Tenant review: What a great team. For three years, these ladies have taken care of us with the utmost respect. They are courteous, professional, punctual, and caring. They treat every issue promptly, and are conscientious of the results. Thank you!

The people who run and staff this property management company talk a good game, but when it comes time to deliver, they are incompetent and utterly useless. I refer especially to the woman in charge, Kimberly Peace who I found to be slack, unresponsive and totally unreliable.It is not possible to telephone this company and to speak to a live person, although it is nominally an office of three people. Calls are directed to voice mail and never returned.In my experience, they do not seem to have a good grasp of the market in which they claim to have a depth of knowledge. Property suggestions for rental are just a grab bag of whatever Kimberly Peace can pull off the real estate listings. There does not appear to be any serious vetting to match what is available to the clients specific needs.At the end of the day, dealing with these people is both frustrating and ultimately a complete waste of time. There are much better agencies available . Seek one out - it will be worth your time and effort to do so.Give these people a pass.

Patricia is nice but the overall experience is terrible! I moved into a home 12/1/16 without a working air conditioner and was told it would not be fixed until the following February or later. I needed to work from home and found the internet wire for the master bedroom exposed outside, cut and painted over. Kimberly said its not their responsibility. The maintenance man took out the a/c filter and did not tell me so I could replace it. The a/c became clogged with dust, etc and I was charged for the repair. They hired a person to replace the hot water heater in the garage and the hired person bent the garage door closure- guess who they charged to fix it? Us again. When we moved out we received multiple emails asking us to repair or clean one thing or another. We did and took video of the house when we were done. They charged for a full cleaning crew anyway and ate up all but $112 of our $1000 deposit with anything they could. Oh yeah, the house was infested with German cockroaches when we moved in. I didnt see them until we had already moved in when they started coming out from under the refrigerator and the dishwasher. I called and Kimberly said they would have a courtesy spray done but it was our responsibility to keep up with pest control per our contract. That was a setup!! We sprayed for roaches all while we lived there and after we moved out but they still they had the place thoroughly pest sprayed, etc courtesy of our deposit. DONT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

It’s awful!! After one year my landlord changed companies because this company does not know how to hire quality contractors or communicate. My landlord tracked me down to ask about hurricane damage after Irma because they could not get info from management company. I told her not only did I take pictures, but I also emailed a detailed list to them two days after the hurricane. It’s also been 24 days and I still have no heard back about my security deposit. I intend to contact a lawyer at this point.

They are rude!!! Poor customer services..
