Driver almost drove me off the road on my commute to work. Horrible driving, both break lights were out and driver didn’t even attempt to use turn signals. He was wildly changing lanes in traffic and spewing debris and exhaust. Truck didn’t even have a license plate either. This company is sketch and definitely not someone I’d trust with my vehicle.

Not only did Kendall tow my dads van for him, but they took the extra time over the Holidays to work on it and get it up and running when no other mechanic would. They were caring, helpful, understanding, and overall a pleasure to work with. Thank you Billy! Youre a truly great human being.

They know they have you without options when towing your car and use it to the fullest. Car was moved 4.1 miles, they rounded up to 5. bring the charges up $40 a mile. Their lot was an absolute wreck, with little thought for the vehicles in their care. Theyre scum, they know it and dont even bother hiding it.

Over the many years in Florida, Kendall Towing has always been on time and got my vehicles home safe or to my mechanics at a reasonable price. Thanks again. Brandon is a great driver.

On Friday they towed my car and within minutes I tried contacting them to get it back, between 5pm and 10:30pm I called several times and left messages. They refused to call me back or answer their phones. The police said they have to answer and cant keep ignoring your calls (they witnessed me calling the 3rd time) I finally was able to retrieve the car (less than 24hrs). Billy (guessing hes the boss) charged me $273, he said they are closed on Sat so he added an additional $35 fee to open the gate. He stated the prices are set by the county. I also understand that my car by law cannot be towed outside a 10 mile radius it was towed 11 miles so illegally over by 1 mile in essence, I shouldnt be charged for the extra mile. I looked it up (see below), did the math and he overcharged me $36.10 and should have waived the $35 since he ignored my calls and I couldve had the car back during business hours. Sat should not be a closed business day for 24hr tow companies either. They are crooked with their charges and operation. If they refund me the difference based off this review Ill let you know. If not, Im contacting the BBB and local news to get them exposed. I suggest everyone else should do the same that has had an issue with them.@russgreen - you must be a family member or friend with your 5 star review. People arent complaining about being towed, they have legitimate complaints and your an idiot.

Kendall towing and John Rios allowed my truck to be stripped while in their Impound Lot. In a written police statement, they stated that they did not verify the owner of vehicle before allowing thief into their impound lot and my vehicle was stripped of tires, tailgate, headlights, tail lights, and battery. They do not take responsibility for damages on their lot so I have to take them to court. They also do not bother to look up VIN numbers to see if vehicle could have been stolen. They are the reason Tow Companies get such bad rapport.

The girl in the office was nice

This is a horrible company! They creep bye the trailer park I live in at strange hours! They tow people as they are sleeping! I once confronted the young kid (who bye the way works for his daddy at Kendall) who was towing my mother in laws SUV away! He yelled at me and told me he warned me about parking on the sidewalk! I didnt know I had to be on high alert and warn anybody and everybody who stopped bye my house to park a certain way! She didnt know! I paid the 100$ to stop her vehicle from being towed! She should not have to pay that because the simple fact she was not aware! This company likes to take advantage of people!

Completely saddened with the reviews this once great company has. Sounds like the the people who bought this company have trashed it once good name. Ive heard how they have run the tow trucks into the ground, and completely trashed Truck 15 (the tow truck for towing 18 wheelers). This truly is horrible, the owners should be disgusted with themselves. 23 years ago, it was a great company to work for. We had great drivers, dispatchers, and office personnel, Lane Kendall wasnt bad to work for either.

Guy there said to leave car in impound, then sends letter to auction car and huge bill right at christmas

Professional & reputable large scale towing operation that has been awarded many city and county contracts because of their outstanding track record and diversity of towing equipment rigs.I see people complaining because they parked their vehicle illegally and it was towed.You should take responsibility for where you park your car and pay attention to the signage. They are not to blame when you car is towed, they only respond to a request to tow unlawfully parked vehicles. Give me a break.

Drivers of these tow trucks drive very close to other drivers. With how close they are getting to some of these cars I’m surprised they haven’t hit anyone yet. While towing vehicles more caution needs to be taken by these drivers to assure the owners their investment is well taken care of.

BEWARE, they ruined our interior! They towed our two month old car after an accident. It had been a cream colored interior. But when we saw it again they had covered the interior with black grease. Why would they do this to us? Animals are cleaner than this company. I wouldn’t trust them ever again.

My vehicle broke down on the side of the road and i had no idea what to do. The driver just so happened to pull over to make sure i was ok. His name was John. turns out my alternator died. He was very helpful in helping me know what was wrong and towed me to a good repair facility for a very reasonable price. I can not recommend them enough.

Absolute CROOKS. Charged $230 and are totally fine with taking your last dime after towing our car while we were picking up our children from their grandparents house. Money which should have been used for groceries. Disgusting company.

