I was really happy with the way Eau Gallie Towing and Mr. George Noonan worked quickly and effectively to get me fixed and back on the road after a steel rod pierced my rear motorcycle tire on April 16th. I was most impressed that Eau Gallie Towing and Mr. Noonan had the Condor Motorcycle Wheel Chock and how fast and effective may vehicle recovery went using it. I would encourage AAA and anyone else who has to pick-up motorcycles be outfitted these relatively inexpensive but totally effective, safe and simple Condor systems. In my opinion, every tow truck should carry one. These guys saved me in a time of need.

Do not use Eau Gallie towing! Absolutely horrible staff, at least the office staff. God forbid you’re in the hospital and can’t even get a family member to get your vehicle out before all the fees rack up. Because that’s EXACTLY what happened to me. They DO NOT work with you, extremely unprofessional. Again this is just the office staff.This time around I used Schlenker Towing in Rockledge. The moment I called the first thing the guy said is he saw my motorcycle and that he’s so glad I’m okay. Right off the bat, amazing customer service. They understood I was in the hospital and will be here for a few days/weeks. We all know how quickly storage fees can add up. I was emailed a release form and BOOM, my motorcycle will be picked up today and I can recovery comfortably knowing my bikes not racking up in hundreds of dollars worth of fees.Because apparent that’s all EAU GALLIE TOWING CARES ABOUT....RIPPING YOU OFF.

DO NOT USE EAU GALLIE TOWING AT ANY EXPENSE...IT WILL COST YOU IN THE LONG RUN!!!! I WOULD GIVE -100 STARS IF I COULD!!!! My 19 year-old son was in an accident over a year ago. His car was totaled and towed by Eau Gallie Towing to their shop. My son did not carry comp or collision insurance since his car was an older model. We were told by the female in the office that we had to sign the vehicle over to our insurance company along with the title which we did the next day. We thought that was that and it was over and done with. Fast forward to today when we tried to renew my sons new vehicle registration only to find out that there is a lien against his registration from Eau Gallie Towing! When we called and asked what it was for, they told us that it was for towing and storage of the vehicle and that they had sent a certified letter to us a year ago. We never got a certified letter. When asked to get a copy of the letter, the woman in the office (different person from a year ago) told me the file is closed. I dont have to give you anything. Not ever once did the skinny, tattooed, crack-addict looking chic who we dealt with a year ago ever tell us we owed anything for either the towing or subsequent storage of the vehicle. Not once was it told to us that since we didnt have comp and/or collision (which they knew at the time of the tow) that our insurance company wouldnt do anything with the vehicle. Clearly Eau Gallie Towing knows this since this is their business and they deal with it all the time! What a racket...tow the vehicle, let it sit knowing damned well that no one is coming for it and then charge for storage and hold your renewal registration hostage until you pay $650 in cash to remove the lien!!!!!

I have AAA and eau Gallie towing was dispatched to me. George came out and was kind, knowledgeable and completely real with us. We appreciated the customer service and quick call time. They showed up within 30 minutes or less as promised.

They are awesome! Requested a tow through AAA. The tow truck driver knew what the problem was and was able to fix the car to get home and how to fix the car. Thank you so much!

I would give no stars if possible. I had an issue with getting my car towed. They wouldn’t tow my car because my wife had the car and I was out of town. Triple A allowed the tow and then Eau Gallie cancelled the tow. I called Eau Gallie towing to verify how to get them to take the tow and they hung up on me. I had to call Triple A again to talk to another supervisor who again allowed the tow and wrote for Eau Gallie to take the tow and they cancelled it again leaving my wife stranded! Would not use again! Which is sad because I have had many good experiences in the past.

I gave the correct address to AAA and to the tow truck company. They went to the wrong address which was 3 miles out of their way. They held my car captive till I paid the extra money with a credit card.

For the second time now I have needed a tow via AAA and they have refused to take the job after the fact because I live 98 miles away from the tow location. If youre going to cherry pick what jobs you take get off their preferred vendor list and let someone else provide the service. We are paying for up to 100 miles of towing allowance and you are preventing us from getting it. Both times you make up the same excuse, you dont have enough drivers to spare. Hire some more drivers or get off AAAS preferred vendor list. I will be filing a vendor complaint with AAA since you have shown an inability to satisfy the 100 mile towing allowance a AAA Gold membership affords its customers. Time wasters!!!!

Brandon from Eau Gallie towing just came and towed our vehicle. Great customer service with a great attitude. He was very prompt and arrived with a smile. He was so helpful and made a bad situation a lot better. Great job Brandon and EG towing! We have had several great experiences with this company.

It’s long overdue ... you guys are amazing! So sorry I didn’t remember the company name ( it’s a bit unique 😊) nor our driver name ... I just found my receipt, so here I am . We were traveling on I 95 from St Augustine to Fort Lauderdale with my family ( incl 9 year old ) on the eve of 12/30/18 day before New Year ! ... my car broke down by exit 188, (alternator shut off ) ; AAA guy said we “ screwed “ and we felt hopeless, upset and broken,,, that’s until he called for a tow truck ... your company was amazing handling the whole situation from top to bottom ( 2hour tow home to Fort Lauderdale, payment, sending roomy truck for all of us to reach our destination) ; our driver was great, he kept us safe, comfortable, entertained, occupied and he delivered us to my mechanic place ( then my hubby had his truck thank God his work shop was 3blocks away ) ; I can not thank you enough and I keep you in my prayers always ( for your hard work, dedication and care) ; I don’t know and I do not want to Imagine what would happen if it wasn’t for you, (all of you 24 hour workers who take care of us on the side of the road, sleepless, not afraid of hard and dirty work, all night drivers who keep it real, keep it honest, keep us rescued); Thank you ... By far the worst unprofessional attitude for a business. The woman on the phone was rude, insulting and extremely unprofessional. I would never recommend this business.

