Troy was very friendly and helpful with all questions. He gave us a tour of the facility and escorted us to our unit. Quick and easy register process. They have four trollys and one elevator to the second floor which really came in handy!

My storage unit in this place had damage.so the manager call me to report but the way he ask me questions is like he try to blame me.short story never got fix.look like they dont care about u property. And is pitch black at night the lights not work .this what u going to get if u rent here. Good luck

Its my first time using a storage facility and I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to do with Life Storage. It was not stressful and I was able to complete most of the application online. They have a few units of different sizes (5x5, 5x10, and 10x10) with indoor (air conditioned) or outdoor units available.If you decide to rent space, youll pay some upfront fees (service charge/insurance) and then after its just a monthly fee to keep the space. Youre able to access your unit any day even when the office is closed from early in the morning until about 10 pm at night--so pretty much all day. There is an entry code that youll put up front that will open the gates and allow you to access the facility.They also have packing supplies (e.g. boxes, tape) if you need to buy some and also a complimentary van that you can borrow to help move. However, this amenity was not available during my use because of the current COVID-19 situation.One thing to note for indoor storage units, they are multiple lights that will illuminate the hallway and a separate one to illuminate your actual unit. It was not apparent to me and I had to get assistance from the service desk.

Matt was a pleasure to work with made getting a unit super easy! Even took us for a ride on golf cart to unit which the kids loved. Aliyah was so gracious to call and make sure we didnt have items in our unit since it wasnt locked and closed our account with a breeze.

So could be worse. Storage was clean staff were good. I did not know they were not charging my CC so had to pay a late fee even though they had my card on file. So... there is room for improvement. But still good.

They helped me out for on the cheap when a hurricane came bearing down on the coast. I stored my trailer there for a few days, under 50$, they applied some promotional coupon.Very happy would recommend

After waiting & watching for an affordable price on a 10x 10 climate controlled unit for about 12 months, I finally gave in to this Life Storage location’s higher than competitors pricing due to the convenience of its location for me. I did save about $140 on the initial move in fees, but the monthly cost is about $30 more than comfortable for me. After completing the rapid rental online, the actual finalization of my unit at the facility was a GREAT experience. Michael was very quick, friendly & efficient, when I told him I was pressed for time. The facility is clean & easy to navigate. I hope I’m able to manage the cost for the long haul. I wish they had a bette deal for customers who could sign a lease. In conclusion, other than the price, this is a very clean, bright, efficient and friendly business.

Michael was very kind and made sure I got the best deal. He showed me a couple of spaces so I could see which size was right for my needs. It was an easy process.

I did my research and reserved a 10x25 outdoor, drive-up, ground level storage unit online for this Melbourne location, first months rent free. After receiving confirmation email telling me to arrive by 4pm the following day and what type of lock to purchase, I rented a 20 U-Haul and spent hours the next day loading it. I then drove it nearly an hour to the Life Storage location, arriving at 2:30 pm, to find a sign in the window stating theyd be closed that day! A lot of storage facilities close early on Sunday, so I had to scramble around to find a storage unit nearby to unload my U-Haul and get it back to Titusville when it was due. I ended up having to pay $159 for a tiny 10x10 indoor location, which took a long time to Tetris everything into after walking through the building dozens of times carrying items. I ended up having to extend my drop off time for the U-Haul, costing me even more money. The next day, I called to speak to the manager of this location, and he stated, Yeah. I had a staffing issue. I explained that what had happened the previous day was unacceptable, and was through no fault of my own. He said hed talk to his area manager and get back to me. Its been five days now and hes just going to ignore me and hope I go away? I wouldnt have rented a U-Haul and driving my things to Melbourne that day if I didnt have CONFIRMATION that my space would be available to me. I would not have had to rent a full-priced smaller unit if it werent for him having a staffing issue. Hell, I wouldnt have bought a $20 lock had I known Id end up at a place that insists you use a different type of lock. Horrible business practice. Horrible customer service.

This place is very nice. The staff are helpful and quick to help you. The prices are a little high, but you cant really beat the location. They let you borrow their truck when you first move in as well.

Pete in the office is great!! I had an emergency and needed a storage unit ASAP, furthermore, my availability was limited vs how they schedule the truck. He allowed me to use the truck outside the scheduled time, and gave me 24hr access to the unit for my move in. Pete even went as far as to tell me that the offer I had agreed to was great, but there was a better offer out there that would save me more money. Overall great guys and they helped make a few minutes, of an otherwise extremely stressful day, very easygoing. Thanks again guys!!!

Used to like the place now they let people live in the units come in to store stuff in the inside air-conditioned units an theres a guy in the bathroom brushing his teeth an blaring his radio like its his own bachelor pad!

After looking at 2 competitors lockers, I knew this was the one, after a few minutes of Michael explaining all the details, Life was able to set me up with the exact lockers that I needed, All moved in and relaxing now. A big Thanks to Michael and Jerry both.

I love it they have the garage pull-down doors because I went to U-Haul and got a storage unit but they have the little tiny doors with a big wall behind you and I couldnt even get a small couch in there the only thing I dont like about life storage is the units are very expensive but I like that it has the gate with the code I just dont like the price especially since its not a AC unit the only thing I like about it is it has the big garage door
