Zachary is the best!!! My wife and I stopped in the other day because we needed to take care of getting some upgrades as well as placing an order for an Apple Watch. The young salesman named Zachary was the person who took care of us and I can HONESTLY say this was the EASIEST experience I’ve ever had at VERIZON!!!! This guy took the wheel and started getting everything going for us, he was able to find some promotions available on our plan so we saved a TON of money!!! He was super knowledgeable and even helped me backup all my photos and contacts because I didn’t know my google or apple passwords. It just seemed like this guy cut out all the salesmen BS and just got the job done for us. We will never use a corporate Verizon store again, we are going back to see Zachary the next time we need anything with our phones.
Edit: Called again after a week. Promised the biz guy would call. Now two weeks and not a word. These guys are asleep at the wheel.tried to open up a business account with three lines. The guy in the store that doesnt know how to move his lips and tongue without sounding like he just smoked a big fat one told me the business guy would call me. He emailed me and asked for my number and a good time to call. Gave him my number and told him to call me anytime. Silence. For a week. I had to reach out again and sweep the cobwebs out of the head of the guy on the phone again. My confidence is waning fast.
The Medina Gowireless, off of Windfall, is not a helpful store. I have bought 3 phones from them and each time I end up spending way too much money on extra charges that they don’t explain until after the phones are programmed and we are ready to leave the store. There are always long wait times even when no one else is in the store. They are not an actual Verizon store so anything you buy from them, like protective glass, is not covered when you go to an actual Verizon store. The latest problem was when they have no protective glass for my iPhone 11 Pro Max in stock. They informed me they have only one for their entire company. Ridiculous.
My husband & I were just at Verizon wireless in Medina on Rte 18. We went to buy new phones. We are not at all tech savvy, tech illiterate. The service we received from Ryan was exemplary, as well as from the other employee! They were patient, knowledgeable & very helpful as we had some issues & forgotten passwords. They spent a great deal of time with us, making sure everything was ok. We were completely satisfied & grateful for such excellent customer service. I went to Verizon on 11/30/20 and had a great experience at the Medina store Windfall/Medina Rd. The customer service representative was Adam. My phone died and was continuously repeating Hello Moto for hours. Very annoying! I ended up buying a new phone (Velvet LG). Adam was very professional,curtious,informative,and very patient I had a lot of questions. Adam gets 5 gold stars from me! Thanks Adam!
I was in Go Wireless in Medina and ordered an iPhone. Mack was really helpful ordering it for me. When I went to pick it up, Robert was there to help me out. It seemed like there were some issues with either my account or some numbers messed up with my iPhone. Serial numbers or whatever. I don’t understand all of that. But, Robert was able to work some magic and hook me up with my new phone. I’m sure it was frustrating for him, especially since he wasn’t the original person that helped me order the phone. So I just want to give a shoutout to Robert for doing an awesome job and figuring everything out for me. Thanks a lot Robert! I love this iPhone 11 Pro Max. And honestly, everyone at this location that I’ve met is pretty cool. I definitely recommend the Go Wireless in Medina.
My husband and I first went to the Verizon on Route 18 in Medina. We were told we would have to wait 1.5 hours in our car before we could be helped. My husband called the Wadsworth store. The manager lead us to the Medina GoWireless store on Route 18 in the complex with OnTap. She even notified them that we were coming. When we arrived we had no wait and they were expecting us! In the hour we were there, Ryan Gelowacki set up a great deal on a new phone for me and showed us how we could save money on our Jetpack, which we did. Thanks Ryan! Well be back next time we need great service!
No one likes when they have to go to the cell phone store but Robert at Medina GoWireless made it so much better.My phone unexpectedly stopped working and Apple support and Verizon customer support where not helpful at all. I did not have high hopes when I went to the store and was not excited about the unplanned expense of needing to get a new phone.Robert exhausted all options in trying to “fix” my phone that would involve charges. When those didn’t work, we discussed what my budget was for acquiring a new phone.Not only did he meet all my needs and stay within my budget, he exceeded my expectations with his service and professionalism.If you have to make a trip to the cell phone store, I highly recommend going to see Robert at GoWireless.

