OTE is the finest bunch of people Ive met in a long time! LeeAnn, Debbie, Perminder and Tim were exceptional and extraordinary in the services they provided for me. I dealt mostly with Tim, and his expertise and knowledge in solving computer and printing problems was extremely impressive. All my issues were dealt with and resolved with suggestions to improve the security and efficiency of my system. They were fair, congenial and sensitive to my needs above and beyond what they had to be. One example, a surge protector I ordered was brought to my door by LeeAnn on her way to work to make sure that the technician arriving later would have it to install. Nobody does this! They had my xerox machine up and running within hours. Techs are great!

Disrespectful, not looking to do a job properly but to add billing hours. We most certainly had numerous dealings with them and have a credit card statement to prove that. However their Tim Lapine wrote a review of our office while never being a patient of our practice. we have already consulted an attorney and after the California decision for a photographer libeled by customers, we will be launching a law suit directly against Mr. Lapine if he does not correct his fictitious claims on our website, as well as admit what a poor job they did for me. The California photographer just won 1 million and we are a far larger company damaged by his made up accusation.