Well the people I talked to were nice but unfortunately I gave them all the money I had just to find out the phone rep did not know what the capability of the drivers were so now Im completely broke and still stranded because I paid for a battery charge and recieved a nope we dont do that from the driver. Perfect ending to a great day if you ask me.

Manager failed to use appropriate behavior within a conflict between their company and I (customer). She was rude, dogmatic, and presumptuous and just aggressive, therefore showing absolutely NO desire of positive customer service after their tow truck driver had accidentally broken our cars back window and they knew they did it, then tried to personally blame it on me or the mechanic(my cousin, who called us immediately to let us know the back window was smashed and that the tow truck driver said it was like that.... nope, I was physically outside and knew the glass was fine and so did the tow truck driver because he put his hands on the back window to redirect the glare from his vision while looking inside the car... so? ) the manager specifically is an actually joke for this business.

Renee is the most incompetent receptionist ever dealt with. Her attitude is disgusting and the fact the she works in customer service is disgraceful. Her answer to everything is, thats not my problem. Rude right from the gecko. Could not answer any questions. Please avoid this business at all costs, you will get the run around and a headache to boot. The owner is also no where to be found. When I ask if hes in, her response Nope do you know when he will be in? Nope its like speaking to a child and pulling teeth to get any information out of her.

We were on our way to a job and got stranded at a gas station. Lost all hope of fixing the truck, called for a tow. George got here and asked us to try turn the truck over, he got a tool n fixed our truck in 5 minutes!! Thankyou George you saved the day, we were able to get to the job site!! Give that man a raise!! The lady on the phone was super nice too, didnt catch her name unfortunately. Great job all round, Eau Gallie Towing!!

Terrible place to have your car towed. The manager renee is ruth and ripped us off 2 days of storage. The numbers on the invoice did not add up and we were overcharged. Do not use these guys, you will regret it!

Horrible the manager Renee is rude af and disrespectful wont even work with you. My boyfriend got pulled over in my car and it got towed all I want is my stuff from the vehicle all my kids belongings and mines important paperwork and she wont allow me to get my personal belongings because she needs a valid registration. The car is already under my name I dont even want the car I just want my kids things. Wish I could rate 0 starts I never met a person that really just doesnt car about anyone and the situations that they are going through.

There rates are reasonable and the tow guy was pretty professional. I was in an accident was going to call directly but police officer called it in. The officer had to tell him it was a private tow and seems like he wanted to tow my car to lot to charge more, but he didnt after I said I would call someone else and the police officer wasnt having it. But it turned out ok. I understand the confusion.

In a less than ideal situation everyone was pleasant.

Brandon was a lifesaver for me when I got a flat tire on I-95. He showed up fast and got me back on the road quickly - even when that meant fighting a stripped lug nut, in the dark, with cars whizzing past. Thanks Brandon!

Horrible experience so far. My husband got into an accident and the cop made us leave the vehicle on the scene. The cop informed us that it would need to be inspected and when it was done, the impound lot would give us a call when the vehicle was ready. A week later, my husband tried calling the officer twice and no response. We finally got in touch and told us where the vehicle was located. We called and said it was ready and that we needed to pay $400 in storage fees to get the vehicle out! WHAT?! The company NEVER did their job and called me to let me know that it was even ready. So now I’m being charged a weeks worth of storage for a car I didn’t even know was ready to be released to us. I explained the situation to the “manager Renae” boy was she a treat. Didn’t care what I had to say and just kept stating if you want the car, you need to pay that amount. It’s not her problem and it was my fault for not asking where the vehicle would be taken the night of the accident. I’m so disappointed and angry at this lady. It’s bad enough about what happened now apparently they don’t call you on purpose and let you figure out what to do so they can try to scam you and take more money from you. It’s a joke and that manager was a joke. I’m a manager and I would never speak to someone the way she did. Completely ignorant and rude. The owner “Flo” is apparently never there or doesn’t know when he comes in so they clearly have an incompetent manager running that towing place.** Thank you for the generic response! ** I tried to reply to your comment and it wouldn’t let me. You didn’t leave any contact info to get in touch with you. So after seeing your response back to me, I called your company and again, the rude manager said that the owner wasn’t in and she didn’t know when you would be coming in. So I’m very curious as to who wrote this response because it certainly wasn’t from the owner. He never came in today nor did anyone help me with my situation. NOONE made an effort to contact (ME) the owner of the vehicle. I didn’t even know where the vehicle was until yesterday when the officer finally answered the phone to tell us where the car was and that it should of been ready. I can’t afford to buy a new car, nevermind pay $400 in storage fees. I have free towing through my insurance, I most certainly would of picked the car up immediately so I could get the car fixed. I don’t understand how someone so rude could be your manager running that place. I know there is something you can do, your the owner! You just choose not to do anything about it. I was not called. I would love for someone to show me a call log or records to prove that no one reached out to me. This is ridiculous!!!!!!!

Useless company. They canceled my AAA service request without so much as a call, and they reported the service complete to AAA. Request literally anyone else. This company is dishonest and disingenuous.

I have used this company many times for either myself, friend or family and they have always been professional and friendly.

Thank you to Brandon for coming out late and helping me and my kids who were strained off of I 95 down in Palm Bay. Got us to a garage to drop off our vehicle and then dropped us off at a local restaurants so friends could come pick us up give this guy a raise
