I wish I could give 10 stars. Total Computer is the best. I recommend them without reservation. They are proactive, their support team is highly responsive, and they simply never allow themselves to drop the ball on a ticket. Follow-up is the order of the day with them. Theyve shepherded our mid-sized company flawlessly through two moves, designing our IT closet and co-ordinating with other vendors so we hit the ground running. Theyve also overseen two major email migrations, one from an in-house Exchange server to Office 365, the next from 365 to G Suite. And they are on call 24/7 to help with any of the myriad, run-of-the-mill desktop support issues any office encounters. They make me look like a hero and theres a reason weve been clients for 20 years. Really, I cant recommend them highly enough.
