I am so very happy to finally find a cleaning company that delivers what’s promised. I have hired many cleaners over the years and have not felt that the house was cleaned. I myself did this job when I was younger and I know how hard it is. I feel my house is cleaned from top to bottom. Thank you for the outstanding job done. I highly recommend magic broom.

Hired them for the first time for housekeeping of my rental unit. Overcharged me and did not do the job. I lost rental income because of this. Finally spoke to the manager or owner and told me that the person sent was not their regular employee!! What does that mean. I will never used them again. Completely unprofessional!!!

I called Magic Broom about getting my couch cleaned. They were very professional, and gave me the best price. The cleaning took about 2 hours and my couch look new again. We are very happy with the work and will definitely be calling them again to get our floors done.

DO NOT USE ANYONE BUT MAGIC BROOM FOR YOUR CLEANING NEEDS!! I have gone 15 years resisting hiring help to clean as I was convinced NO ONE could do it as well as I can and to may standards. Well, I finally gave in lol. HOWEVER I am SO impressed with the deep clean that was done for me on July 6th by Magic Broom Cleaning LLC. I have a 2600 square foot home and EVERYTHING is clean that I requested, and more!! The attention to detail paid to the service is evident, and as a military professional I can appreciate that very much. Also, I am extremely happy to support a locally owned, female-led operation like this. Thays personally checks on the homes and that says everything about her commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. VERY impressed, VERY happy with my sparkling clean house! Girl Carol was really nice, spoke very little English but nice. I paid for what website says General Services and It was below standards of what I thought it would be. I saw different pics on website than what I got. As far as the way beds were left (looked my kid did it) furniture in my room was dusty. And toilet in master wasn’t left the way I thought. I’m a very clean person that had recent surgery on my back and this is why I considered hiring a company. The most things I needed done was the bathrooms, floors and furniture polished. I’m going to re do some of the work. Maybe she was a new person I honestly don’t know but the bedding threw me off. I have pictures but not sure how to post them up. Maybe I ll consider using them again with a different person or maybe I ll just go with another company. We will see as first impressions make lasting ones. I feel bad leaving a 3 but I have to be honest being that I like my things very clean and organized.

I booked Magic Broom for the first time last tuesday and was very happy & impressed with the service. For various reasons, my place had not been cleaned for a while. I was therefore expecting them to just focus on the big stuff and do more of a surface level clean. They cleaned so much and so well in the amount of time they had. My bath tub, sinks, taps, etc. sparked and shined after they worked their magic. I noticed the next day how much surface they had covered (bookshelves, desk, filing cabinet, wall unit, etc.) and their attention to detail.

Very efficient and great customer service! They really know their cleaning products and everything smells great and nothing toxic is used. They make sure every corner cleaned and try to make sure things are done properly the first time. I highly recommend this service to my family and friends and anyone in need of a cleaning service !

We planned a move cleaning service over 3 weeks ago with another company. They called me yesterday at 1:30pm to “cancel” for today. That company I will never ever use!We panicked and started calling around to any and all cleaning services in the area to see if they could come and clean an entire house with less than a 24hr notice on a Friday.No luck after quite a few calls and then called Magic Broom Cleaning. They then called a regular client who agreed to postpone their normal day until Monday. They agreed. (Please thank them for us!)They showed up before I did and left before I could make it back. They did an exceptional job!I was raised on the saying that “The customer comes first!” And they went beyond what we could of asked!I moved 5min away and Magic Broom Cleaning will be my new and regular company from now on!

Original review: Jeane is the one they sent out to do the cleaning. We had Molly Maids and they sent out three people. Jeane did a better job then any of the three Molly Maids. The house has never been cleaner.! They have the same prices as the other companies but do a thousand times better job. My mom paints and Jeane wiped down her dusty paintings. If it was in the house she dusted it. We requested her for every week. I cant tell you how fresh the house feels. She also made sure she was careful about covid19. My mom has multiple sclerosis so she is vulnerable. Jeane wore a mask and gloves. She had hand sanitizer and wipes. We felt safe. We are keeping this company!Update: The quality of their work went down after a few months. We had trouble communicating because they didnt speak English without a translator app on the phone. It was taking then longer to clean too. We had to fire them because we couldnt communicate the problems and there were a lot of problems.

Ive been using the this company service biweekly since June 2017, my wife has OCD so I can tell this lady does the best cleaning job we have ever had. Having a service at home is always challenging at the beginning but I can say that today we trust Tays very much, she has our house keys since we spend most of the day out and the only thing we want is to come home in one clean environment after a work day.