I actually went there with my ex-wife because I needed a new phone, I was looking at the iPhone 11 and she was also thinking about getting a new phone. Charles helped us out in all aspects explaining the difference in prices of all three iPhone 11’s and and also in choosing a new phone for my ex-wife. To make this short we ended up walking out with two new phones at a great price and having a lot of laughs while we were there. Would definitely recommend my friends And people I work with to go there see Charles and get a new phone.
On Friday evening my ex-husband and I went to upgrade his phone. (No its not weird hes on my plan.) The store manager Charles helped us and both of us ended up leaving with a new phone. I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences Ive had phone shopping. He did everything from explaining the phones, plans, options and accessories to us. Very friendly, helpful and thats hard to find. I had such a great experience that I told my boyfriend about the phone and we went back today to upgrade his too. Again Charles was amazing, helpful and explained a few things I was unclear on with my new phone. If anyone needs to get help with phone, new accessories or help with plan go to this store!!!

Brittany and Charles were nothing but amazing when transitioning me from AT&T to Verizon. They were beyond friendly and the customer service was great. This is even after there were a few hiccups with account issues and upgrading my phone to the one of my liking. Would recommend anyone who is switching carriers to use this location because of the service and more importantly care for their customers. 5 star service with great people. Will never go there, waited on hold for 20 minutes to make an appointment, then on day of appt got a vm saying they would not transfer any info from old phone. Went to Wellington Verizon, Anthony was the best! Went out of his way to transfer everything!

I was having a problem with my phone. Greeted at the door by Mack. I explained I had a problem with my phone which he did diagnostics on it. He suggested that I replaced the phone and went over all the options that would suit me. With my phone I chose he helped me take advantage of promotions and coupons and helped me get my essentials and even more for such a good price! Mack went above and beyond with customer service. All the other associates in store including the manager Adam were very professional and patient with all the things I needed. I’m also very happy that he sat in here and helped me hook everything up and answered all of my questions. I live right next to a corporate location and always will come here from now on thanks to the amazing customer service that I was given. Highly recommend this store to anyone that wants to get awesome deals and needs help.
Its a cool place, but they say it gets cooler. The media men beg to differ. Judging by the hole in the satellite picture. The ice we skate is getting kinda thin, but the waters getting warmer so we may as well swim. Got my samsung from here. Very nice staff

Do NOT go to this store! Or at least don’t talk to Adam as your salesperson. He is not genuine and will add stuff onto your bill to raise his commission. I went back the next day after looking at my receipt when I got home and realized he ripped me off. When I went to return the items he told me that for two charges I would only get $16 back. He got on the phone with someone else and then told me I’d only get $8 for both the chargers! How do you go from 16 to 8? Even if there is a “restocking” fee I don’t think it’s 50%. This guy just makes up a bunch of numbers. Do NOT buy anything from him. So terribly disappointed in Verizon and their standards for customer care. They definitely do not value their costumes and only care about making a profit for themselves. What a shame...

Cant say enough good things about this location. I have never dropped my phone in my entire life and so I almost opted out of getting a case and screen protector from here. Glad I got them. Long story short, I dropped my phone from the roof. Thankfully, the case had a warranty that covered getting a replacement device and bc I had the screen protector plan I had a free screen protector waiting for me in store. Thanks to the wonderful staff here.

The quest to replace my wife’s cell phone was a little bit of a bumpy road. We first went to Costco in Strongsville, OH, but the salesman obviously felt that his phone call was more important than a customer standing in front of him wanting to buy a phone out right. Needless to say we turned around and left. INew Year’s Day we decided to go to the Verizon store in our town but basically treated like a number and not really any assistance. Strike two. They are more concerned with turning out volumes of sales and not applying a lot of customer service.Luckily for us the third time was the charm. This morning we walked into the Go Wireless Verizon retailer in the Montville Centre in Medina, OH. Right away we were greeted by Brittney. She was pleasant, upbeat, informative without being the least bit pushy. She answered our questions and made this is a very pleasant experience. Brittney graciously set up my wife’s phone and transferred all her information from the old phone to the new one. You don’t receive that kind of service.If you’re someone who expects quality customer service, I recommend the going to the Go Wireless Verizon retailer in the Montville Centre and see Brittney.

