If I could give negative stars I would...canceled my account months ago, yet they continue to auto debit my account. Trying to get someone on the phone to help you is hopeless. Use anyone else but these people.

DONT do business with this company, they are extremely corrupt. They dont honor the pricing they quote, too many hidden costs, very fragmented customer services, they give the runaround to make you give up. After cancelling contract 4-months ago, they are still charging due to purposely delaying the cancellation. They should be investigated for fraud...

The terminal has had more glitches than I can count, and no one at the company seems to have any answers for me. Each time I’ve tried to have it repaired via tech support, the person on the phone has made it so much worse that there have been several times that I almost couldn’t accept credit cards at my restaurant for the night. There have been times that they have failed to deposit funds into my account with no legitimate explanation, the tip feature doesn’t always allow me to collect tips even when they have been entered correctly and confirmed, but when I settle out for the night some of the tips are missing. They have also stopped providing monthly statements unless I request them. After shopping around, I’ve found that their rates aren’t very competitive, and I’m happy to have found a different company to work with.
