Originally reserved 20 foot truck, was then called back a few days later and told I have to take a 26. A few MORE days later... My pickup date/time, last name, and email were all taken incorrectly. When I called to fix the problem I was treated awfully, no apology or explanation for what happened whatsoever.Poor communication, poor attitudes, poor service.
