Going to this location, everybody is always helpful and pleasant. Getting regular mail delivery and pickup is the reason for 2 stars. I put mail out, flag up and it doesnt get picked up. Its been happening on a weekly basis for a while now.

Great post office. I travel from Millis just to go to this one. Everyone is friendly, I have never had any issues with mail or packages delivered from there like I do my own towns post office. Will continue to go there as long as we live here.

Always a pleasure going to this post office as one clerk stood out as exceptional under pressure. Some customers need to learn respect and be forward thinking. Some customers are So impatient especially when they waited till the last second to mail something. Witnessing unwarranted verbal abuse towards a clerk in any post office is clearly not needed. Then there’s the customer who feels if they complain enough about a person or service they’ll get money back.Go Medway post office

We do get other peoples mail left in our mail box. We have been late on bill payments probably because our mail went into somebody else mail box. It will be nice to get this issue corrected. We have been living with this issue for a very long time. Our address is Adams St. Medway. Please correct this issue!!!!!!!!!!!!

Always very kind and helpful in every aspect. They answer any questions you have and go to any extent that they can to help you. To anyone who complains about the wait time: pre-pay for your package or pre pack it at least? You can’t complain if you’re a part of the problem!(:

Since I have moved to Medway 3 years ago I have had more problems with mail delivery than I have had in the past 40 years. There is mail that I do not get and mail that is not mine I do get. I have mailed bills to the Public Service dept in Medway and they have never received them. Where is all the missing mail going?

This is the worst freakin post office in the world aka they deliver your neighbors mail but not yours they suck

Worst post office of all my local towns. I dont think I have ever been in here without a LONG wait!