Do i have anything lower then a 1. He is a hateful man uses fowl mouth to people he tows. He also doesnt have change so keep different bills in your pocket. He charged someone 450 for truck n trailer. Went to get it. He had 5 100 bills and Kendal didnt have change. He charged another 75 and he only had 100. Again Kendal had no change so two people he pocketed 75I have tried contacting you John. Going to have further investigation done

I own my own home and the park has a new management where we have to park car on side of street ..this young kid who works for kendall towing grabed my car from my yard because it was on grass.. But the worst part is there are damages i have pics of him with the front end of my car in the ground with back of my car on the truck he was about to tear my front end off...... ..i have pics and video my car now is having issuse in the front end nit to mention scratches in the front from him draging it in to the ground. These people are trash and this is nit going to be let go.....hope it was worth destroying my front end kid...

Licence to steal, 230 dollars cash to recover my car, they came at 2:00 AM and took my car at Ocean side condos, I left my car on the other side of the road because people were painting my house, next day no car...How can they do that, this is outrageous. --0 stars I had to put one to publish this incident CROOKS, ROBBERS, THIEVES, DESPICABLE.

This place is a rip off. We parked in Walgreens for about 20-30 mins to walk across the street to look at the beach and came back and the car was gone! The lady named Laurie Johnson said she didn’t work for the company but was a snitch for them to tow cars. There wasn’t any signs saying no parking and she didn’t verbally tell us not to park there. I will be contacting the better business burrau and filing a law suit against them! I will NOT be returning to Paridise Park. If they allow a company to treat their tourist like that, then EVERYONE should find another place to go!

Everyone should know by Florida law if the your car will be towed sign has the incorrect phone number, address, the letters are faded its not 2 feet off the ground its considered an illegal tow. They have to return your car for free and are liable for any damages. They also by law have to let you inspect your car before you pay them anything. they are legally required to be open until 6pm if they charge for a gate fee after 5pm its illegal and call the cops. they are also required to give you a copy of the contract they have with the property owner. You should ask for it. They also have to keep the vehicle within 10 miles of where they towed it. These guys are scumbags and will rip you off in every way they can. I grew up in this business and no one in the towing business wanted to deal with these guys because we all considered them to be shaddy and thieves. They been know to go through your car, and improperly tow them. If you have an awd, or a 4x4 car they have to tow it on a flat bed if they dont they may have damaged your vehicle and you should sue. also for the owner commenting trying to act like hes the good guy i can tell you right now I grew up in this business i know you. You are a scum bag every single person in this industry thinks that of you. Doing your job my butt we always helped people out you scum bags dont ever try or pretend to. You violate state statues and try to make it seem like you are doing nothing wrong.

Thieves, rifled through belongings. Stole a tablet, camera, zippo, etc. Also used car for personal transportation, ( mileage, fast food wrappers) . Now in a battle over missed lies holder. Stay Away!

Absolutely terrible. The guy stated that he was standing there watching us as we parked at Walgreens and walked across the street. The least they couldve done was say hey youre going to get towed so you should move, as there was no sign in front of where I parked saying so. The guys who work are extremely rude and treat you like a piece of crap. This company is a rip off and clearly is just money hungry and wants to pocket the cash. Its unfortuante that they ruined this holiday for so many.

Left my vehicle at 12:20 and returned by 1:30. Vehicle was gone. Towing company was scouting the parking lot which is legal but dirty.Called the number and received voice mail several times. Finally spoke with someone on the phone after leaving a voicemail that we were going to the office. Was told that the office was closed but we informed them that they need to be open by law the same day the vehicle was towed between 8am-6pm. FL leg. 715.07The address did not match the Google web search to the address on the side of the truck. (Which was changed the next day after our encounter) The sign is not visible from the street and looks like a storage garage. It was almost like they were doing all they could to make it difficult to pick up your vehicle so that they can charge you and additional $25 a days storage.Finally the price ($240) that he quoted that he said is set by the County is actually the price that is the maximum that they can charge set by the County (play on words). They are allowed a set base charge what they think is fair plus $30 a day storage (which is why they stall). I am unable to provide the links due to Googles policies. I have filied a complaint with the Better Business Burea and contacted my County Commissioners office. I also plan on Contacting the Attorney General office of Florida. If you have a similar experience I suggest that you do the same.

Absolutely horrible. Caused over $500 in damage to my vehicle and still made me pay over 200 to get it out. So unprofessional and discriminatory against women. I will be having to take legal action to resolve my concerns with them.

Do not use Kendall Towing and Recovery they will rob you blind. They dont take anything but cash. Now how does that work, a company that only takes cash. My next step is a call to the IRS. The man I spoke with was very rude and he seemed like he didnt care about anything but making (cash) money. Please use another company....you will regret it if you do!!!!!!
