They put us in touch with a lender (Kelli Beckel) they reccomend and all changed within 24Hrs. Mr Waterman and David negotiated an extension with the sellers and Kelli Beckel from Prime Lending did in under FOUR HOURS what our prvious lender could not accomplish in over 60 DAYS. I seen a listening online and I called to schedule a walk through.it was before they were open for the d day so I left a message with my name, phone number, and the listening I wanted to walk through. That was as week and a half ago. I never received a call nack.

I feel I was just recently robbed from this company me and my wife wanted to rent a house that they have listed the MLS listing stated that is a $50 application fee per person but when she handed in all the paperwork they said that the application fee was $65 per person making it a total of $130 she was also told not to worry about it because the approval was up to the homeowner so if he didnt pick us then we would received our $130 back which was a complete lie because supposedly we were not approved because of minor misdemeanors from years ago and because my wifes credit score wasnt over 630 but mine was and we were never told that. $130 to run a credit check on two people thats insane I will definitely be going to the Better Business Bureau about this place

We had so many hurdles to jump through to sell this house and they held our hand the entire way. They also have a list of many perspective buyers so that your home never just sits on the market. STAY AWAY FROM Shirley Weems of Waterman Real Estate. I would highly recommend not to do business with this firm. I have had recent Dealings with Shirley buying a property which she was the listing agent. I found her to be a $$$ commission hungry agent $$$ that only cares about her own pocket. We got burned!! Shirleys contracts are binding and favors herself. Once you signed her contract you are bound and gagged. If you find yourself needing to deal with her (buying or selling) have an attorney read the contract before signing anything. I am a real Estate investor and management company who has bought and sold many properties commercial and residential over the past 15 years. I never had a complaint about any real estate agent or company I did business with. Shirley completely took advantage of us due to a closing being rescheduled by the bank, theyre waiting on an inspection report. She kept our 20K escrow money so we cant back out of the property and is charging us $200 per day until we close. Sounds impossible or like Extortion but evidently that is what her contract states and she is holding us to her blackmailing business practices. Our agent was not aware of or has ever seen anyone use this type of business practice until now. Our agent and the bank are stunned and and embarrassed this happened. Until we close we are paying her $200 per day and she is not willing to negotiate. She is a unethical monster, stay away.

Stay away! My wife was discriminated against and treated poorly! Was denied the opportunity to rent a home due to a recent bankruptcy even though she Would of paid the full 12 month lease ahead of time (over 20,000)!!!! Why would they turn someone down who wants to pay the full year ahead to prove their credit worthiness - discrimination! She even offered a co signer. Plain and simple! The realtor was rude to her and took forever to respond. Realtor name is Carlos and the property Im referring to is in Palm Bay on harwick.

Shirley Weems is an amazing realtor! I invest in properties across the country and deal with realtors, brokers, etc daily. Shirley Weems is always the easiest to contact, the most informative, and the most accurate when it comes to predicting dates, closing, etc. She also always helps me find the best deals and really knows her market. We have closed over five properties all at amazing prices. As for one of the negative reviews, investors should understand the basics of real estate contracts. It sounds like his own agent, who is the person supposed to protect him, is the on who let him down. And what kind of professional investor doesnt have a lawyer review his contracts and then complains about the contract?!? Its not the listing agents fault that you didnt read your contract, you didnt have a lawyer help you, and that your representing agent didnt protect you.

Andy does nothing to sell your home. Other realtors had much more to offer.

Would not recommend this real estate company. Poor communication, rude people, terrible business!
