we had a conversation instructing me not to do that.I cant prove it, but the confusion in Elenas behaviors leads me to believe that I was confused with someone else. I would not recommend working with these folks... Because I was not properly prepared for this interview, I believe it cost me a valuable position. Furthermore, I will not be told who I can and cannot speak to by someone whos done nothing for me.Oh well, life goes on.

The person I spoke with was rude and made me feel uncomfortable. Wouldnt help me find a job, only wanted leads for own professional advancement. Highly recommend to stay away.

I had a great experience with Access Staffing! The first day I came in was the same day I got a job! Steve was so so helpful and everyone I met was so kind! (Shout out to Frank) I appreciate the direction and advice they gave me to get me a full time permanent position.

It was a bit rocky but thats life... Overall superb service ... Enjoyed my tenurePretty cool customer service... Communication could use a tweak. But didnt effect the overall experience

***Stay away from this place. Both New York City and Melville locations. The receptionists that answered the phone at both offices were utterly clueless. I doubt that both of them suffered from stammering or stutter, yet both could not answer one single question. I had to call four times to the Manhattan office and three times to the Melville one. They answer the phone without saying: Please hold, and just hear music. There was an issue with uploading my resume on their end and it still isnt resolved. I took this as an omen to stay clear of this agency. Id recommend you all do the same.

Dont waste your time. Useless and unprofessional. Girl I spoke to when I FINALLY got through to her ( she was always either out of the office, or left for the day), sounded like she couldnt care less.

This is the worst agency to work for in the world, you submit time sheets and they dont pay you, you submit mileage sheets and they dont pay you. Took me 6 months to get paid mileage from February of this year and still trying to get paid from July and it makes it rose that I dont work for them anymore they just stop responding to emails.They are a supreme joke and dont even deserve one star.

Phony as ever. When you ask to speak to your recruiter, they lie and say that person is not in as if youre stupid or something and dont know that theyre lying !Expect to have your calls dodged like a bullet for no apparent reason. Some here are rude but when they need a job done they make sure that they hound you down. Get it together!

Called for a couple questions and a girl said hold please and when she came back she was trying to sound like someone different(could defiantly tell) then she transferred me to a guy and he told me to hold he will check for me then picked up the phone and was breathing heavily in the phone then hung up. Avoid this Joke of a place so many other staffing agencies out there.