This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a phone and one of the best retail experiences I can remember. Deandre was incredibly knowledgable, personable, and took the time to recommend a great phone and get everything set up perfectly. He went above and beyond answering all of my questions and made me confident in choosing Verizon as my wireless carrier. Deandre had a great amount of technical information and relayed it simply and effectively while relating it to my situation. Terrible experience here. I came in with a battery problem and the salesman helping was helpful. But another guy came over and was basically forcing me to buy a bunch of stuff I had no need for. When I declined numerous times he became quiet angry and began speaking to me and the sales rep in a demeaning way. When we walked out my son said “Mom that was bad, he was so mean” and he’s only 11! My husband called the store later and found out that it was the “district manager” named Tyler. This store used to be a nice place to go but after this experience I will never return. This man needs training on how to deal with people. WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION! I purchased a new phone else where!

My resident asked me to leave this review. I was unable to do any business today but will most certainly be back when I can. I live in a retirement home close by. I never knew this store existed until today. My wife passed away in January and I had no idea how to handle my computer tablet. The young woman was helpful and comforting. The Verizon company store could not connect my new phone to the Verizon network. Said my phone was not compatible. Stopped here and within 15 minutes the new phone was working!!! Further, as a courtesy, Jacob transferred all contacts from my old phone to my new phone. Jacob and Carissa rock!!! Stop here for all your cellphone needs, you wont be disappointed.

I have been dealing with phone issues for 5 months been in a bunch of Verizon stores and even bought a new phone, because last store said that would fix the problem. It didn’t. Dylan at the store spent 2 1/2 hours with me on Saturday and then another hour and a half to figure out the problem. Beat customer service I have ever had.

I hate to say that I was not happy at with the the staff.My wife and i purchased 2 new phones. They told me the costs and it was acceptable. They offered to transfer my phone contacts with no mention of a charge. All that was done was to use an app which I can do myself. When we were done, they tried to sell me 2@: $80 each glass screen protectors which I know can be purchased for much less than that. I opted to not take them. They offer to lower the price to $60 each since I bought new phones. I again declined.Now they tried to tack on setup fees, activation fees and a charge to transfer my contacts on both phones. I told them that they only did one phone anyway. They said as a courtesy they would waive one transfer fee. What fee? You didnt transfer anything.They werent upfront and honest with those fees. At this point, I was getting upset and told them that they never mentioned about all of the fees. I then told them to forget it that I didnt want to buy the phones. They then told me that there would be $60 in restocking fees. Both my wife and I heard exactly what they said and there was no confusion and none of these fees were ever mentioned.As a business owner, I can say that I would never complete a transaction and then start throwing additional fees without disclosing them upfront and trying to force them on you.When purching at a corporate verzion store or other retailers, I have never had an issue with the costs being tack on without letting me know first.As a Verizon customer for 20 years, I wont be back here..

Always heard bad things about Premium Retailers, but I just had to pay a bill so I stopped in.The guy asked if he could take a look at my account. I told him he could. He ended up saving me 20 dollars on my bill and I was able to get a free tablet. This is now the only Verizon I will go to. They are personable and polite. Thank you again guys.

Con artists! BUYER BEWARE! NOT A REAL VERIZON! Fiance went in for a battery issue on her phone and was conned by 2 men named Adam and Mac. They told her that the battery wasn’t covered on insurance or warranty and had to buy a new phone. She wasn’t given a receipt which would have caught it all! After calling Verizon we found out a new number was added to account and the phone was just put on her number to use. As if that wasn’t bad enough they added a tablet to her account after telling her she didn’t have a choice because it was a package deal. After being on the phone with Verizon we found out the phone was in fact under factory warranty for another 3 months. LIARS AND CONS!!! DONT GO HERE!
