Do NOT rent with these realtors or their houses. They choose to represent low quality houses, and provide unbelievably low quality service. Their practices are borderline illegal, and extremely unethical. Their property had issues that caused my water bill to be astronomical. They refused to cover it even though it was 100% a property issue. The AC broke and they left us without service for 12 days. The back door leaked and would let large amounts of water in during storms... they took MONTHS to replace the doors. The roof leaked in several spots and would leave puddles inside the house. They sent someone to “patch” it every time, and it continued to leak throughout our stay. Patricia seemed nice in the beginning, but she put myself in many difficult situations and handled them in such an ugly manner. Again, do NOT rent with these individuals, and stay away from any houses posted under their company.

Patricia and Kim have been my property managers for the last 12 years. And they recently helped me sell my property.When I moved out of Florida, it was not the right time to sell my house. They managed the property for me long-distance (I moved to North Carolina). They communicate well via email and over the years handled many tough issues that I couldn’t deal with remotely. Everything from finding a tenant, background checks, documenting the condition of the property, getting quotes from vendors when repairs were needed, and checking for damages after hurricanes. Throughout it all, I knew I could depend on them to make sure the house was in good condition.I’m happy to say that today I’m no longer a property owner in the state of Florida due to their help selling the home. They handled getting the listing ready for sale, in the middle of a pandemic, and brought me a good offer 2 days after listing.If you’re looking for a management company because you’ve “graduated” from Harris and are leaving the area, or if you’re looking to sell, I can say with experience that you will not find a better management company or realtor to work with.

At $20 for an umbrella they should be there as long as the lifeguards. Its a horrible deal and although the service is good when they are taking your money, its horrible at the end of the day. I can rent a car for the price to rent an umbrella and 2 chairs. Its just a bad deal and a waste of money.

Set up an appointment to view a property, showed up and the realtor—Sherry—was nowhere to be found. I messaged her and she told me that she forgot and was at another showing an hour away.
