Having my daughter Molly join Elite Martial arts has been one of the best decisions my family has made since moving to Florida in 2020. My wife and I recently joined Elite Martial Arts Academy where our 12 year old daughter has been attending for about 4 months.Were about a month in now, and I feel great! The staff, trainers, and other students are always helpful and happy to see us and we are constantly learning new things every week. They teach at a manageable pace that gives a good workout for all ages, but will always take the time for questions or another walk through. Additionally, there are seniors and other instructors roaming through the class that are ready and available to help if you sometimes arent sure like me lol.Im 45 now, and havent been active in years. The last project I did for work saw me gain 20 lbs, leading into knee surgery and physical therapy as recent as 2 months ago. Im happy to say now that between martial arts and dietary changes, Im down 10lbs in a month. My knee is getting stronger and Im confident that this is just the beginning for me.The best part of it all is the family bonding and communication that has come out of going through this together with my wife and daughter. Hello world! I am writing this review of Elite because it should be made known how wonderful I believe this place to be and how cool all the people who are in it are. Our family has been attending classes at Elite for about 6 months. My younger son is in the Kids I class and my older son and I in the Adult Beginners class. When my daughter grows a little older she will start in the Little Dragons class. We have an absolute blast every time we go and are healthier, happier, and stronger people because of all they are teaching us. All of the instructors and staff have treated us with the utmost kindness, respect, and genuine care. They help us fine tune the techniques they teach us and every class is truly a workout. We laugh and we sweat and we learn how to defend ourselves in case we were ever in a situation where we needed to, and I find that to be extremely important. I’ve seen an increase in confidence and focus from not only my children, but also myself through these experiences. Mr. Steven is the main instructor and he is absolutely amazing at what he does. While he is the main teacher, there are also plenty of other instructors in the classes which always makes it feel like you get very personal attention. We love Elite and everyone in it. It truly is our happy place and give it the highest commendations possible.

This school is amazing! My daughter Isabella Moccio has been training now for 2 months, and she is a changed person. The first day she was reluctant to come out of her shell and work with anyone. Fast forward 2 months and she is working with anyone, making friends, and even asking questions. Her confidence level has grown, shes displaying an eagerness to go to the Martial Arts class like I have never seen in my eleven-year-old. The other day she even asked the instructor Steven how to improve her kicks, and let me say he took time after class to show her, and they improved the very next class. Our son recently started at Elite Martial Arts and we are thrilled! He gets so excited to practice his skills before and after class and the experience has already given him a better understanding of respect. My Emmalynn daughter has been going for the last two months and I have already seen a huge difference in her confidence. Every single instructor there knows every child by name and make sure that they do call them by name and that lights up every childs face in the room making them feel validated and confident. The focus that shes learning in class is helping her and her everyday life, helping her succeed in areas and schooling that she was falling behind. You can tell the instructors genuinely love what theyre doing. The kids go in with a smile on their face and leave class with an even bigger one. Theyre learning kindness, self-confidence and so much more. These kids are building friendships that they can take with them outside of class that they can build on. This was by far the best decision we had made for our daughter.

My son just had his fourth class and I’m already impressed with everything I’ve seen. From the initial one on one meeting with Chief Instructor Sifu Vito, to the ongoing encouragement I’ve heard in every single class. All of the instructors and helpers are patient and kind, while also helping each individual student understand their own self discipline all while having a blast! This happens to be our main goal for our son and based on the beaming smile he has at the end of class, I’m positive he has began his journey at the right place!

My son was interested in starting some sort of martial arts during the summer break. We didnt really know what style to pick for him, so we decided based off reviews and word of mouth to make an appointment and check out EMA. Asher fell in love with it immediately, and he was asking to be signed up after a short introduction. He just told me after only a few short months of taking classes, he is ready to work towards his jr. black belt. I couldnt be more proud. I already see an improvement in his attitude and confidence. The instructors are all awesome and wonderful with the kids. Very encouraging even when they make mistakes. Someone is always right there to help correct them. I have nothing but good things to say.

I absolutely love Elite Martial Arts. I started for health reasons - control my stress. So I decided kickboxing would be a great outlet. Not only is it working for me, I am meeting new people and making new friends. I am feeling good and I can tell a difference in my body. The instructors take their time to explain things and make sure form is correct. I am not afraid to say show me again! The whole team has been very welcoming. This has been a great experience for my family. My son really enjoys the instructors. He was hesitant to start martial arts at first but now he loves it.

What do I like about this business? I like that it doesnt FEEL like a business...it feels like a community. We see the same families week after week and get to know those in the class, as well as Simo Jen, Sifu Vito and the excellent staff. My son has been working on the various types of martial arts for over a year now and has progressed enormously. As a 1st Degree Black Belt in the Marine Corps Martial Arts program and lifetime martial arts enthusiast, I can confidently say that my family (from 7 years old to 37) and I have benefited tremendously from Elite Martial Arts. I initially planned on only signing up my two youngest daughters, but after my wife and I participated in the free class we decided wed get involved as well - first, so that my wife could build some confidence in her self-defense, and second, so that I could get back into fighting shape and learn new techniques from Bruce Lees Jeet Kune Do.The last 6 weeks have been an absolute blast! My daughters are excited and encouraged after recently passing their yellow belt tests. My wife is confident and getting a super strong hook that I dont think any thief would want to encounter, and I am loving getting back into fighting shape and learning new techniques and perspectives along the way. Who can pass up an opportunity to train as a 4th generation Bruce Lee student? Elite Martial Arts has quality (and kind) instruction, a motivated and friendly environment and over-the-top helpful staff. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, from any lifestyle, in any shape, at any age. I normally dont leave reviews but felt I wanted to share my experience in case anyone is having reservations about trying martial arts. I attended a free womens self defense course about 5 years ago and they gave us a demo of martial arts. I thought I would LOVE to try a class. I was to scared at the time to persue it and eventually talked myself out it. Jump to January 2021 and I came across a review on Elite Martial Arts that said it was a great place even for beginnings and its great physical activity! I finally came up with the nerve and called. I AM So Glad I did! Im telling you if you have thought about it but are scared... try it!! This place is awesome! Everyone is so supportive and encouraging. I wish I would have found this place 5 years ago.

