I had an amazing experience with this store. I was greeted when I walked in and the man I talked to about my phone battery took his time to do the job right. We also held a long conversation about Queen and the movie Bohemian Rhapsody. I will definitely be coming back for a new phone battery.

I had a really great experience here! I needed my Iphone 6 Plus screen replaced and it looks better than it did brand new! The price was competitive with other cell phone repair places ($79.99) but if you made an appointment over the phone or online you got a $10 discount! The only complaint i have is, my home button seems a little loose now that the screen has been replaced. It is still fully functional, but it rocks back and forth when pressed down. Other than that, great experience!

Had a Galaxy S8 phone with a smashed screen sitting in a drawer. My son lost his phone, so we searched for someone to fix the screen on this unused phone. Made appointment online, the staff was very courteous, phone was ready before promised. Looks and works like new!

Hi, my AT&T Galaxy S7 battery started draining dramatically as I was coming up I-95 North from Miami. I was about 20 miles from Melbourne, when desperately I called Batteries Plus to see if they could exchange my battery within an hour time limit. Needless to say, they came through, and without them I would have been driving home with the phone that was dead with no battery life and was unable to charge because the battery was finally burnt out after 3 years.
