Left a package here to print a shipping label and drop off for usps to pick up but it was never picked up and they said that they did pick it up but usps said it was never there nor did the tracking say it was ever picked up. At the end of the day Im out alot of money and lost alot of trust in this store.

I recently stopped into this store to get a paper notarized, Nathaniel was so kind, welcoming, patient and VERY helpful. He had the best personality, if I owned a company I would try to recruit him. 5 stars!

When placing an order online to be picked up from this store, the online ordering system wasnt aware that this specific location couldnt print the type of binding I ordered. When I rejected the job and requested a refund since they provided the incorrect binding, they instead went and found a third party to print it as requested and they didnt charge me extra. The staff was kind along the way and I was grateful for their efforts!

I stopped in to send a Priority Mail envelope. I had it all filled out, and ready to go. It took the counter person 5 minutes to figure out the system. Not a big deal, as I mostly get the new employees wherever I go. But when the total came to $14.31 for a flat rate envelope, I thought it was a little high. I asked: Are you sure you are selecting Priority Mail, and not 1 Day Express Mail? Yes, I am sure, was the response. So I paid, took my receipt home, and noticed at the bottom it says: US Postal Rates Are Subject to Surcharge. OK, I get that, they are a business, and need to make a profit. But the rate for this exact same service at the US Post Office is $6.70, so that Surcharge is 113%. Never again. Thanks for the convenience of being in the way home, but that is robbery.

I go here frequently, associates are all extremely helpful and friendly. I use their notary services and shipping weekly, prices are reasonable, and they charge the least in the area as far notary services, other stores are $10.00 for every notary, and they charge $8.00 for the first and $6 for any additional. Also, recently called around to have a passport photo taken, they charge $10.95 when other locations are charging $25.00. Wouldnt take my business anywhere else!

We needed a notary and they have it at very comfortable prize. Costumer service was excellent.

Every time I go into this store the people are extremely friendly and helpful. I drop off packages about three times a week and have been doing so for a few years. Have not had a single bad experience!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. They goofed up the shipping and I didnt get my package on time. No apology, no customer service. They dont understand the importance of clearly communicating and didnt bother to explain the reason they are cheaper than the UPS store down the street is they send everything snail mail.

Never had a bad experience shipping here. People are friendly, and do their best to satisfy the shipping experience.

Postal worker will not deliver packages to my apartment. Postal slips for packages are placed in our mailbox, I sign for them to leave the package, and the slips just stay in the mailbox and are never taken by the postal worker. I waited at the mailbox around delivery time and asked the postal worker about this. He said there were no lockers available for our packages although no note was left for me to know this. He said he would try to redeliver it but since there were not many lockers I would probably need to pick up the package.The next day I go to the post office with the package slip and they cant find the package and dont know where it is. I ask the manager why when we sign the slip does the postal worker not leave it at my doorstep like I have done at previous apartments. The manager asked me what floor I live on and I tell her the 3rd floor. She then tells me that is why I dont get packages delivered because, get this, postal workers are not allowed to deliver packages to the 3rd floor and above. Yes, you read that right.So in summary, I cant get packages at my apartment at all. I have to take off work every time I get a package in order to pick it up. This is why the USPS is going down the craphole.

Nasty grouchy employees, way too expensive, charged me for one piece of tape! Go elsewhere, UPS is way too expensive to ship stuff.
