I had a great experience dropping off several bags of old records to shred.First the receptionist could not have been more friendly. The price was fair and the service great. I will definitely recommend them without any hesitation.

Customer service is GONE!. Had to wait WEEKS for a pickup, changed out the lock, but did not leave us the key. Requested a key and still are waiting. Time to fine a new shredding company :(

Best place to shred documents miles around. They even let you watch it being shredded, they are the only place that does that!!

Their Shredder was broken and the part wont be back in for a week - how can they stay in business like this?
