Looked at a house on 1503 Licht St listed by HouseMax and placed a full price offer on it that same day. However, the real estate agents son also put in a full price offer (but not even cash) and it was accepted without contacting me or providing a counter offer. Received condescending communications when I inquired about this. Never seen a dodgy deal on the open market of this nepotistic nature. Consider this before you do any business with this unethical, opportunistic agency who are clearly not fiduciary, and victim shames.
