I was an employee of this company for 78 days and I regret a thousand times that I did not quit earlier. I would never recommend it. I hardly worked that little time and it doesn’t take more to realize how exploitative it is. The work setting does not provide growth, the employee is not promoted, it is unprofessional and the employee’s health is compromised at all times. There is no atmosphere of respect or order. The work vehicles were not even suitable for use as they were not properly maintained. And it is another reason why I emphasize the lack of security in which I felt as an employee when driving those vehicles. There are preferences with other employees and even theft by the owner of this franchise. I was left to owe my last 15 hours of work and the owner did not have the decency to explain why. The reason for my resignation was because I would dedicate myself full time to my studies and yet I was penalized for this, my money was stolen from me and as if that were not enough, the owner of the franchise submitted to my employee record a resignation without notice. Some tips from customers did not reach our hands. That is why I do not believe that the client should tip on the same check as the payment for the service. But in short I do believe that each employee has every right to resign from a job in which their work is not being appreciated and valued. We all have the right to study and prepare ourselves professionally so as not to end up in exploitative and unethical jobs like The Maids.

I have been a customer for 5 years. Two months ago, this company ghosted me. I have left repeated phone messages without reply. I finally had to call a different company. I am sadly disappointed.

I really enjoyed the help, especially after surgeries and the teams are great. My frustration is I have called for almost a month to schedule and I get voicemail and no return calls, I emailed and the owner did respond and said she had people out with illness and I said fine i could wait and then she never since has responded back and surely, they could have changed another customer to accommodate by now. This week alone called and left msgs for 3 days and simply asked if they never intend to schedule let me know so I can find another company but I don’t want to do that. I’ve been happy with this company.Perhaps the staff doesn’t give messages but someone should be calling a customer back.Frustrated but they clean wonders and are kind teams but I keep getting promotion emails and yet cannot even get a return call.

They did a great job on my home although they werent able to give me a close estimate on how much the job would cost.

Great cleaning service! The cleaning team comes to our house every 4 weeks. We have three generations living in our 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 kitchen house! With two grand parents, two parents, 2 kids, 2 dogs and 1 cat, we needed help. The cleaning team consistently does good work to get our house back in tip-top shape. To get 5 stars it would be best if the online or virtual reminders/communications via text or email might be more accessible instead of leaving phone messages and playing phone tag.

I always know when they are going to be here and when they arrive and I am here, they always have a smile and are very pleasant. The teamwork is very efficient and well organized. I am in a wheelchair so I have been home when they are here to clean. Attention to detail is amazing and if needed they will work in extra cleaning for you. I noticed if they dont get it done the day you ask, (because of scheduling issues) it is done the next time they come and they had not forgot you had ask them to do this specific thing.

Team of cleaners come into your home for three-four hours. Everything looked very clean, attention to detail depended on person cleaning. The only thing I could see after they left that I would have done - they did not vacuum under the Master King bed? They provide their vacuum cleaner and cleaning products. Enjoyed working with owner. I would use them again.

The Maids have cleaned twice for me--on both occasions their work was thorough and well-done. They ensured that all areas were attended to. They were all professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

I am moving into a new house and it was totally unfurnished. They were to dust everything I have alot of wood frame doors, closets, etc. They were there two hours and it was $320.00 I am still finding dust everywhere. Did not wipe down baseboards as they were told and door frames all still have dust. Would not use this company. Very over priced will never use again.