My children kameron and Khalil comes to the facility 2 times a week and I just want to say thank you.you guys are so patient when it comes to my kids not only that my kids have major disabilities they have a understanding and you guys don’t let their disabilities define who they really are especially Kameron he’s very shy and afraid of new people but you guys show him hope that it’s ok to explore your feelings and open up to new people and things and Khalil just love the atmosphere where he can make new friends and he feels you guys won’t judge him for his disabilities you guys show us nothing but love when we walk in we feel so loved and welcome and the boys love it this was a best decision I’ve made with them thank you so much

Very professional. They are great with kids. They teach more than martial arts, for example, being grateful, being physically fit, etc. Their programs are very well run - no nonsense allowed. Instructors really love the kids they teach and are well respected. Would recommend without reservation. My grandson loves it.

I’ve been a student since November 2020, and almost 60 I am in better shape than I’ve been in years, and they make it very fun and engaging.I recommend anyone who is interested in fitness and real life self defense. I’ve learned so much already and the instructors are 1st rate!

The head instructors and assistants evaluate you constantly during classes and provide you with personalized feedback in order for you to learn your strengths and weaknesses over time and improve yourself. Very respectful place, clean, well-equipped with tools that students might need for their classes, friendly, family-based environment and full of dicipline to learn Martial Arts. Also the curriculum is very well-structured and aligned with students levels in each class and well-established with a pretty good pace in terms of the gradual increase of the level of difficulty.

Sifu teaches the most practical martial arts Ive ever practiced. Lots of fun and a good exercise.

My son Alex have been going here for now almost 4 years now. The team here are amazing at what they do. The teaching skills are amazing and the structure they teach the children is great. Alex has dedicated himself to be the best and thanks to them has finished the child’s program and now is a quarter way through the adult program working his way to becoming a black belt in martial arts. I am a fellow martial artist, I just went in to meet another fellow Marshall artist. I was met with aggression and told to leave. I was completely blown away by this as Martial artist by nature are friendly, professional, and engaging with other fellow martial artists. If they do this to another fellow martial artist, I can’t imagine what they do to their students. I’ve heard unbelievable nasty comments regarding this studio and how they treat their students. Their prices are astronomical, going above $250 a month for just a few classes within that month maybe eight? That’s twice a week, and way too much money for the little that you get in training. Chauvinistic, degrading, unprofessional instructors are who are training your kids. I would never take my child here

Elite Martial Arts has kept in constant contact during the pandemic, and has shown understanding and professionalism that is staggering. Theyve also been fantastic with my daughter, and we cant wait to get back to things now that shes back in the area after a summer with her Dad.

Our son has been with Elite since he was 4, he is 6 now and we have set a big goal to get his junior black belt. We love this school. The owners are so caring and you can tell they take what they do seriously and they really love and appreciate their families and the kids. Highly recommended!! Our son has learned so much about confidence and self respect!

Elite Martial Arts is GREAT!! I have been a student at EMA for several years. As a disabled veteran I needed some place to go to learn new coping skills and re-engage my focus..I found it at EMA. Sifu Vito constantly upgrades his programs and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Their kids programs sets and raises the standard. Excellent for kids! Our son Thomas has only been enrolled less than a month, but the instructors work well with him. They teach the word of the month theme to the kids at the end of each beginners class, such as forgiveness or optimism, and they encourage all students to participate in sharing their personal stories.We came home today to see a post card hand written by one of the instructors, addressed to our son, talking about how well hes doing in class. Amazing personal touch!

These guys are Professionals at what they do. I train and compete in HEMA competitions with one of their instructors. Respectful, Polite, very knowledgable and technical. They opened my eyes to the art of Kali. Then I come to find that they are part of the Bruce Lee Lineage. I know for a fact that this school would be great for the family, or simply the individual looking to train in a great environment. The art is great for people at any level of fitness because of its adaptive nature but what makes Elite ideal is the amazing staff. Its a fun workout in a supportive environment. When you walk in the door, you are with family. Ive been going for over 4 years and you couldnt pay me to leave.

I joined 6 months ago, and have been enjoying Elite Martial Arts ever since. The program for Adults is excellent as there are more than enough classes during the week to fit your schedules and the instructors are fantastic (Mr. Francis, Mr. Ryan and Sifu Vito). As an adult getting into a Martial Art for the first time, I was unsure what to expect, but the welcoming environment and training plan made it very easy to get engaged, enjoy the physical workout and learn something new. The out-reach to the student community is excellent as well with Simo Jen and staff leading the way. Highly recommended.

We have been with Elite since last year. Its a great school the owners and staff are amazing. Really positive experience for myself and Granddaughter. You just need to check it out and see for yourself how amazing it is.

I started at EMA a little over 6 months ago and i will admit i was a little intimidated, but the main thing that i love about EMA besides learning the different styles of martial arts is how cool everyone is! From day one, everyone there has been welcoming and possibly some of the nicest people i have met. They work hard and take the time to work with you and make sure you are understanding whats being taught. I always look forward to the days when i can be at EMA because not only am i learning how to defend myself but i have a great time with great people and i may leave sore but ill always leave smiling!
